I didn't want to take the tire off due to being a right leg amputee and I really wasn't feeling up to doing all that, although I am able to (lazy). I spoke to the receptionist girl in the office and the owner Dave walked in and asked me where the car was located. I had it right out front of the shop and he jumped right on it and plugged the tire for me. Great service and great attitude there, I will be taking my business going forward. Dave is a really nice guy and when you go there make sure to check out all the family photos they have posted in the office lobby.

Instead he kept a grudge and here we are two years later where I have another huge job and denies working on my vehicle. Did I forget to mention that I used to work on cars so I kind of know what I'm talking about. So just a heads up if you still want to go back to the shop don't confront him on something that he's done wrong you'll be black balled

The $287 for the battery and $200 for labor. When I went to pick it up, I told him I didn't ask for a new battery because I tested it and it was at 11 V. He told me I didn't test it for low volt, which was at 10. That still didn't warrant a new battery that I never asked for. He was extremely rude and tried to intimidate me. The mechanic first removed the battery they placed and put my old one in or supposedly it was my old one. I had no way to know. That battery didn't work at all and they insisted it was my original battery. Since I have been dropped off and had an appointment to go to I argued for a bit and then eventually gave up and got the new battery in and paid the money. In hindsight, I should've had it towed to Master Autocare or somewhere else. It was a very upsetting experience. For some reason, he kept saying that I called him a lot, and insinuated that I was putting pressure on him I guess? I truly didn't even call and left it there for three days before he called me the day before I say it was ready. And yes, he should've given me an estimate over the phone and he did not. I should've insisted on an estimate. This was my fault. However, it's also his responsibility and law to give me an estimate. He told me that people leave their BMWs there all the time and just tell him to fix it. He also told me that the cost of a college football ticket is $400 and that everything is going up. I really didn't see how that was relevant, but that was his example of how inflation is hurting the economy I guess.

He was prompt, efficient, and I was so impressed that he really knew what he was doing, better than anyone I've ever seen work on cars. His manners and work ethic was evident and very impressive. I was dreading this repair my windshield reservoir started leaking . I Google possible problems ,…read morebasically everything said replace the reservoir with pumps seals . I decided to take the truck apart and possibly remove the reservoir as I found on online that could be at my door the next morning. I take it apart find the pump lose in the reservoir. I see a grommet that was brittle where the pump connected to the reservoir. I Google other parts but nothing matches. I figure I would try the local AutoZone here in Jupiter before driving down to dodge to try and find the grommet. Alex and one of the sales girls started searching and hound the grommet that I found on the internet, but it doesn't look close to the same . Then he disappeared and was searching all the parts in the isle and bam he finds the same one in the store we compare tge two but one has a filter the Owen doesn't the ID of the hole is much smaller . He says try it out and if it doesn't work bring it back and precedes to open the package and compare the two . All in all Alex convinced me to try it I had nothing to lose . So I buy the part and take it back to the garage and start disassembling the truck again ( I had to drive it to the store) and I get to the pump and what do you know it fits like a glove . Not only did Alex save me tons of time by finding that grommet and convincing me to take it and try it out , but I saved 100$ on the entire pump and reservoir. There's a reason I switch all my automobiles needs to auto zone in Jupiter . They have a fantastic inventory, prices are comparable to others or beat them and the staff of fantastic . Thank you Alex again for your time and help . It doesn't go unnoticed. . I buy all my automotive supplies from you guys if I can and marine items as well . Thank you

Amazing service and customer support. I'm my daughters birthday party today and I had to run to the Walmart to get a few last-minute things and my battery died while I was at the store. I called pep boys and the man Torrie who answered was so kind, he explained they were really busy but he could walk over to the Walmart parking lot to jump my car so I could bring it in. They had my battery replaced and rolling back down the road in about 30 minutes. I'm forever grateful and will recommend this shop. You've earned my future business today! read more

I had just bought a used car that needed brakes. At the time the car came with ceramic pads but they were not in stock so they said their best semi metallic pads were just as good. Well after 4 months the pads just kept squeaking. So I brought the car back and the manager said that they should have put ceramic pads on, so he took my car, changed the pads to ceramic, reground the disks and did not charge me a penny. They treated me great and Robert the associate was fantastic. I recommend this store. read more

I've been coming here for a while now to get the oil changed in our cars and they always do a great job. The service is honestly awesome. RK is the man! He's always super friendly and helpful every time I walk in, which definitely makes the whole experience better. It's hard to find a reliable spot, but these guys are efficient and they don't try to jerk you around. If you need service done, definitely head here and ask for RK. read more

beavis and butthead work here. one of the cashiers is always texting with customers waiting , like we are interfering with her texts or her smoke break. the one in North palm not any better In actuality this store has no better selection then other similar stores. Well now that it's no longer free, and they did not offer coupons this month, I decided to take my car to Tire Kingdom (I work next door so this is the most convenient place for me). They were offering a great coupon for $100 oil change and free tire rotation! I made an appointment online, I went in the day of the appointment and someone helped me right away and got me all set up. I asked if it would be ready before lunch and they said yes. And it was! However, they notified me of a nail in the tire, as well as very worn down front brakes. I immediately ordered a new tire (I had road hazard so it would be covered) and I had it shipped direct to them. I was there the next couple of days to get the front brakes done (reasonable price) and then one day for my tire replacement. Both days, my car was ready before lunch and the whole thing went super smooth. I can attest that having car trouble and maintenance can be annoying, but they made it very easy! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. Lamar was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as the other couple of men that helped to check me in.

Yesterday my car started making a loud growling sound while driving that began out of the blue. I…read morestopped here to get it looked at and get the problem resolved. Unfortunately I came in while the lazy fools they call mechanics were on shift and was told the sound coming from my car was due to "bad gasoline" being put into my car. The solution they gave me was to drive around until my full tank of gas ran out and then surely the problem would resolve itself. Their diagnosis did not sit right with me so I contacted my brother and he referred me to his personal mechanic. Well it turns out there was a hole in my exhaust pipe !!! I will insert a picture. Thankfully the mechanic was able to repair the problem the next day for me and of course the lawn mower like sound is now gone. Anyways, if you're looking for professionals to repair a problem with your car do not waste your time coming to TIRES PLUS on Northlake and Military Trail. They're a JOKE!
