Compare their prices to the dealership and other auto repair shops - you'll get a better deal. They've upgraded to diagnostic software that allows you to agree or decline recommended services. They also drop photos of what they see so it stays in the history of your account. There's no awkward upsell and no pressure to sell more things like other shops. If you drive an import, check them out. They do everything except tires.

The gentleman who checked me in went over everything that was included with a Synthetic Oil change (Though it wasn't necessary) and all of the specs and details. They gave me the standard inspection that comes with an oil change and I ended up also getting a new air filter and wiper blades, which I already knew I was in need of, so I didn't feel scammed or cheated and he didn't pressure me into getting the filter or blades, he just made me aware and made a soft suggestion - No upselling or hassling! PTAC pretty constantly and consistently also has the best price on oil changes...I'll DEFINITELY go back for my next oil change!

My vehicle was fixed as promised. The staff here were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The price I paid was a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge and more on board with what my research online said it should cost. I'm very pleased with my decision to take my car here. I was apprehensive because it's a European car. But, my mechanic Antonio actually used to work at a Mercedes dealership. I would recommend KLM to friends and family and return. I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me. Words cant describe how happy I am with KLM and the service that they provide. There arent many honest mechanics these days, but I truly trust Luis and his team. I took my car to Ricky Jordan Auto as my last hope before making a huge decision about whether to get my car fixed or get a new used car. The mechanic at Ricky Jordan Auto found the clog that was not allowing transmission fluid to flow evenly. He fixed the clog and we replaced all of the transmission fluid for $208.00.
