I arrived as a walk-in and Lovely was able to help me immediately. She did a beautiful job, my eyebrows look great, the shape matches on both sides, and it took a short amount of time. If I could give 0 stars i would. I came to this place because I have a friend who comes and says they do a good job. I usual go to a salon in Huntington but I had a date and didn't have time to go to Huntington. So I came here. My eyebrows start off thick and then get thin. She left my eyebrows thin and uneven. I legit almost cried and had to cancel my date because I was so embarrassed. Thankfully I was refunded. Do not come here. This is the Springfield mall location. As you can see in the before picture, my eyebrows are thicker. You can see in the picture at the salon that she left them extremely thin. She kept saying she just "cleaned it up." Price goes up for NO REASON "because its the weekend?" How do you justify that??? New "weekend price of $15" was written in a freaking pink highlighter! Don't rip your customers off without offering a reason for price hike... UPDATE: I called the owner directly ask why the price hike on weekends (F, S, S) and he first says, it was the company policy. I still wanted to know why. (I came over tired, after duty) Then he said he could give me "ten" reasons, i.e. rent, employee, (thread overhead?). We only had three reasons, and they could have been valid, so I honestly tried to explain to him what we see, as a customer, when we walking in. It all appears unprofessional, greedy, without rationale or explanation...etc. Apparently, he saw my negative check-in on Yelp and became agitated. So, I told him that I could remove it easily, now that I'd spoken to him personally. But obviously, he did not understand me and began to accuse me of BLACKMAIL over and over! You've got to be freaking kidding me...blackmail for $3.00!!!??? Bottomline, If your service is that exclusive (it's not), then go ahead, charge the $15. But, do it the right way. Notify your regular customers in advance of the rate increase. Post it with professional signs, explain it to your employees, and never, ever forget who enables you to have that business. They need to get it together or start forcing workers to come to work or be fired. first off i live in WV but i drove the 8 hour drive to Virginia to take my grandmother in law (she has Alzheimer's) here to get her eyebrows done (tattooed) they made an appointment with me for her a month before we came and when i showed up with her they didn't even know about the appointment and couldn't even get ahold of the girl on the phone or through text and that was the last straw like i drove 8 hours for this unprofessionalism and will be taking the $500+ elsewhere to get her eyebrows done. They lost out on a lot of money because they can't keep appointments. plus the manager is very unprofessional and i just hope they shut down,seems to me others also have bad reviews so its not just me having issues. take you buisness elsewhere because this is not the place for you. read more

The stars are for the great shape. However, minus stars because the threader left a series of cuts along my brow line. I get my eyebrows threaded regularly at another shop but tried this one because I had some extra time. It was painful and I have lots of little scabs. This is either a technique issue or a thread type issue. Management should look into this. read more

I'm on the fence with this place. While it looks pretty in the inside, there is much room for improvement. 1. Unsanitary. They use the same trimming tools (eyebrow comb and scissors) on everyone without cleaning or placing them in a sanitizing cup afterwards. They are just placed in an empty cup for the next use. I request not to get my eyebrows trimmed for this reason alone. 2. Price. Highest price in the area. They continue to increase the price for eyebrows, you'll see it $12 one day and $15 the next, then back down to $12. Currently it's at $12.99. Really?! 3. Service. I wouldn't have a problem paying $13 for eyebrows if there was truly a difference in the service they provide. There isn't. And your eyebrows will be hit or miss depending on who you get. The employees are not all up to par. I hope management reads this, because the 3 points above are very easy fixes. Get clean. Decide on a fair price and keep it. Make sure you employ the best staff. Eyebrows ruined, skin burned or cut are all unacceptable. read more

She's in the mall which means you're able to get your eyebrows done before or after you finish all of your shopping! There are also coupons given out to frequent customers! However, today, the way they did my brows was HORRIBLE. The lady left me missing so much hair. Before, my eyebrows were very thick and my ends were long. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I am DISGUSTED and SHOCKED with the rude and unnecessary disrespect I was faced here. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded MANY times at other places & I tried this place (WORST mistake)! During the threading, it was extremely painful and the employee Sumitra was VERY rough, so much that it hurt! I had never had my eyebrows hurt so much ever before! Then, on top of that they were uneven!! (NOTE: Eyebrow threading should never hurt) I paid reluctantly, but noticed in about a few minutes later my face was BURNING & turned a horrible red color with patches around my eyebrows! Evidently Sumitra had caused some type of reaction because my eyebrows and forehead were on fire! I go back to ask for a refund, dissatisfied with the service, & did not expect what happened next... SUMITRA WAS INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE, she was pointing her fingers at me (Photos below) and my sister, YELLING at me, telling ME to be quiet... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!!! Appalled and taken aback, I ask for the manager because I was upset with how disrespectful Sumitra was to me, then she downright LIES TO MY FACE and says "There's no manager here." Like I would believe that! After ten minutes of me pressing her to give me he manager's number after she proceeds to give me every excuse, she hands me the phone.. (Mind you I have gotten them done, at least 20 times before) He also said that I had a choice to go anywhere else, and that he would deal with Sumitra being disrespectful to me. DO NOT COME HERE! This place needs to close down. I have to grow my eyebrows out time after time because they continue to do them poorly. I had someone today whose name I didn't get, but she had razor thin eyebrows. That should've been the first sign to turn back. Firstly, THERE IS NO SANITATION!! They use the same brush and scissors without any type of washing! EW! Secondly, I showed her a photo and she didn't recreate them at all. I've found a better threading spot in Alexandria, so it's been a while since I've came here. I came here tonight since the other salon I go to now closed earlier and this was open late. I just feel like this place has gone downhill. In comparison to the other salon, they're not that great and a bit rough with threading. The prices are way too high (I'm guessing because it's inside the mall), but there are other threading spots you can save several dollars more and they do a better job. I mean they get the job done, but after revisiting this salon and the experience wasn't all that, I don't think I'm going to revisit again. Also, how come there aren't hand sanitizers visible? Honestly don't come here for anything unless you want them to mess up your eyebrows and give you horrible customer service. I came here multiple of times because it's near my house but after each time I would have a couple red dots for the next few days by how rough she would thread my eyebrows. And this time I came in and new girl took care of me and took off a whole part of my eyebrow and when i told her about it she said that she told me "that there was a gap missing already" but the whole she did not say anything. The ridiculous part is that when i told the OWNER about it he did not want to own up to anything or give any apologies. Instead they said it's my fault. Went for a lip threading which was $8 according to the sign. Went to pay and they said it would be an extra $1 because I'm paying with credit card under $10. No where in the establishment says there is a $1 upcharge for credit cards. If that is truly a policy, it needs to be visible at the cash register. Shady business to just add a $1 for no reason without a visible policy. I'll stick to the several Perfect Eyebrow locations in Tysons Corner where it's only $6 for a lip threading and I can pay with any form of payment I choose and the price stays the same. This place is okay but it depends on who you get. I've gone a bunch of times and had great experiences but my last trip was horrible. I had a threader named Jummena or something similar. She was rude, painful, and at the end when I said 'oh you cut me' she replied 'it's because YOU didn't hold tight enough!'. Okay, that's fine but why not tell me to hold tighter before proceeding? And who talks to customers, let alone returning customers this way?! That last experience was awful and won't be returning due to it. I highly recommend going to any other location.
