Great place, I came at 4pm on a Friday and had cards printed by 5. Located in a convenient spot for me in downtown

In the end, my items (one simple photo print and one canvas print) turned out fine but it was torture to get them in my hands. They gave me a date to pick up, and could not find the items when I got there. Then I waited while they found the person who took my order, who lied to me about why it was not done, and offered a lame "I should have done that" when I said he should have called me. Finally when I picked up, only one piece was in the package when I got home. I returned to get the second piece and they didn't say much of anything, just printed it right then and there. The staff here was friendly enough until they got money. However after I paid up front they failed to send me the proof they promised in the time they stated. They told me I would definitely at least get the proof by that afternoon. They didn't send the proof until noon the next day. They told me that I would possibly get my print the same day but if not definitely by day two. The shop has SAME DAY PRINTING posted on their shop window in huge letters so naturally I figured this was their thing. Do not be fooled as I was, it is not! Day two has come and gone with no response whatsoever from this company. I was counting on having the piece today now I will have to rearrange my plans because of this company's negligence. It's the weekend and they didn't have the courtesy to call and communicate progress on a project that they have already taken my money for, even though I stopped by their office earlier today and was assured on the progress and told by "Po" the printing employee that they would call me today when my project is finished. I was hoping to build a rapport with this company because of the proximity but can not/will not excuse a non communicative business partnership that has little to no respect for their clients needs. I called and they gave me a quote for half inch thick and told me they will have done in 2 hours. 30min before pick up they tell me that they don't have 1/4" and that half inch is 100dollars more than original quote even tho original quote was for half inch. I feel like knowing that we needed the print and it was too late go go elsewhere they raised the price right before we needed it. so of course we absorbe the $100. they send a revised quote but the size of the print is wrong. I ask them to change the size to what I originally asked and they update but now its even more money. this is 10min before it was orignially going to be done. so of course we have to pay extra. I was on the phone at different times and the person "helping me" seemed a little slow and unknowledgable of whats even going on at the print shop. I asked to speak to manager and of course he wasn't there. but after we gave the go ahead with new price I asked if he was still going to finish on time and he says he needs to ask manager (who is now suddenly there). they tell me no of course so we got it late. overpayed for the print and got it late. seems shady that price went up just moments before we needed it. don't trust this place with prices and don't go here if you are in a time crunch.....ANOTHER THING...ONCE I FINALLY SENT PAYMENT AROUND 2PM (WHEN IT WAS ORIGINALLY DUE) THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2 HOURS. I took on a new position at work, so I needed to update my business card. I had my previous business cards made at another printing store and they were not very impressive with the selection of paper, colors, and types of printing they could do for me. Overall, I received a large order of business cards that I was not that impressed with. This time, I wanted to make sure that I would be getting a quality product that I would be proud of. I went to the same place where I had gotten my business cards made a few years back at Perfect Image Printers in Los Angeles. I was satisfied with the last job I had with them and decided that they would be the right people to handle this job. After thoroughly explaining what I wanted and the style I was looking for I was assisted by a gentlemen named Freddie who was able to give me the best advice and proper education of how we could make the posters look just right. The finished product came out to be exactly what I wanted, which made me very pleased. I stopped by Perfect Image Printing today to have a simple B&W text graphic printed 48x72 standard paper. The first customer service rep quoted me $50 but they were unable to accept a firewire hard drive (it's 2015...) so I walked home and transferred to a USB drive and when I returned a different customer service rep assisted me. He seemed dismayed that the first guy quoted me $50, so he called him on the phone to find out why I presume. In the mean time another person took my drive but again was unable to read it because it's formatted for Mac and they run PC; which you think wouldn't be an issue since most graphic design is done on Mac's. At this point, I'd made two trips there and they couldn't even look at my file because of a lack of a firewire port and a PC based system all the while the guy on the phone seems to want to renege on the price. I walked out, but not before taking a business card so I could leave them this lovely Yelp review. (a beautiful business card Patrick Bateman would surely be envious of I must admit) Terrible customer service; and a system designed for 2002 seems to be what you'll get a Perfect Image Printing. I am beyond surprised that anyone has given them a 5 star review. It makes me wonder why they've done such a terrible job with my order... I placed an order for business cards back in December of 2018. I received the sets of business cards and they were TERRIBLE quality. They looked cheap and flimsy especially for the price I paid. I returned the cards and they said they would credit me the amount for new cards. I decided not to place the same order (6 sets of cards), but decided to use the credited amount towards ONE set of a fancier business card which should give you an idea of how expensive they are. I went in to explain exactly what I wanted and placed the order in February. They delivered a sample of the card and I was disappointed it was not what I asked for. Not only were the details wrong, but usually when you ask for a sample they are supposed to give you a finished sample of the card in which they did not. They gave me an unfinished version of the card that wasn't laser cut or die. I went in again so I could re-explain exactly what I wanted. They delivered ANOTHER WRONG sample a few weeks later (they were not accommodating or timely what so ever). Finally I just asked for a refund in March, and they ignored my comment and said they would deliver the cards by April 17th. Once again, why is it taking this long??? It is now April 30th and I have yet to receive anything. It has been going on 3 months since I placed the order and have not been compensated or received the accurate sample. I will NEVER order from this company again. Feel scammed out of my money and they make shitty business cards. If you want a business card company that deliveres quick and quality cards for literally 1/4 of the price, I ordered mine from Americasprinter.com. You're welcome. read more

Wow thank you so much for the amazing prints! A friend of mine told me about this place and I had a really last minute project that needed to be done by Sunday and I came in on Friday afternoon cos I didn't know they were closed on Saturday :/ ..I had five original 16x20 artwork and wanted five prints of each piece. Was on my way to FedEx to print a resume for a job interview and ran into this print shop. Thank god I did! I usually hate Fedex cause they charge for computer use time and it always takes so long to log in, etc. this place had a computer right on the counter and was in and out in less time than it took to write this review. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! The people are very friendly but the quality is awful. I spent $35 to get some graphic designs made. When I paid, the guy didn't really seem like he knew what he was talking about but it was cheap and he showed me other work they'd done for other clients so I figured he knew what he was doing. I asked him what would happen if I didn't like the designs, since I was just blindly paying. He said, "We'll keep going back and making changes until you're happy." So I agreed. Each time they designed or re-designed the "graphic," it just looked like they had copy and pasted a clip art image on the project. It was poor quality, and every time they did a revision it just looked like another copy-and-pasted image, awkwardly placed on my greeting cards. Nothing really changed. I don't think they actually know how to use Illustrator and if you have even a basic understanding of Photoshop or Illustrator, you could probably do a better job and save your money. Glad I didn't get anything printed here. read more
