I thought this was a good dentistry but they're really out to get your money. I was told that I have a few things I need to fix but I was informed by two other dentists that there weren't any other problems with my teeth... Male doctor has super rough hands too, not really my type of dentist. Front desk lady was also always pushing me to get my appointment done, felt like more of a saleslady, acting like she knows whats going on with her "administrative" position.... Great experience overall! Super nice staff, friendly, efficient, professional. I came to get my chipped front tooth bonded and it looks great, definitely better than my prior bonding job since the doctor took extra steps to make sure you can't see the transition between the resin and my tooth. They made sure nothing more serious was going on and gave good precautions with what to look out for. 2 teeth worked on, 1 a crown the other a root canal. I've never been to a dentist this gentle. Procedure took a while yet never had pain or discomfort. Dr. Visa takes time to explain and listens to you. The entire staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I had an amazing first time experience at Pepper Tree Dental! The dental assistant and hygienist who did my X-Rays and cleaning were kind, patient, and attentive. I get very nervous going to the dentist, and they were both so gentle and communicative! It was a wonderful meeting Dr. Vasa as well, who was equally kind and attentive while reviewing my X-Rays and checking my teeth. He did not try to upsell me on anything extra, and made note of something to keep an eye on for my next visit. The office is also immaculate! The front desk assistant was so sweet as well. My fear of the dentist is real - childhood trauma! I won't go unless it's absolutely necessary. Two weekends ago, I broke a piece of my back tooth and decided to visit a dentist before finding Peppertree Dental. The first dentist who saw me did a full X-ray, proposed a treatment plan, and provided a bill for the treatments if I decided to go forward. While her bedside manner was good, I spent almost two hours in her office with just a consultation, cost of proposed treatments and X-rays-- no actual treatment. She seemed very confident in her treatment plan. I'm the type of person who gets a second opinion when it comes to my medical and dental health, which led me to Peppertree Dental. Dr Vasa was calm, clear, and straightforward about his proposed treatment plan. He offered different options to help keep me CALM during the upcoming procedures. Before I left, he even asked if I wanted to get my tooth temporary filled right then to prevent any infection while I waited to schedule the treatments, and it was done at no cost (this was not offered to me at the other dentistry). I was out of their office in just 30 minutes with a temporary filling. I must thank Miguel for being gentle while he applied the filling and for walking me through the process. I think I may have found the right dentistry for me. My treatment is scheduled next week, and I will update this review afterward. I think I may be able to convince my husband to switch to Dr Vasa. read more

Everyone who works in this office is very helpful and warm. The quality of care is excellent. The dental hygienist noticed something that looked a little concerning and noted it to the doctor. The doctor answered all my (many) questions before a procedure and talked me through everything that would happen during the procedure and was very reassuring. I grew up dreading dentist appointments, but I actually enjoyed coming to Pepper Tree, and have been coming for 3 years now. Would highly recommend! read more

Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a new dentist office. The dentists here are very competent and provide effective treatment plans (for example, to improve gum health). The hygienists are also very thorough and do an excellent job. The rest of the staff are always friendly and great to work with. I have a pretty bad gag reflex that makes annual X-rays difficult. But at Pepper Tree Dental, the staff utilizes various techniques and technologies to make it more bearable for me. In my most recent exam, they used a numbing spray and a portable/handheld X-ray machine so that the X-ray was taken before my gag reflex is triggered. read more

Not sure why these reviews are 5 stars. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE HANDING COPAYS/PAYMENTS TO THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK FOR NO REASON AT ALL. SHE JUST WANTS TO STEAL FROM YOU. You'll know who I'm talking about when she starts asking for payment on something your insurance covers. I forgot her name but she's super demanding saying you owe all this money and copay when in reality you don't. Once you let her know your insurance covers the treatments, she acts like she didn't know that and it was a mistake by fake looking at her computer screen as if she's actually looking for something. A complete idiot but wants to collect however much money she can to steal from patients. I feel bad for the people who have experienced this and ended up paying because this girl is nasty in the way she talks to patients. If my review gets removed, you all know why now. read more

