We want to express our sincere thanks to Peppers for taking such great care of our AC needs this past week. The installers, Marvin & Tyler were professional and prompt with the installation of our new AC unit. We had a follow-up service call the following day for the Quality Assurance inspection and I have to say that Gatlin and Ed went above and beyond! Not only did Gatlin offer to replace our old thermostat but, he also gave us piece of mind by checking out the coil on our other AC unit at no additional charge. While Gatlin was inspecting our other AC... Ed was working hard to proper insulate our outdoor lines and he even cleaned our other outdoor unit! Lastly... I have to give Gatlin HUGE KUDOS for going the extra mile; after he inspected our 2nd unit, which was located in our attic - he noticed our Attic fan and took it upon himself to adjust the thermostat on that fan so that it would keep our Attic even cooler - saving us money on the upcoming summer AC/electric bills and affording us added comfort to our 2nd floor living space. He didn't have to do that and we certainly didn't discuss it but, it really shows how much he cares about 100% customer satisfaction. They have been well known in my town for many years as a family run business willing to come to the aid of a resident or business owner at any time day or night and have grown to cover a much larger area. I trust them to give me a straight answer and not try to sell me something I don't need if a repair is all that will handle the problem. They answer my questions and take all the time with me until I am comfortable understanding my options. There is never any pressure to make a decision. The do follow up with you if you have chosen them to make certain you are happy and the work seems as if it either solved the issue or if you purchased a new unit they will come back out to check it is running at it's optimal. We had a problem with our AC part of our furnace and wanted to get a jump on it before the weather heated up. Last year we had major flooding from our unit and needed it repaired this year or we were going to sweat all summer. Kenny Payne our technician was awesome! He diagnosed the problem and fixed many other minor issues. gave us good advice and was extremely nice. We had great customer service from call to completion, prompt service, a courteous technician and all for a reasonably prices repair. We were quotes over 5k for a replacement. Kenny saved us! Marvin and Tyler from Peppers just left my house and I can't gush enough about the great job they did. I'd gotten quotes from other companies that said the work would cost thousands more and take a day or longer to complete. These guys got it done (properly) and within my budget in under a few hours. This is a very professional company. Service technician Mike called me prior to arriving to let me know how long it would be before he arrived. He arrived promptly as he said he would. He performed the maintenance service on both units in a timely manner. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do. Everything turned out to be ok, he changed out the filters and took pictures of both units and included them with the invoice. Michael went over and beyond today. My Ac went On the fritz Saturday night. Called Peppers on Sunday and they squeezed me in for repair on Monday. The AC needed a special part that needed to be picked up. The parts shop was closing in 15 minutes. Michael arranged for someone else to pick up the part so he could have my AC fixed today.
