She was able to get me an appointment for the next day and walked me through the whole process. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. Had 11,000 miles on it. Environmental Auto failed it. Said it needed wipers and an oil change and wanted over $300.00 to do the service, what?? I declined and took it to the NAPA Store across the street, they said they wouldn't change the wipers as there was no need. Finally got the oil changed today as this was the recommendation on the sticker in the windshield. I took it back to Environmental Auto on the way home to get my sticker and they said nope, it's been 34 days since we did the inspection, we need another $119.00 dollars because it's over 30 days. I don't have another $119.00 to give them. Now I'm driving illegally waiting on my next SSI check to take it somewhere else.
