Heard about this online, I think they have done pop-ups, and the menu looked amazing. Only half a dozen sandwiches, but each one is an interesting, unique combo. It's at the North Market, right in the corner. A few stools out front to eat there, or of course you can go upstairs. I wanted to try all of the sandwiches. But I went with the Kimchi Cowboy. Pastrami, kimchi, cream cheese with scallions. I also got a pickle. And they do have a few canned drinks. Service was fast and friendly. The pickle was great, better than the Katzinger's one I had last week for probably the last time. (Yes, those are free, and they are worth it.) These are like two dollars and big, crispy, flavorful. The sandwich was a good size, with great bread, lots of tender pastrami, lots of cream cheese, and some kimchi. All in all it was a pretty darn good sandwich, although the kimchi didn't have the heat, or flavor in general, that I had hoped for. Don't worry about getting this if you do not like spice. You'll be fine. All wrapped up very well, and even when the cream cheese oozed out it didn't get messy. I will be back to try all of the other sandwiches. They also have salads, fries, and maybe one or two other sides. A solid new option for the North Market. Don't forget to get your parking validated, I think it is free for at least the first hour or two.

The spicy stack sandwich was quite possibly the best sandwich I have ever had. I'll be back, and telling all of my friends!

We left our neighborhood bubble to try something new at North Market and we were really glad we did!

The…read more"sides" portion was really small, service felt like I was inconveniencing them, and the building felt kinda weird. PROS: -Their burgers are really, really good. Juicy, moist, and perfectly cooked. Absolutely love the burgers here, and this is really their most redeeming feature. Their burgers are really good. -I love the "Build Your Own" option too. They have enough cheese and topping options that you could create some really weird (but cool) creations. -I love their focus on organic options. Their ability to swap out most of their meat (and even the dedicated space for allergen requests) for different options can make this a place where a large group of varying food needs can all still get together. -I love that they have the calorie count on their menus. This can be really helpful for choosing exactly how much burger you want to put into your body. The "Create Your Own" can really help with that too; simply leave out some of the biggest calorie loads to create something that works within your food budget. CONS: -Service was really off. I'm hoping it's just a bad day for someone and not a standard for here. She seemed really annoyed that we were there. When I "built my own burger" and stated I wanted mayo and ketchup on it (which is part of the sauces right on their menu), she told me there was ketchup on the table and she wasn't going to make the chef put it on there. When asked for the beer list, she sighed and pulled up the list then quickly rattled off a bunch of names. When asked for further details about them, she simply said "I don't know" and stared at us. -The burgers were delicious and just the right size. The "sides" (which you have to pay for, separately, from the burgers) were really really small. Our side of fries probably had about 15 fries in it. As the fries are the cheap part, wholesale cost-wise, this seems kinda weird. When we've gone to other burger bar places that have similar "pay separately" designs, the fries portions are much larger. -It just wasn't the place I was expecting from the online branding. I know that's a weird complaint, but the online pictures really sold a different "brand" than the in-person experience. I was probably expecting either an upscale "burger bar" feel or a retro feel. At the least, I was expecting bright colors with the pink/yellow color scheme. The interior of the restaurant feels like it used to be someone's home with a staircase that's blocked off and tons of mahogany and wood floors. I think it just feels odd compared to the shininess of their online presence.

I opened the front door to a dark restaurant, no employees, no food, and set their alarm off. After driving 30 mins in an attempt to support a small, pop-up business, they don't even have the decency to honor their set hours. Apparently the kitchen closed, staff bounced, and they left without even turning off their Door Dash service. (A Door Dash driver arrived at the same time.) As a good citizen I called the non-emergency police to request to secure their building. Never got any call or email apology from ANYONE with Fried Chicka Bang. We had to appeal to Door Dash for a refund. Called to speak to a manager today and the person who answered said there "probably wasn't a manager there," put me on hold, then hung up the phone.

The breast was big and juicy and perfect breaded. I will get this again! We also wanted to try something a little different so we got the sporty spice that had pickle onions on it. I personally like the hot stopper better. Pickle onions not really my thing but my boyfriend LOVED it. Their homemade ranch was delicious and their waffle fries were nice and crispy! I could go without the Mac and cheese to be honest. However, it's a friend chicken place so I don't care! It is difficulty to find. However, it's a pop up restaurant so more fun to find!

We sat outside on a nice afternoon and enjoyed the atmosphere. The menu had some fun tacos and dips, and our server had some great recommendations. It was a Saturday night but the restaurant was still busy. It was not so packed that our servers were overwhelmed, which is why I was a bit disappointed we never got our drinks refilled. The food came out really fast though and the tacos were HUGE! We each got 3 and it was almost way too much food. My friends were starving and finished theirs. I almost finished all of mine. Overall, good food that came out fast and was close by to lots of shops and the theater. I wish our server was a little more attentive but other than that we had a great time
