There's a plethora of hot sauce spices, sauces, sauces, barbecue sauce and other condiments of every level spice. We noticed but there's no employees wearing masks inside here. You can try out some of the sauces, but would dare in this current pandemic and with the lack of masks in here.

Shoutout to our local community heroes here at Pepper Palace. Ms Linda was as lively, personable, and unique just like the sauces! She has a great disposition and she fills up the room with her cheerful Spirit. She helped us pair up a good mustard hot sauce with a dry spice mix. We bought the creole mustard sauce and the creole dry spice mix. We also bought a ghost mustard & habanero sauce! Which was flavorful and not just hot. Hubby is much more adventurous than me and his spicy meter is way up . I am so happy that he found a few new sauces that he liked. Stop by, there's lots of spicy sauces to choose from! Ms Linda will be there for some encouragement and knowledge!

Linda is an absolutely sensational shopkeeper, i must have spent over an hour in the store and had a wonderful time tasting products with her. she was incredibly informative and had suggestions for sauce uses and applications. the selection of bbq sauces both sweet and spicy were the highlight of my trip to the shop. i purchased almost half of their bbq lineup! i also highly recommend the sweeter reaper sauce, i can't wait to get home and start using it. i highly recommend pepper palace for friendly service and great sauces.

The Lady was nice she greeted us immediately!! She was conversational all the while telling me and my bff about what they had to offer. When you went into the store it was set up really nice they even have hot clause contracts you have to try for all the super hot stuff just like on some of those Food network shows!! It was wall to wall EVERYTHING seasonings, marinades, slim Jims, fruit topped items, just anything a Foodie or Chef would love!! I'm definitely returning for the Chocolate Habanero sauce they even have sooo many horseradish sauces at different levels it's kept in a box with a warning label on it. I'm most certainly coming back!

I was at pepper palace Saturday, December 30th and great service. Great customer service and my only issue is that I couldn't carry all the hot sauce. So i bought a couple of them. But if I could, I've would have bought a lot more. here are all the ones that I bought. Plan to go back very nice.

Whoa!! Foodie heaven. Couldn't take it all in during my one visit. Will def be back. Lots to sample. However it is hot sauce, so there is only so much that you can handle in one shot. Great place for those looking to add to their sauce collection. My one tip is to be very cautious with how much you taste in one sample. You literally may just need a small dab to get the full taste. Otherwise you may hurt yourself. Lol.

Fairly large spot for everything spicy or hot. My first time in here. Pleasant helpful staff. I don't know how they can afford to stay open with this type of business. I bought a bottle of meat rub just because I liked the label. For the heat lover I guess this is your spot. As for me, once is plenty.

Update I made the queso from the PEPPER PALACE chili starter , 1/2 block of velveetta cheese, 1- 8oz block cream cheese. I added crabmeat for the B-more flare and a dash of old bay seasoning.

Now the shrimp and grits. OMG! top 5 shrimp and grits ever. Had andouille sausage in it. Perfect huge shrimp and a Cajun gravy. So good. If you're in national harbor- come here! Since we had our little girl with us, she made sure her chicken tenders came out before the rest of our food without us even having to ask. It was such a thoughtful touch and definitely appreciated. She checked on us throughout the meal, but never so much that it felt overbearing. We decided to try the chef's selection of oysters, and Tiffany walked us through each one. They were absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be coming back for happy hour because I need those oysters again. I ordered the crab cake sandwich, and it was perfection. It was packed with lump crab meat and paired with crispy shoestring fries, which I absolutely loved. The only thing that wasn't my favorite was the margarita. It leaned a little sweeter than I personally prefer, but that certainly wouldn't keep me from coming back. The atmosphere was really nice, and even though we sat inside, the restaurant was busy because of the beautiful weather. We saw several people waiting for tables, so I'd definitely recommend making a reservation, especially on a nice evening or over the weekend. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with great food, excellent service, and we'll definitely be back.

