Hello I went to this…read morejiffy lube location 56 and had an issue. Long story short they kicked me out due to a so called leak and a so called grease on my belt. This was very embarrassing and I asked if he could just change the oil and he said because it was 6pm (late in the day) he don't want to take the chance. I can try to understand his position but the way he did it was very unprofessional and I will not go back to this location on rt 46 ever again. I just had an oil change and engine flush today and it was a way better and inexpensive experience compared to the frustration and disappointment of my visit to your establishment. In the very beginning the gentleman with the very long beard accepted my car and drove it into the bay asked me to wait inside and I sat down not saying one word. There was 3 people in the waiting area including myself , 2 women and me . Instead of speaking as a professional he spoke in a loud tone and said " I don't know you better go to a mechanic because i am not touching this. I have knowledge of cars and I asked "can you just change the oil"? He said "no" In Kearny auto spa they acknowledged me properly and professionally such a big difference from a small shop compared to a huge well know chain like Jiffy Lube. This won't affect you at all but I just wanted let you know what's going on in your place of business because as a business owner I would appreciate the same courtesy. I understand working late because I work late everyday but there is no excuse to be unprofessional , I was just there for an oil change even though it's not a big job you made my Audi q7 feel like it was junk and made it look like I stole it . The expression on the other customers faces was embarrassing and you should treat every customer with the same respect that you would for someone who is spending a lot of money. Delivery is everything he may have been correct in his assessment but the way he delivered his input was very rude and wrong. I will take my business elsewhere no hard feelings it only business.i will stick to the smaller companies they value their customers and a re way more reasonable with their price. I got an oil change, engine flush , fluid check , tire rotation and free car wash for almost the same price I would've spent for an oil change at Jiffy lube. I explained my daughter stopped there earlier to put air in a tire and it was low again within minutes. She immediately said you probably need a new tire. Sight unseen. I said maybe, I dont know, can someone look at it. She said it would be about 15 minutes. Ok not bad, I took a seat. She went into the garage and started screaming at the mechanic like he was a 2 year old drawing with a sharpie on the wall. How unprofessional and mean she was, I was very uncomfortable. Then he brought my car in. A few minutes later she waved me over to come see the nail in the tire, too close to the sidewall to repair. They both kept telling me it was bubbling when they sprayed it but it was not plain water, it was bubbly everywhere. I did see a tiny nail though. So she priced out a new tire but has to order it. I said I would see if someone else had it. Tried calling the Lake Parsippany store but got the call center. Very nice young lady who said there was one about 48 miles away they could get for tomorrow morning, she offered me a decent discount, and I gave her a $25 deposit. I told the girl in the store who promised to call me as soon as it got there so I could come in for them to mount and balance it. I asked her to have the spare put on. She said they were not allowed to put on a"half spare". Whatever that is, I assume she meant donut. I said this is a tire shop are you kidding. She said no, we are not allowed to any more, try Pep boys up the road maybe they can. For real???? Well that was the best advice ever! I called even though I would be passing right by and the manager was just as surprised as I was that they wouldn't do it. He said come right over I will help you, even after I told him I was coming from Mavis. So he asked if I had time for him to put the car on the lift and see where this nail was and why they couldn't patch it. I said please go right ahead. I went over to help them find it easier because I knew what I was looking for and there were no bubbles when they sprayed water on it in fact the manager pulled it out and it wasn't even in the tire it was stuck in the tread it was so tiny. They kept spraying and found a real nail in the middle of the tire. Mavis didn't find it they just wanted to sell me a new tire for $250. Between the incompetence and unprofessionalism and oddity that they couldn't even put a spare on for me, they've lost a customer for life. This was not the only negative experience I've had with that store, but I expected places like that to try and sell you things you don't need I just say no. This was for worse. And they let me drive off with a tire that lost 10 pounds of air within a few minutes of them filling it. Never again. Stay far away!

This is a good place to bring a mini van to keep it maintained good enough for your family. Oil center isn't cheap and doesn't offer discounts for members, for oil changes themselves. They also don't even carry filters for Kia carnivals. Service was quick for an oil change. Overall good experience. They get you in and out fast no matter if you're at the wash, the detail center, or oil change center. One of reason to get the deluxe membership is the under-carry wash.

Disgusted by this establishment who is not even accredited by the BBB and now it's evidently clear why.
