It was chewy and fatty. I chewed for days just to get a single piece down. My wife steak was overcooked to medium. There's nothing worse than an overcooked filet mignon! We don't like sending food back for obvious reasons. We've heard too many horror stories, not to mention I use to work in the food industry. My wife was talking to him and he recommended some dishes right away. The food was amazing. No idea why low rating, we live in vegas and honestly the Mexican restaurants here are not good. This was authentic and flavors were amazing. The Tucson taco and cheese crisp were the best I've ever had. Our waitress was super friendly as well. We felt so welcome that we will be flying back to visit probably next week and we are coming back. We also really like the feel and ambiance of this place it just felt welcoming.
