I showed Kevin what I wanted and he delivered! He took his time thoroughly cutting and styling my hair, and even recommended products for me to incorporate into my current hair care regimen. I walked out feeling rejuvenated and confident. Their prices are more than fair for the area and the salon is clean, well lit and bright. My hair looks and feels amazing. His haircut was not even either. my daughter has virgin hair - no color - we did proaddiction 2x before at a different salon and we're always pleased. I was shocked by his results as I never saw in my life such unprofessional work. I showed him pictures of her hair one week later and he replied he did the best that he can and that I should go somewhere else if I am not happy. I asked him to fix it and redo it and he refused - mocked me and laughed and said no. He is extremely dismissive and argumentative. He crossed the line and was really unprofessional. He recently moved from a different salon to this salon because he was argumentative there too and the owner kicked him out. I now have to find someone to fix the mess he created on my daughter's hair because he refused to take care of it. Terrible service. I wouldn't go to him for free! Avoid at all costs. I was very happy with my full head of light blonde hair and thought I had finally found a great business. Second visit I had a very different experience with George. My hair did not turn out to my liking. I asked him to tone the white/gray color on the top of my head to match the light blonde on the rest of my hair. He responded with a flat out NO! in a dismissive tone of voice! I asked him to trim my hair up to 1 inch. He took off at least 2-3 inches more. Friends have made negative comments regarding the color. Will not be returning as I no longer trust the type of service or like the rude treatment I received. Guess the honeymoon is over! Looking for a more dependable salon with expert stylists who know how to give their client what they ask and pay for!
