On this visit, I purchased LT285/60R18 BFG All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and they fit my truck perfectly. I have a 2-inch lift and had already done an alignment. On my first visit, I wish the initial employee had taken a little more time to walk through my questions, though he did say the tires would fit. When I came back for the install, Jose completely turned the experience around. He was professional, took the time to come out, listen, and double-check everything. He was honest about a possible slight rub and made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. That customer service made a big difference. There was a small appointment mix-up, but nothing major. Had to wait about an hour for the wheel bearings to be delivered but he was super nice about it and cleaned my headlights for the wait. He really didn't have to go the extra mile, but things like that really make a huge difference compared to other shops. He did the wheel bearings for 180 each, compared to another shop trying to charge 440 each. Definitely recommend this shop.
