When we are in the area, we always make a point to stop at Percent to spend some time and have a drink. They have a large selection of their own beers as well as a variety of options from other breweries. They seem to do a lot of collaborations with other breweries. There's also a good variety of 4 packs and single cans in the cooler that you can purchase to go. Carson is a great bartender who is friendly and very knowledgeable about the beers he's serving. read more

This little beer gem quietly in Hunterville, NC is the perfect combination of beer, aesthetic, vibe, and atmosphere. From the minute I walked past the cozy couches on the patio, under the electric-blue hue of the "Beer is Lovely" sign, I felt I had entered a den of #beerzen They have an eclectic array of beers and styles on draft, including their own brews and local guest taps. Everything I tried was true to style and fantastic! They also offer bottles & cans for sale. The place is also a vibe in and of itself. From the fun, quirky, and incredible wall art to the equally fun (and funny) beer-books, it was an experience to drink, peruse, and just take it all in. I hate to leave this review, because I actually like this place, but the service I received today was terrible. The girl at the cash register refused to serve me because she said I was acting intoxicated. She named my 'behavior' when I first came in as the reason (though she didn't specify what that behavior was, to my knowledge I didn't do anything out of the ordinary) I was 100% sober when I came in, there was no chance anything she saw was due to intoxication. I am adhd/autistic and I know people think I'm weird, I've been picked on for 'being weird' my whole life, but this is the first time anyone has ever confused my normal personality, socially awkward as it may be, for intoxication. I am a craft beer enthusiast, I go to many breweries, if the problem were me, more bartenders would have said something by now. I understand that they need to look out for signs of intoxication, but if they think anything less than neurotypical behavior is intoxication, then they need better training. I left feeling judged and ostracized. I still like this place but it will be a long time before I give it another chance. Too many places with people who aren't ableist 'mean girls' where I don't feel judged for being my authentic self to spend my money here. Edit: I also left this review on their Facebook page. Today I go back and see that they blocked me. That is the attitude management has toward complaints. Rather than dealing with their employees who create the problems, or trying to make things right by the customer, they block them instead. I think that speaks wonders for their 'professionalism. Had a great time at the percent tap house. The staff were amazing as they assisted us in deciding which beer flavors we would want to try. Started with a flight so I could sample 6 different flavors. My favorite was Gingers Revenge" which comes from a brewery from Asheville. It's made with dark chocolate and orange peel. I also really enjoyed Citrus is the new black. This one was made by The Percent Tap House. You can sit inside or outside. They have have a bar, high top tables, some low top tables and a couch to hang out on. There is even a children's table and chairs albeit I don't believe this is a place you bring your kids. They sell snacks such as chips and pretzels. On Friday and Saturday there is a food truck outside for customers to buy a hot meal. I had a great time at the Percent House. Will definitely go again. Cheers! read more

Awesome experience here just the other week. The bar tender was very lenient with trying any flavor beer we were skeptical about, he had incredible recommendations and was very good at what he does. His education and memory of each beer was terrific! He did an awesome job (I'm sorry I don't remember his name but when I'm back I'll be sure to write another review and include it in there!) they don't have flights but they allow you to buy each individual small portions drink. Great little local brewery and tap house in downtown Harrisburg. A perfect blend of charm, atmosphere , fun and good beer. The friendliness of the staff was wonderful. They let you sample before you buy which is always nice when it comes to pricy craft beer these days. Plenty of choices for sure which is great, and I mean plenty of different choices. Beer for everyone. We went on music bingo night which was fun. They played a mix of music for everyone which is nice. The food truck outside was called the blue shack. It wasn't bad , it did taste good. But it's super super over priced. I got two phill cheese steaks and they where 14 bucks each without a side. I mean holy hell. Food trucks are supposed to be cheaper one, but I mean this was more expensive then a happening place in uptown Charlotte. And no side ? It did taste good and had a good amount of meat but it was only a 7 inch roll. Back to the brewery, I'll be back. As far as the food truck, no way. A great taproom to try over 20 different rotating beers. They usually have several of their own brews on tap at any time and their beers are always some of the best I've had at any brewery in the Charlotte metro area which says a lot. So I met the brewer in Charlotte last weekend. Heard he had an ancho chili beer. Sounded amazing to me. So I made the drive. And had that beer and thier IPA. Borh were rock solid. 6mo in and this place is still great! Service is fantastic (the guys are always urging you to sample as many beers as you want), they have food trucks on weekends, and the best part is the beers are unique! You're not going to find your usual popular local CLT IPAs here. Ok, maybe a few, but you're more likely to find some unheard of sours, saisons and stouts from all across NC. Oh, and they brew their own beer here now which have all been great as well! read more

Wonderful addition to Harrisburg! Great vibe and the beer selection is unparalleled! You won't be disappointed.

Only issue was I had no way to carry my "flight" of 4 beers. Other taprooms and breweries provide a carrier.

Nice selection of over 30 beers on tap. Cook folks very laid back atmosphere. Will be back. Family friendly and pet friendly.
