After the damage was discovered, the driver initially agreed to cover our $1,000 insurance deductible if he was responsible. Once we shared the evidence, he delayed for days and ultimately refused to pay. On top of that, we were charged $1,200 for a 15-mile tow, the car was returned with the gas tank completely empty, and the pickup slip was signed without our authorization. The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. The driver's name is Saif Nadheer (goes by Sam). If this matter is resolved and the remaining amount owed is paid as originally promised, I'm open to updating or removing this review.

Within 2 minutes, Sean called me to confirm my *same-day contract* (awesome customer service) and set an appointment for me to come by and check out the storage unit, go over the details and get the contract processed. The contract process was user friendly and Sean walked me through every detail so I knew what I was signing. You need to have storage insurance, which they offer thru a 3rd party company. Not bad - $3,000 coverage for $11/month, and I didn't have to take the time to get other quotes, etc. This experience was the quickest, most painless process I've seen in a long time. Great booking systems and awesome customer service. Thank you Sean! Super impressed with being able to sign contract and start moving things into the unit on the same day.

They changed the lock on the door to get to my unit inside at one point and no one notified me, customer service line couldn't help, manager didn't answer so couldn't access my stuff until I finally saw someone at the office for like an hour. I was nervous to take it in, because I know being a single female, I could get taken advantage of with estimates and pricing. I was welcomed warmly and the front desk and she summoned Alex to come out and give an estimate. Alex quickly set my mind at ease, he took it back immediately to get it lifted up so he could check the problem. He then took me back to look at it and he explained it was a simple fix to remove the dent on the protective plate and add back the missing clip that holds it in place so it did not hang down. He quickly did the fix and sent me on my way with no cost. This shop has my trust and will be the first place I take my vehicle when it has further issues. I am very thankful to know that I have a courteous and honest place to take my car when I need work done. Totally made my day!!
