I have been coming here for the past 10+ years. I love that it is a family run business! It shows integrity and commitment to their establishment and customers. Kim is my nail tech Let's be honest ladies and gentlemen; if you are a person that gets there nails done often we are very particular about our nails. And sometimes due to our own lack of communication we are unsatisfied with the results. If I see something that may need to be fixed I ask right away if it will be fixed. There is only so much they can do if you wait until they are all done and already asking you what polish you would like; to bring it to their attention. Also I have never heard of anyone that regularly gets their nails done that has never been nicked or had any bubbles in their nails polish. I have never had a problem to get anything fixed with my nails if need be; within reasonable limits and timing. Give the nail techs a chance to fix whatever you see that you are unhappy with. Showing them pictures of your expectations can also help. What is the saying? Pictures are worth a thousand words? Or something like that They have tons of color selections and are always restocking with quality polish; gel and regular. I also get my waxing done here, the estheticians are all amazing. All the women I see getting lash extensions from Natalie and Linh look beautiful! They have a loyalty rewards program, remodeled recently and other services that some nail salons may not provide. We were seated right away and our ladies did a great job on our classic pedicures. They tried to offer more services - callus treatment, gel, upgraded pedicure. I respect the hustle, I get it. I have been a customer here for over 4 years. I first discovered this place through a friend. Service and quality is always excellent! Prices are honest, and they have a handout they give you before starting. The place is always clean. Sometimes if you come at the right time you'll be treated to their lunch smells which is always mouth watering. Front desk staff is always accommodating and they are honest about who is available and who is not. Even if you don't have an appointment they are always accommodating. Below will be names of the staff that I go to and trust. Henry; always answers the phone and eventually remembers who you are. He is always honest and lets you know who is available for what you want done. He even calls when the technician is running late, which is greatly appreciated! Amy; I go to her for either hard gel or regular gel for both my hands and feet. She is thorough with her work. She always makes sure the paint is even and since I get short nails she makes sure they are short but attractive. Kim (the owner); I can't say enough about Kim. She does it all. She has done my eyebrows and they last me about 2 years till I have to get them re done. So when I say her work is excellent, I mean it. Just lately she has helped me with my cystic acne, and because of her my skin is starting to clear up. She even checks in after your appointment! Expensive prices for no reason. I said to make them look natural and the lady didn't listen to me and basically did whatever she wanted and somehow gave me fake "overlay" nails so that she could charge me more. My nails look so cheap and we're definitely not what I wanted and I immediately went to my usual shop to get them fixed I definitely won't be coming back because it was not only expensive but I also left very unhappy not leaving with what I wanted or asked for. My pedicure was also less than 20 minutes you could definitely tell that they were rushing because they had a large amount of people in the waiting area. I've had no problems with my nails since coming here. They last a full 3-4 weeks! Pedis are great also. This is my second time coming to this nail shop. It was ok the first time just got a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. Came again yesterday and the price is not worth the work. I don't mind spending money if it is quality service my full set was done it was suppose to be coffin shaped and they are different shapes and sizes I had to actually point out one was extremely longer than other, the polish wasn't neat and today one nail is peeling and the side of my thumb is raw from her filling to hard. My toes I like but it was rushed also polish is bubbling. My total was $102 and I felt robbed. I do like their set up I gave it 3 stars because it was clean and the staff was really nice it's just some of the work my friend her service was nice someone named Leeann did it. Be ware! Dishonest manicurist trying to pocket extra money! Due to COVID, all beauty stations are in the parking lot. And for some reason, all payments are cash only despite the Yelp page says "contactless payment". I went in for a manicure and pedicure, the lady was sweet and very friendly. At the end she told me it's $90 cash only. I asked to see the pricing menu and realized the price discrepancy, I asked to talk to her manager, she went inside and didn't even talk to the manager, came back and said, "He said it's only $70, sorry I thought we charge more because we are outdoor in the parking lot." What???! Since it's cash payment only, she was going to pocket the extra $20, and didn't think I would ask to verify the price. BEWARE! read more

I was so excited to see a nail salon open and I want to start off saying how nice everyone was, but they are way too overpriced... and the quality is awful. They charged me $70 for a full set, and they didn't use acrylic, they used this thick gloopy substance that makes your nails look clumpy. It burns when I put them in the UV light and my nails look like Halloween witch nails. My pedicure cost $40 and basic wash and color, no lotion or scrub. It was over in 10 minutes. I went in on Saturday 10/15 to get a full set of lash extensions and at first everything was good great customer service however the service it self was bad at night I felt my eyes itchy burning and also everytime I closed them I had trouble opening them it will sticked!! Overrall my eyes were really puffy swollen and red!! I had to go somewhere else to have them remove because I could not last any minute longer with them it was excruciating my lash extensions were place rite into my eyelids pocking me bad and it felt rough. I am very disappointed on the lack of the service and care because it's the eyes there delicate and it was not cheap I paid $130 but for nothing!! I'm really upset. I set an appointment but apparently that doesn't do anything because they still just read off the check in list. So even with an appointment, I still end up wasting thirty minutes of my time waiting for a nail tech. Whatever- I can wait. Then the nail tech that is working on my nails uses some clear gel to put on my nails. This BURNED my finger nails. I get my nails done enough to know that that isn't okay. That part definitely hurt and I've never felt that much pain getting my nails done. The end result definitely didn't make me happy. I'm use to my coffin nails being really sharp and crisp. These were more uneven and dull. To make matters worse, i feel like she forgot the top coat on my thumb nail. I'm not sure if you can see in the image but it already looks discolored and smudged. I don't normally right reviews, but my experience treating myself sucked today. I paid 60$ for nails I didn't even like. Now I know why I go to Yvonne's in Newark, 40$ full set & it's quality. read more

Really pushy about upgrading. I don't like to give businesses bad reviews. But, two stars is the best I can offer. It was my first time going here on Saturday. I was in this shopping center already running errands. I just wanted the basic $35 pedicure. Jennifer, the lady doing my pedicure asked me like 10x if I wanted the $50 pedicure and I said no like 10x! Sometimes I like to indulge in an extra massage, paraffin wax, but I was not interested. At the end of the visit, I felt bad for not upgrading . I usually tip $5 on top of a $35 pedicure. But, I gave her $10. Then I go to pay and they try to charge me $50 for callus removal, when I know I told the lady "No" ten times already. The ended up charging me $40. I wasn't going to make a big fuss. But, I will not be going back there again. And I will never tip anyone extra for pressuring me to buy something I don't want to buy. Pedicure was fine. I hate the up-sale.
