But their salads are also totally stacked, their soups are delicious. I've tried the meatball sub, pepper farm turkey club (amazing), the clam chowder, the avocado goddess salad, the cobb salad, the burgers with runny egg, the fresh juices-- everything is STELLAR. We found this deli as we were coming down iron mountain from taking holiday pictures . We wanted something light and fresh! We arrived and there's more than enough parking in the parking plaza, they have a great well rounded menu! Ok, I'll admit it... I'm officially addicted! The "no sugar added" sign above the list of smoothies "had me at hello." I was initially introduced to this restaurant during a Yelp Elite event and knew immediately that I would be back. There's a HUGE menu; honestly, I'd love to just move in and stay there so I could try everything. One thing that makes them special is how they elevate the sandwich. For example, lots of places do a steak sandwich in one form or another. Here, they offer a filet mignon on brioche... what?! I'm trying that next time. This time, I tried the Peanut Butter Fit, which actually tastes like a peanut butter cookie! The "sugar" in the smoothie comes from the banana. Another visit to Pepper Farm deli. As usual everything was great. We love the service here. Super friendly people and they get you the food as quickly as possible. It is all freshly made so once in a while there's a little bit of a wait. Today was a grilled fillet mignon plate, which we have never tried. It was absolutely delicious. The meat was great and there was plenty of it. The sides were very good as well. They have some TVs that you can watch while you're sitting there eating. The restaurant is always clean. A hidden gem in Santee! They have an extensive menu with high-end delicacies. The portion sizes are solid and the price is right. I really enjoyed their patio with Italianesque music playing. Such a hidden gem in Santee! I came here with the intention of getting a sandwich but to my surprise they also have soups, smoothies, burgers, flatbreads, and more! We ordered a cup of clam chowder, glad to say the chunks of clam were huge. We also got their Cubano hot sandwich. The sandwiches were refreshing, I loved the potato salad as it wasn't your traditional potato salad and the pickle spear was awesome! Being our first time here the staff was super helpful with figuring out what to eat. It was a bit small inside the restaurant so not a lot of seating unless you want to sit outside. Everything really hit the notch for us except the price point. For 2 sandwiches, potato salad, kids meal and a drink it was over $60.