Omg- so good. The cornbread was served with honey butter that made it almost desesert like. But the cornbread itself was savory, so there was a perfect balance. So good! The crab cake was unbelievable. So good. (Similar to what you would get at a pappadeaux for context.) Literally a showstopper. The shrimp and grits were really good too. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and were sweet and juicy. The grits were good, but personally I like more cheese in them. But adding the crystal hot sauce made up for it. Just an amazing meal! My cousin and I stopped by on Friday, June 12, 2026, craving one of our favorites--the pimento burger. As usual, we grabbed two open seats at the bar that had just been vacated. A waiter greeted us and said he would return after cleaning the area. Another staff member brought us water, and we waited to place our order. While waiting, I noticed a couple sit down at the bar near us. To my surprise, the first waiter immediately went over to them, took their order, and prepared their drinks while my cousin and I continued to sit there without any acknowledgment. I eventually asked the waiter if he was assigned to our section, and he confirmed that he was. I then asked why the couple had been served before us when we had arrived first. His flippant response was, "Because they're regulars." I replied that, with good customer service, I could become a regular too. He then shrugged and said, "They know management." Thinking I must have misunderstood, I asked him to repeat himself. He again said, "They know management." What bothered me most was not that regular customers were recognized. Great hospitality includes making loyal guests feel appreciated. The problem was the message that seemed to be conveyed--that some customers are more deserving of attention than others because of who they know. When I expressed concern, the waiter appeared dismissive and uninterested in addressing it. Instead of clarifying or apologizing, he repeated the same explanation and shrugged off our concerns. At that point, my cousin looked at me and asked, "Are you ready?" We got up and left without ordering anything. This experience was especially disappointing because it was so different from the positive visits I've had here before. We came expecting good food and a welcoming atmosphere, but instead left feeling ignored and undervalued. I hope management takes customer service seriously and addresses situations like this. Every guest should feel welcomed and respected, whether they are a first-time visitor, a regular, or someone who knows management. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reluctant to return anytime soon. I can't say that I wouldn't recommend Succotash National Harbor, as I've enjoyed many good meals there in the past, but this visit left a lasting negative impression. To make matters worse, my cousin and I never even got the chance to order the pimento burger we came for .

I've been to Savannah's a couple of times before, and they never disappoint. We were in National Harbor on vacation, and of course--with kids in tow--we had to stop in and let them explore all the gooey goodness. Funny enough, they made a beeline straight for the ice cream instead of the candy... probably because we had already been it It's Sugar earlier that day! They tried a mix of flavors--birthday cake, wildberry sorbet, cookies & cream, butter pecan--and I went with mint chocolate chip. Every single one was delicious! The ice cream was creamy, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. And let me just say--I appreciated the pricing. For the area, it was very reasonable. Not over-the-top expensive like Ben & Jerry's, so that was a win! Now for my part... I couldn't leave without trying a few treats. I grabbed a couple of truffles--raspberry milk chocolate, white chocolate, and a few others--and they were all rich, smooth, and delicious. But BABY... that giant turtle candy?! Whew! It was EVERYTHING. Crispy, fresh pecans, buttery caramel, and perfectly blended milk chocolate--hands down the perfect after-dinner treat. And don't sleep on the caramel popcorn with pecans--sweet, crunchy, and downright addictive! The service was excellent! The young ladies working the counters were patient, helpful, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better! Overall, if you're in the National Harbor area--or anywhere you spot a Savannah's Candy Kitchen--do yourself a favor and stop in. You are absolutely in for a treat!

Completely unacceptable. I'll give credit where it's due: the roll, fries, and crab cake were decent. That's the only reason this isn't a complete zero across the board. But the second order sealed it for me -- those stuffed shrimp should have NEVER left the kitchen. Hard, burnt, overcooked, inedible... The mac and cheese was watery and running all over the plate like soup. Only the fried okra was halfway decent. Cameron's seriously needs new cooks and better management. The restaurant itself requires renovation especially the men's bathroom which had broken tiles and faucet fixtures. Upon entrance, we were seated quickly, and our waitress was incredibly attentive and polite throughout the entire meal. We ordered some drinks to start, and they were excellent--we really enjoyed them. For our appetizer, we got the single order of guacamole. Unfortunately, it wasn't great; it was mostly just lacking flavor and needed lemon. For our main courses, we went with tacos, which turned out to be a bit of a mixed bag: * Birria Quesatacos: By themselves, these were honestly not great. They absolutely needed to be combined with the provided dipping sauce to be palatable, and the meat itself lacked basic seasoning. * Steak Tacos: These were decent and definitely the better of the two orders, but like the birria, they still needed more seasoning to really bring out the flavor. Overall, the main courses weren't outstanding and we decided to forgo dessert entirely. It is a nice spot with fantastic service and great drinks, but the kitchen needs to step up the seasoning to match the high quality of the staff. I would rate this restaurant a 3.0
