The salon has a great first impression--clean, welcoming, and well put together. This was my first visit for a pedicure. While I was excited for this experience, I was surprised by deluxe pedicure with gel price for $75,which felt pricey considering the service was quick and only lasted about 15 minutes or maybe like 4min less because my sister in law got a deluxe pedicure as well and her was few min longer than mines and we got attended at the same time ( felt like I had received a regular pedicure) . My big toe and another toe were sore afterward, with a small cut on one, and the dead skin removal wasn't done properly. Overall, the salon is clean and well-organized, but the experience didn't justify the price. I paid for a deluxe pedicure, but it felt more like a regular one, which was disappointing. I didn't feel comfortable asking for a refund or even a discount, as I'm not someone who usually complains, but I did leave feeling ripped off. I wouldn't feel comfortable returning, especially since my fiancé and sibling noticed how rough my feet still felt--I had to smooth them myself at home. read more

Quick in and out service, even on New Years Eve! I called Perfect Nails and Spa hoping they still had availability for a quick gel mani and regular pedi. Luckily they did, and I was able to come in within an hour. Esther did my mani and pedi, and was very friendly and didn't let off an air of attitude when I turned down any pedicure upgrades. She also has a gentle touch, huge plus! Normally, I'm used to leaving a nail salon with a cut or two on my cuticles, but she didn't leave any on me. My manicure isn't perfect; it's missing some spots and has a bump on one nail, but these are things only I would notice if I were to stare at them all day. I will definitely return for SNS powder nails once my nails have grown out a bit more. Perfect Nails has excellent customer service, is staffed well enough that I was sat at a pedicure chair 5 minutes after arriving, and is a clean and comfortable place to get your nails done. They also have a frequent customer program where you get $5 off any service after 5 visits. read more

the service was decent and the work looked good but they definitely overcharged me for my nails and had a little attitude when I asked her to explain how a full set went from $45+ to $70. She kept repeating how it's $5 for the dip powder and I got medium-long nails. I said $5 was fine for the powder, but how does it go from $45 to $65 for the length??? and there's literally no polish on a single nail???? she signed with frustration when I asked her to explain the price and just said the length is extra $20. wtf does the $45 even cover if it's an extra $20 for "length"? never in my life has this set cost so much... especially with zero polish. sad because the set looks nice but im never going again because it's such a ripoff read more

My thumbs are out of commission right now. Where do I start.... April 30th I came in, was asked if I had an appointment by a very nice man, I told him I called. Told him what I needed and was pretty much seated right away! GREAT! I needed a pedi and full set. I have no complaints about my pedi at all, except for the part where I almost fell and busted my head because their floor was wet and they'd put on those "fake" slipper things on me. It's ok, they had me... (look at your cameras and see how Slippery it was) Took both of them to keep me steady. Fine. She was good, (TRACY) very nice, gentle and detailed, hurt me twice but I'm not holding that against her. Tanya did my nails.... Let me start here, I'm 35 years old ok, I've had many full sets in my life, however, I've never had a liquid gel before. YOU CANNOT ASSUME, as a nail tech that everyone has had liquid gel before!!! I had no warning that my nails would feel as if they were burning in HELL!! I kept asking, what is this??? The customer next to me had the same complaint. Pull up those cameras on April 30th a around 2:40-330, BET! You'll see us both pulling our hands out of the UV light in PAIN! Please pull up the recording because you would hear me asking about 3 times wtf was getting done to me. She never once warned that it would get hot much less BURNING!! She had me put my whole hand in and leave it! I later found out by my neighbor that you're only supposed to have it cure for seconds! After much burning as it cured more it stopped but she never warned me period. HORRIBLE. The most painful gel set of my life! All I said I wanted was gel, she never gave me an option, hell. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I would like to add that June 1st 2024, is when I decided to post this review. The above was 2023. I had the post in my draft and decided that today is the day to post it. I didn't even get into my long nails being broken, fixed and broke again the next nail. I've had long nails before, don't tell me it's because it's long . This place is a complete joke, only saving Grace is the gentlemen working the phone. read more

I am knew you the Bay Area and for the last couple months I've been getting my nails done by different places. They have been okay but none of them I would go back to. I noticed this place next to my bank and decided to walk in. First I would like to say that I have never been greeted so nicely by any nail shop. A gentleman at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. The person doing my fill is very friendly as well but most importantly she did a great job too! She listened to me and gave me the shape I requested and how I like it as well. What I appreciated as well is that she was meticulous. She would look at the nail then fix something she didn't like. I also get a full set/fill on all of my toes. A lot of people do a decent job on the big toe, but the other toes are not easy because the nails are so small. Im going to keep it simple. The yelp reviews were great Location was clean. Staff was REALLY PUSHY FOR UPGRADING my pedicure. I had my eyes closed and all I kept hearing was the employee asking me to get a pedicure, "You get this one. Hot stone massage. You need callus removal. Ill give you the best pedicure of your life." I finally gave in to what was supposed to be an hour. She made the experience feel rushed and was done at 45 mins. Aside from the hot stones everything she did I get done for $30 less at another salon. I found the place to be busy. The massage chair was fantastic. Overall a lil loud. The staff was friendly. I've come here three time now, and I am never impressed. They don't use normal acrylic powder, they use some sort of gloop for the nails that doesn't smooth out, so your nails all look clunky. Nice job on my pedicure. I messed up in not grabbing her name, but she was very through. I got the 1 hour deluxe pedicure which Included a gel massage+hot rocks+ foot scrub+ and gel leg massage for $65 + $10 for Gel polish. I felt like there wasn't enough focus on the actual foot massage which is why I got it- mostly scrubbing, extreme attention to picking around the nails (I get pedicure every two weeks so it wasn't like they were dirty- but it's still appreciated) and leg massage. Just something to keep in mind when ordering the deluxe packages. The nails themselves were perfect, extremely clean under and around the nails and she did plenty of gel coats to get the perfect white. I hate when you can see through polish but I didn't have to instruct her at all. Will come back for more. read more

I have been coming here for the past 10+ years. I love that it is a family run business! It shows integrity and commitment to their establishment and customers. Kim is my nail tech Let's be honest ladies and gentlemen; if you are a person that gets there nails done often we are very particular about our nails. And sometimes due to our own lack of communication we are unsatisfied with the results. If I see something that may need to be fixed I ask right away if it will be fixed. There is only so much they can do if you wait until they are all done and already asking you what polish you would like; to bring it to their attention. Also I have never heard of anyone that regularly gets their nails done that has never been nicked or had any bubbles in their nails polish. I have never had a problem to get anything fixed with my nails if need be; within reasonable limits and timing. Give the nail techs a chance to fix whatever you see that you are unhappy with. Showing them pictures of your expectations can also help. What is the saying? Pictures are worth a thousand words? Or something like that They have tons of color selections and are always restocking with quality polish; gel and regular. I also get my waxing done here, the estheticians are all amazing. All the women I see getting lash extensions from Natalie and Linh look beautiful! They have a loyalty rewards program, remodeled recently and other services that some nail salons may not provide.