Have been going here since before the pandemic and went back recently. They are owned by a lovely couple who live locally, so they are neighbors! We have seen them walking in the park nearby, so it's nice to know that both dentists are a friendly couple in our community! Their receptionists have always been attentive and detailed. They call and text reminders, as well as offer up earlier appointment dates if there are last-minute cancellations by other patients--options are good! Esther the hygienist is very friendly and caring. She is definitely one of the most thorough that I have had in a while, so am glad that she is on board. When the practice just started, the dentists did the cleanings themselves, but they have quickly found someone great like Esther! Please support small businesses. It's been so hard for small medical practices and I personally know friends and acquaintances who have been hit hard by the pandemic, so it's great to see this practice back open. Will be back soon and support this practice and caring group! read more

What an amazing office with great staff and the best dentists. I originally was a patient of Dr. Saini, she replaced some silver fillings into white ones and she was very gentle and did amazing work. Recently I went back for a checkup and was told she was on maternity leave. I felt a bit overwhelmed since I already have anxiety about the dentist and decided to get the work I needed with another dentist that was recommended by a friend. However, that dentists work did not come close to what I'm used to with Dr. Saini. I ended up going back to Peppertree and putting my trust with the other dentist at the office Dr. Vasa, and he was amazing. He went above and beyond with my treatment plan and even fixed the mistakes of the other dental provider. I wish I would have just stayed here from the beginning and gotten all of my work with him. But w I'm glad I was able to finish the rest of my treatment plan with Dr. Vasa. Nevertheless , I will never be going anywhere else. Dr. Vasa and his dental assistant Miguel were the best. They were attentive, gentle, and very meticulous with their work. Dr. Vasa left no corner unturned. I feel good knowing that I can trust either Dr. Saini when she returns, or Dr. Vasa as my dentists. All elements of this organization are super impressive. The office is very clean and there is spacious seating. The whole team genuinely want the best for your teeth, mouth and oral hygiene. I really appreciated their concern for my overall well-being,  not just in regard to my teeth. They look at the whole picture First there is Ms Diane whom we were greeted by, Ms. Diane was very thorough and detailed with new patient and insurance information. Ms. Esther- Dental hygienist is amazing. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing to make me comfortable, but she also had great conversation and was so easy to talk to. They chart the numbers in youre record and let you know if there are any issues this allowed me to be an active particpant in the process and overall appointment. They also suggest the best way to fix the issue. Ms. Ann is very through with my dental work always asking to make sure I am ok and expalined the whole process to me. Dr. Vasa - Gave me the most thorough exam I have ever had, educating me about my oral health and what I could do to improve my oral health.  He seems to really care about me and the work he does. I was looking for a new dental office after we moved to OC. Thanks to other Yelpers and I went ahead and scheduled for my dental visit after giving birth. First, they have an online scheduling system ( made an appt on a weekend) and I was double booked by accident and they rectified the situation and called me and gave me a new appt which is a about 3 weeks from initial schedule. I was given an option to be notified in case there's a cancellation and sure enough I got an earlier schedule. The office is clean. Everyone was nice and friendly. Esther, explained what she does in full details and made recommendations. If you need stuff to be done, they will let you know the price (with or without insurance coverage) before making an informed decision. Another thing that I like is they do bedside huddle with you and the dentist and you can express your concerns and ask questions. read more

My sister had been going to Pepper Tree Dental, and when I needed to find a new dentist she recommended them to me. I was hesitant at first because this would be a 30-45 min drive for me from Irvine depending on the traffic, but I decided to give them a shot anyway. And I'm glad I did! All of the doctors, hygienists, and the ladies at the front desk are extremely competent, knowledgeable, and kind. The doctor even went out of his way to text me after I got my wisdom teeth out to make sure I was okay! Let's just say I am happy to make the drive to them even when there is traffic and it takes me 45 minutes! I just know my experience will be a good one! read more
