    C'mon son.
    Brandon T.

The food is good when prepared right, which is never guaranteed. My cheesesteak was fantastic, my son's BLT was sadness on bread. They cut as many corners as possible. Broken seats and tables and even parts of the drink machine. It's been ages and nothing is done about. Manager is the overbearing type evidenced by the all-caps over-exclamated home-made signage posted in the place, and the general demeanor of the employees. As closing approaches, the half of the store with the full size, comfortable tables gets blocked off. Takes ten minutes to wipe down and mop that area, but they wanna get outta here. They lock the door 10-15 minutes before close and don't even look at people trying to get in the door. Their frustration is evident whenever I come in.

No one wore gloves. Touched multiple dirty surfaces then the bread and meats. How disgusting.

Love a place that knows what they're good at. A few items you do well and no fluff with all the…read moreoptions and toppings and yaddah for unnecessarily custom sandwiches. It's a sandwich for god's sake. I ordered the chicharron sandwich which was delightful. Crispy edges on the bread, the juice from the pork and the pickled onion was a perfect marriage. The chunkiness of the pork was a bit dry and I desperately wanted more onions but it was all so good. The hot sauce was mild and added an elevated layer of heat but again, still very mild hot sauce. Lines felt long when you walked in while lunch is bustling but they are quick and efficient. I may have waited 4-5min and had my sandwich ready to go.

We did verify it's the same place. Also, when you get here, it will look and feel that we whites have led you astray, but fear not! You are in the correct spot. (Next to a waxing place and in an upscale feeling outdoor shopping plaza - Easton 2.0?) They don't offer much more than sandwiches (despite the name) and sadly no homemade chips or plantains at this location- BUT - the sandwiches alone are WORTH IT. I'm 42 and have had the same list of top five sandwiches for the past twenty years until today. The chicharrón sandwich was *empingao* and is now solidly in my top five!!!!

We just tell them, "Make us something amazing," and they knock it out of the park every single time. Fresh ingredients, great combinations, generous portions, and clearly know how to build a seriously good sandwich. There's something pretty special about walking into a place, putting your lunch in their hands, and knowing you're going to leave happy. If you go to Frenchi's, try skipping the menu at least once. Tell them what you like, let them work their magic, and enjoy the surprise.

The service made this experience memorable. The gentleman working asked me if it was my first time. He made some recommendations. They were out of corned beef for the #3 The Eiffel Tower so he substituted bacon for me instead. I liked that the buns are smooshed flat, the meat and cheese heated and melted, and then the additional toppings diced up into smaller pieces. I had about a 20 minute drive that could have made the difference, but once I started eating the sandwich it was good but aa bit chewy. It might have been less chewy if I would have ate it right away. I also ordered the specialty croissant. The staff person asked me if I was okay with the price, it was $8. I appreciated he let me know the price and made sure I still wanted it as it was a bit pricey. The croissant was amazing! This was also a food that was better ate day of. I had it the next morning for breakfast and although it was delicious you could tell it was getting stale already. It was beautifully made. Frenchi's was good, just eat it right away for optimal freshness!
