I called several times during business hours, left a detailed voicemail, and never received a call back. When I arrived, there were at least four employees working, yet no customers in the store. I explained that I had a wig prescription, but they acted as if they'd never heard of such a thing. One employee made a minimal attempt to help but claimed they had no prescription for me. I tried to show her the order through the Sharp app, but she wasn't interested. Since I had already made the trip and brought my cousin for input, I asked if I could at least try on a few wigs. I was told no -- an appointment was required. I would have gladly scheduled one if anyone had answered the phone or returned my voicemail. The staff seemed unhappy to be there and were not welcoming or compassionate -- something I expected when dealing with such a personal and difficult situation. I will not be returning and have already contacted my oncologist to send my prescription elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience at Peoples Beauty Supply! I brought my mom in to get a wig, and since I had never been to a store like this before, I didn't know what to expect. The shop's owner was incredibly personable and welcoming. He took his time to patiently explain everything to us, making sure my mom felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The store itself has a great selection of beauty products, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer service and warm atmosphere. You can really tell they care about their customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beauty products, wigs, just an honest and kind helping hand or even a prayer.
