Dr. Kim took the time to actually listen to me. He didn't rush through the appointment or dismiss my concerns like I'd experienced before. He did a thorough examination, took some additional X-rays, and explained exactly what was happening with my tooth and why I was feeling the sensitivity. Rather than jumping straight to something drastic, Dr. Kim suggested a less invasive option to address the issue--and it worked! For the first time in months, I can eat on that side without discomfort. What I appreciated most was the transparency and the genuine care the entire team showed. Dental visits can sometimes feel transactional, but here, it felt like they truly cared about my long-term health, well-being, and really treated me like family. His skill is terrible also. I had to tell him to stop working on me because he was leaning hard on my face/jaw and scraping his dental utensils across my face. He also numbed my throat so deeply, I lost my ability to swallow and started choking. I have never told a dentist to "stop!" I got up without finishing because his bedside manner was disgusting.
