My first visit at this office was excellent. I love that I was able to fill out forms online before coming. When I got to the office I had my temperature checked and was seated right away. My hygienist Brenda was very friendly and explained everything she was doing so there were no surprises. She was thorough and did a great job. Dr Vasa was very detailed when explaining my treatment plan and answered all my questions. He gave me a few options for my treatment and didn't pressure me. SUPER friendly staff, state of the art technology, does not feel like they are just trying to sell you on things you don't need. This is big with me due to the fact that I have had bad dental experiences in the past. It makes me feel like they really do care about the quality they provide as opposed to quantity. I was so grateful that his other office in Norwalk was able to move my appointment to this location because this root canal was a big emergency. Wow, I was looking for a new dentist to go to and through Yelp and google I was able to find this place Pepper Tree Dental. Not only are they super clean but their staff was so friendly & nice from the moment I walked in I can tell that atmosphere was great super clean place. Another plus I didn't have to wait long other places I would have an Appt and had to still waiting 30 to 45min but not here I had my Appt and waiting 15 min which that's normal plus I was a new patient. I have to give a shout out to Ana the assistant who welcomed me in to my room was super friendly and kind she listen to my concerns and had such a sweet fun spirit. I than was introduced to the hygienist name Ether who was so down to earth and funny. I have very low pain tolerance and she was gentle and still was able to get what she has to done. She was so engaged and kept it real with me. She was awesome! Than I met the Dr. Ankit who was also awesome he listened and went through all the X-rays with me never rushed me. He was very gentle as well and gave me all the info I needed and where to start 1st with my concerns. I love that him and his wife do everything pretty much at there location which they have 2 La Palma and Norwalk. La Palma was closer to me. Than I ended my time with Wendy who was also amazing she gave me the break down prices and helping me through the option to pick which thank God for insurance cause Lord knows it's not cheap getting dental work done she was able to work out what best for my budget. After putting the the idea of going to dentist as far back in my to do list , I knew regardless of covid I had to find one and get seen. Well i looked around the internet, websites , google and yelp and reading reviews after reviews I decided to try PepperTree Dental .. I had my 1st check up about 2 weeks ago and they made me feel comfortable, safe , important. They were understanding of my fears and anxiety and all my concerns and worries. They explained everything that would be done. Nancy the receptionist was so sweet explaining the payment methods and affordable. Then came my real appointment the work had to begin and it was with a extraction of an old tooth. I was so nervous but I was able to bring in my head phones and they offered a sedated method for an extra cost that I definitely took advantage. Through out the process Dr Vass assistant Anais the was amazing so sweet always checking up on me. When work began I was so comfortable I hardly did not feel the injection once he began I was so surprised how fast everything went. I have never had such a process at a Dentist office like today. Dr. AJ Vasa has been my dentist for many years. My first visit was a hard one, but not because of him. Previously, I had seen the same dentist regularly for about 20 years, so I thought I had healthy teeth. Well I was wrong. Dr. AJ explained to me what was going on with my teeth. I came to Pepper Tree Dental desperate and frustrated. A week prior to my visit to Pepper Tree I had a dental appointment somewhere else and my experience there was not pleasant. I left unclear and confused. I cried in my car because they had just told me that I was going to need oral surgery and that in order to move forward with anything I had to pay. I left with nothing done and felt hopeless. I went in looking for a second opinion at Pepper Tree and WOW!!! My mind was blown. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in great hands. The office is beautiful and very calming. Nancy the receptionist is wonderful.Her professionalism is on point. I wish I could remember who took my X-rays but she was wonderful. She took every precaution to make sure that I was comfortable. Apparently I have extra bone somewhere in my mouth (go figure) so X-rays hurt but she placed extra protection to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Vasa is amazing! He walked me through my treatment plan and was very detailed about everything. He had answered all my questions and made me super excited to have work done. That's crazy!! I went to Pepper Tree to have three old amalgam fillings that I've had since the 1970's replaced with the ceramic/composite type fillings. Dr Vasa was great about explaining the process and let me know step by step what he was about to do. The staff and assistants were friendly and the whole procedure took only about an hour. I was also there a month earlier for the new and improved teeth cleaning process and it was a lot quicker and painless than the old scrape procedure.
