I received the BEST care, service and performance from any auto shop I've ever visited. No sooner than stepping inside the lobby, I was greeted with a smile and salutations! Joe, Chris and Chris communicated with me every step of the way and demonstrated any issues with me so I was included in the process!! They were slammed the day of my appointment and STILL made every effort tending to my high-maintenance, fussy vehicle. Even while busy, they made me feel like the priority. That's how they do business! This team changed my entire set of standards on customer loyalty and professionalism. My auto repair / mechanic visits were always dreaded because I knew I'd be handed a laundry list of expensive, lengthy, worth-more-than-it's-worth repairs and hurried/pressured to make a snap decision to accept all repairs. Now, I can't wait to get my oil changed and rotors replaced!! Nice, clean facility and lavatories; someone is routinely checking the cleanliness of surfaces and floors/trash bins. Vending machines and waiting area is spacious and comfortable. There is nothing better than leaving your car with a dependable team, knowing you get to sit back and enjoy the wait. I have never been to a Pep Boys. I just moved into the area and needed to get a diagnostic on my Air conditioner and tire monitor system. Right of the bat, the store manager, Brandon advised me that he may not be able to work on the TMS due to not having the proper software to diagnose the system, and recommended me to go to a dealer. He advised he could work on the air conditioner but it would be easier and more convenient to just go to one shop. He did not push or pressure me to having the air conditioner work done at his shop, which would bring revenue to his store. That showed me that he cared about the customer more than the bottom $. So I let him do the air conditioner repair. His shop ended up looking at the TMS (at no charge, just to see) and found it was going to be something they could actually fix. There were numerous calls from him updating me about what was going on. I am big on customer service and this Pep Boys in Suwanee, especially Brandon, have not forgotten that customers are what make business thrive. Kudos to this shop and store manger Brandon. I'm posting this to commend Pep Boys for good service I recently experienced. I went to Pep Boys on Saturday to replace a malfunctioning taillight. Upon arrival, I was cordially greeted by the store manager, Nelson, who had one of the mechanics attend to the problem right away. Within 20 minutes of my visit, the mechanic informed me that due to the composition of my taillight, the entire fixture would have to be replaced and that Pep Boys would have to order a new taillight from a nearby dealership to correct the problem. I was quoted a price of $304 for the repair job. Once Pep Boys was in receipt of the new fixture, I was immediately contacted as promised by the manager, Nelson. Upon returning to the store, the installation took approximately 10 minutes to complete. I can't remember when I received such expedient service for this type of auto repair. I was told elsewhere my air conditioning hose was broken. I went to this Pep Boys for a price comparison. The manager Brandon very politely asked if they could look as a broken hose is very unusual.The master mechanic Greg said there is nothing wrong with the hose that it was the compressor. The entire place was organized clean and peasant. I have never been in a cleaner ladies room. Pep Boys 7750 McGinnis Ferry RD I have a lifetime alignment agreement with Pepboys. However, the customer service experience deteriorates significantly once they learn about the lifetime alignment. Despite the supposed service, they consistently claim that the printer is malfunctioning, preventing them from providing a report of the new alignment settings. Overall, my experiences at Pepboys have been disappointing, forcing me to seek verification elsewhere and resulting in a waste of my time. read more

When I messed up my truck's intake, the guys promised me they would fix everything and have it ready to go the same day. Jason and James stayed until midnight getting the work done! Every since we moved to the neighborhood, our family has been going to Pep Boys off McGinnis and Old Atlanta. I have dad to go back on a couple of occasions to get some additional work done.
