Of course, I fell in love with the one that's brand new and $185 that would not match my home office, but what can you do? A lot of the merchandise is pre-owned bank furniture (but like new) with just about everything you could possibly need to furnish a business office, conference room or home office. In addition, he has a catalog of office furniture that can be special ordered for your specifications. When I visited, the owner greeted me right away and showed me some of the pieces he had acquired. All of the chairs are very high-end, high quality and super comfortable ranging from $65-300. A few of the models he had on the floor were brand new offering top-notch benefits and features. There was no high pressure sales from this guy and I felt very comfortable that he knew his product and he even took the time to demonstrate a few of the more popular Executive High Back Chairs he sold. If you are in the market for a new office chair and someone who sits in front of the computer all day, this store really has a terrific selection. And considering the hours one may sit while working, some of these high-end chairs may be just the right investment. Although I left empty handed, it's nice to know where I can save when I'm ready to make that purchase.

They have a great selection of everyday office products such as paper, writing instruments, binders, tape and post its. They also have a good selection of furniture and organizational bins/accessories. I have shopped in store many time and it seems to be well stocked, well organized and the employees are friendly. I have also used the ship to store options a few times and the items arrive when promised. Ordering online is easy and convenient. If I am running short on time, I have placed orders online to pickup in store. Most items can be ready within about an hour so it is very convenient if you have a lot of errands to run or if you don't really like walking around an office supply store. Any way that I have shopped, the service has been good. They also offer shipping and printing services in store but I have not personally used them. They have good weekly sales that are released every Sunday and they have great deals especially around "back to school" season.

Gladys told me it would take a half hour, She said you can get it faster in the copy area. I asked can you show me how to do that, I'm a veteran from out of town & not familiar with your system here. Gladys said just follow the prompts & it will walk you thru it. There was no other customers there when I came in print area. Another employee came over when one other customer walked up. Gladys or no one else was willing to help me. Who is the strore manager for this store?? I'd like to file this complaint!

On my last trip, I needed black ink for my HP printer. I found it pretty quickly and headed for the checkout. Checkout took about 15 minutes. It seems everyone had the same idea as me at the same time, lol. The associate was friendly and got me out the door as fast as he could. The ink, with tax, cost roughly $25. Officemax has a competitive price on ink. If it's listed cheaper on their website, show the cashier, and they will adjust the price. This location also offers printing services for larger projects. I'll continue to shop her for my personal printing needs.

In the past, I've had issues with their self-serve printer not returning the required $5 temporary hold charge. Previously, helpful staff members let me email the document directly to the front desk to print it. However, every time I've visited recently, there is a new employee who rudely claims "they don't do that anymore." Even when staff members did help me in the past, they acted incredibly annoyed and made me feel completely unwelcome. It makes no sense why they even staff the printing station if they refuse to assist walk-in customers. If they are only there to fulfill online orders, it's a massive waste of space and staff. This location is poorly run and the staff is incredibly unhelpful. If this is the closest store to you, do yourself a favor: drive a little further to a different location where the employees actually care about customer service.
