Through May to celebrate with the Indy 500, they are running a special. I got a small 6" Philly cheesesteak sub and realized that I could ask for it to go through the heater twice for a crispy bun. I enjoyed it better, and the sandwich was not dry. read more

How is it that a employee is on the phone carrying in a whole conversation with whomever they are talking while customers are standing waiting to place a order. Then the person that came to take the order couldn't hear he should have turned around and told his employee to get off the phone so he could hear the customer. Nasty. I was waiting for a key fob replacement next door and went for lunch at Penn Station while I waited. I ordered a small sandwich - waited until they called my lunch, went to the counter, and did not see my sandwich. I few minutes later I saw my sandwich move from another customer's table back to the counter. They then tried to give it to me. Nasty. I rejected the sandwich and walked out of the nasty place. No attempt at a new sandwich or refund. Just nasty that the would give me a sandwich that someone else had. Just walk away. read more

I absolutely love their sandwiches!! I get the chicken teriyaki with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. I also add tomato a little bit of salt and pepper, and just a touch of mayonnaise. And of course provolone cheese. I get it toasted as well. The bread is so flavorful and always fresh, so are the rest of the ingredients. The medium sandwich is enough for two servings if you cut it in half. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because of the employees.... They are very stand-off ish and not very friendly. The best Philly I have ever had. The food is so fresh, the service is on point, and the sandwiches are insanely delicious. I live in an area where there aren't any Penn Stations so when I am in Nobelsville, this is my first stop. The Philly is amazing - marinara sauce, banana peppers, spicy deli mustard - it really doesn't get better than this. Along with great sandwiches, they have freshly made lemonade, fries and chocolate chip cookies. The price is spot on for what you are getting. This is one of my go-to sandwich shops. I prefer their sandwiches over Subway or Jimmy John's any day. The bread-to-toppings ratio is much better. Even the bread itself is better. At nearly every location I've visited the staff has been very friendly (beyond the required "Welcome!" shout that many places have adopted). The service is fast and I've never had my order messed up. The preset sandwich list is short but tasty. They also offer a "make your own", so the sky is the limit. I like the Philly Cheesesteak and the Pizza sandwiches the best. Their fries are awesome. Freshly cut! Their fresh-squeezed lemonade is excellent too, but a little pricey. My only complaint is that they have very little seating for people who want their chair to move. 95% of the seats are booths with fixed tables or tall counter-stools that can't be moved and have no foot rest. This location in Noblesville has just two tables in the front. If they could change this ratio I would give them all five stars. read more

Penn station is a decent overall chain, they are expensive but overall the sandwiches are good. I also enjoy their cookies. They also have seating inside. I wouldn't go in there thinking you will spend less than $15 a person especially if you want fries. They also do a special of the month though. read more

This was my first time at this location for Penn Station. It was a good experience, nothing above and beyond. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I usually think Penn Station tends to be a bit pricey but the food is definitely worth it. I went during lunch and was pleased with the wait time. I have been there twice in the last two weeks and I have to say these are the WORST subs for the money they charge. I would much rather get a sandwich from SUBWAY. I ordered the same Chicken Cordon Bleu 6 inch and the skinny guy cooking the sandwich today literally gave me 2 pieces of lousy chicken and a slice of ham for $5.50.....are you kidding me? Portillo's at $5.50 for a beef sandwich or or $3.50 at SUBWAY is a way better deal........JMTC. I will never come here again. read more

I've been going to this location ever since they opened it many years ago. I've always had good food and service at this location every time I've gone until a recent visit. I stopped by here to pick up dinner late on a Saturday (2/2) around 9 p.m. and placed an order to go. I ordered the monthly special and an additional 6 inch sub for my wife. There was only one other customer who had ordered an order to go in front of me, so it wasn't very busy. The monthly special was the philly cheesesteak and I ordered it with everything on it and asked for pizza sauce. The gentleman that had taken order, packed my bag and called my name to let me know that it was ready. I headed home. When I got home (which I live across town from this location) I discovered that my wife's sub was missing and that my sub did not have the pizza sauce on it! I tried to call this location for 45 minutes straight to let them know that my order has been messed up and got nothing but a busy signal. I know their phone was working when I left, because they had taken an order over the phone while I was waiting for mine. So since I couldn't get a hold of them over the phone, I got on their website and filled out their contact form and have never heard back from anybody, so I probably won't be going back to this location again! read more

Visited a few weeks ago and before I went in I saw a worker sitting in her car faded out. (absolutely from heroin) Went in and she followed in about 2 minutes later and begins fading out while standing up as a customer is talking to her. Two employees ask her if she's okay and then ask her to go to the back. Besides that it's the usual expensive but decent food. read more

Wanting to try something new I asked an employee what they would recommend and he suggested the chicken salad sub. I don't think I have ordered anything else since!! Why place a phone order? They will tell you it'll be ready in 15 minutes and when you arrive 20 minutes later you will wait in line to pay with the people ordering new sandwiches. The two customers I had in front of me ordered new sandwiches and received their sandwiches before I received my to go order. They were not shorthanded it actually looked like more employees were working then they usually have, as I generally frequent this location often. read more

Convinced by my insistent mother to give Penn Station a try. Let me tell you, one of the worst experiences faced by me in life. I would not recommend Penn Station to my worst enemy. First off, I get to the register to order and the staff is deeply uneducated of the items on their menu. Secondly, untrained on the registers and the simple function of ringing out a gift certificate. It took nearly 10 mins to get checked out. Lastly I am handed my bag of food and had suspicion the employee forgot the cookie I ordered. Thus prompted me ask "Is the chocolate chip cookie in the bag?" Unnamed employee ensured me "Yes, I wrapped the cookie up and it is in the bag." Surely enough when I arrive home the food is far subpar, and the cookie is not in the bag. With your best interest in mind, please heed this warning and stay far, far, away from the Penn Station at 2630 Conner Street, Noblesville Indiana. Scratch that, stay far, far, away from ANY & ALL Penn Stations. read more

Our local Penn Station restaurant is a love-hate relationship! We absolutely love the food, however we hate coming here because of the horrible service. The subs are delicious and yes overpriced but still worth the money. The customer service or shall I say lack of exhibited by virtually all the employees is pathetic. They are rude, slow in food prep, they cut you off when you are giving your orders, and they act like they just do not want to be there. It's not just their hourly employees either, we have gotten the same crappy service from shift managers and store managers as well. Obviously it's a problem from the top down. Luckily for whoever owns this franchise, The Penn Station brand is enough to overpower the crummy employees that are working here. This place could take a lot of cues after a quick visit down to the local Chick-fil-A restaurant. Those employees know how to treat their customers! read more
