This is the second time I've used them in just two years. First review was from an apartment to a…read morehouse and now unloading a house and packing a 26 foot truck. I specifically sent them a list of what was priority to move a few days before. The guys showed up on time. They looked over the items, rooms, and truck then they got to work. The guys finished in the promised amount of time, packaged and wrapped things really well. We even did some prep work by wrapping and placing things in the living room. Next thing we know, they have already wrapped and loaded the washer and dryer very quietly and quickly. We were shocked. Would highly recommend using them! Quality and efficient is important and they take it seriously. Worth every penny.

tldr:NEVER hire this company!! Hands down the worst experience with a moving company I have ever…read morehad. They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!

We just used this organization for the 2nd time, moving across the city. They handled all of our furniture and boxes with care and were fast! Like I mean, running back and forth from the truck inside. Apart from the great work, the mission of this organization is so amazing. The leader of our move spent some time telling us about how TOS has changed his life. He's 21, so articulate, truly turning his life around, he's going to go so far. I'm so impressed with the program and am so happy to support them. Keep up the amazing work!!

They also used less materials which brought the quote down by a few hundred bucks so that was awesome. They even helped me move a heavy item I already had in my garage up to my main floor off the clock! They also purposefully left out an item that I previously broke and forgot to pack myself so that it did not get lost in the move. I love all of the work they are doing for their nonprofit and was happy to hear that my money will be going back into that. They just did my move today so I haven't unpacked yet, but I haven't noticed any damages so far to the furniture. The reviews really do speak for themselves and they will have a customer for life.

It makes me nervous to pay for the time it takes them to get to and from their office. I want to pay for my ACTUAL move. What if they take the long way around town or get stuck in traffic? Anyway, I had to cancel. The person I talked to seemed nice but as he said "I can get your move off the books" then click. I hear him hang up the phone quite loud. I was shocked. No goodbye?? Ha. Well I called back and got him back right away. I advised him that he hung up on me but he stated we were done. I asked for confirmation of the cancellation but he said he can only give me his verbal word. I'm a little uncomfortable with that so I will be following up with this company later to speak with someone else.

UPDATE 9/2: After posting this review, I received a call from the company's controller, who…read moresincerely apologized and acknowledged where they fell short. They issued us a significant refund, and I truly appreciate senior management taking ownership and making things right. I'm leaving my original review below because it reflects our experience, but I also believe in giving credit when a company steps up to resolve an issue. ORIGINAL REVIEW 9/1: We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Thornton. I spent quite a bit of time researching moving companies before our move and ultimately chose them in large part because of their "Movers Who Care" message and what their website described about the level of service we could expect. Unfortunately, by the end of this experience, we did not feel cared for at all. Our move was estimated at 4-7 hours but ultimately took 12 hours and cost approximately $3,200 instead of the roughly $1,700 we had expected. We only had a 3 bedroom townhouse we were moving out of. We completely understand that an estimate is not a guarantee and that moves can take longer than anticipated. However, much of our frustration came from how the move itself was handled. Two of our three movers told us it was only their second day on the job, and their inexperience was very apparent. The lead mover was trying to train them throughout the day and even acknowledged that he was trying to get them to pick up their pace and unhappy about having to train them. The truck was not packed to the top, requiring a second trip and approximately another 1.5 hours of travel time. When they left to head back to our old house they did not even tell us and we just noticed they were gone. At one point, two movers were vaping on our front stoop as they carried in a chair, one mover fell to the ground in pain while the lead mover ignored him, and by the end of the night the two newer movers were arguing and swearing at each other in front of us, all of which we have on our Ring camera. Some of our furniture was also moved without adequate protection, and several items were damaged. To the company's credit, the customer claims manager was initially very kind and helpful when I contacted them afterward. I provided Ring footage, photos, and receipts, and they investigated our complaint. Unfortunately, the settlement we eventually received essentially only reimbursed us for two items we purchased to repair some of the damage. It did not address our primary concern about the excessive labor time and resulting cost. When I finally received a copy of the final invoice, I discovered we had been billed for the entire 12 hours (after being told we weren't), including what appears to be the crew's lunch break -- and we had even purchased their lunch. We were also charged $14 for a mattress bag that we did not receive because we supplied our own. I emailed the company again on August 21 asking them to review these billing concerns and reconsider the settlement. As of September 1, I have received no response or even acknowledgment of that email. I genuinely did not want to leave a negative review. Moving is incredibly hard physical work, it was a hot day, and we still tipped the crew at the end of the night because we appreciated the work they did. But paying approximately $3,200 for a move estimated at 4-7 hours while two-thirds of the crew were brand-new employees being trained on the job -- and then having our billing concerns go unanswered -- has left us extremely disappointed. I chose this company because I believed the "Movers Who Care" message. What has been most disappointing isn't just that things went wrong during our move; mistakes happen. It's how those concerns were handled afterward. After spending weeks trying to get what we felt was a fair resolution, we ultimately did not feel heard or cared for. I hope the company takes our experience seriously and uses it to improve how new employees are trained and staffed on customer moves, as well as how billing disputes are handled afterward.

While moving from Centennial to Co Springs we had rented a U-Haul and thought, psh.. we got this!…read more(just the 2 of us...). Then we came to our senses and realized it was going to take us forever and we are definitely not spring chickens! So we started calling around for quotes on moving our 2 bedroom condo to a home in the springs. We spoke to Sherry who provided all the hourly costs for 2 guys and for 3 guys on a Saturday with a $30 charge for gas since it was an out of town move. Not too bad. We weren't sure exactly how long it might take but we anticipated the move would be about $1500. On moving day the truck (giant truck) pulled up and 3 happy guys greeted me. Mike, Justin, and Pena. They took a look around and got right to work. They had us out of the old house in about 2 hours and handled everything with extreme care! As they were finishing securing everything in the truck we left ahead of them to head to the new house. Thinking they would take much longer than us we started unloading our cars and they pulled up behind us immediately! Moving in was much simpler since we just wanted all the boxes in the garage and all of the furniture in the living room. They cleaned up their truck, settled the final bill, and went on their way. Ended up being about $1400 and worth every penny to be all moved in with out the aches and pains and days it would have taken us!
