Definitely recommend. Safe location, in between Chase Bank and CVS. Accepts walk-ins and has a reward system. Clean and spacious. Has around 12 TVs on the wall. Has complimentary water bottles, tea, wine, and snacks. Kim and Natalie do my lashes. They are professional and efficient, both very accommodating when it comes to booking appointments last minute. Gina does my mani, pedi, and wax. Friendly, has good costumer service, and has over 20yr+ experience.

Love perfect nail spa! I love the easy booking online but I see the welcome walk ins as well. Today I did a gel x removal, new gel x set with a design and it came out to 115 which I think is really reasonable. Jessica did my nails and she was so detail oriented and really friendly. Can't wait to come back!

I live nearby and this is my regular nail salon. I go to Heidi normally, but she's on vacation so I saw Kim, the owner, for my Christmas nails. I think they turned out great! She and Heidi can make any design you bring in to show them. Call for an appointment I highly recommend them!

I've been going to Kim for my lashes for years, and she is absolutely amazing! She really knows how to make my eyes look beautiful every single time. Her work is always consistent, clean, and perfectly customized to my eye shape. I always get compliments after every appointment! BEST NAIL SALON EVER! I've spent 27 years getting my nails enhanced with acrylic, silk and now gel tips. I discovered this place across the street from my home over 5 years ago during the pandemic. The women were hustling like mad working on many of us and giving us the best nail sets and pedicures outside in the parking lot under tents!! After 4 1/2 years of indoor service, I comtinue to enjoy the best, most luxurious pedicures and the most long lasting nails. I teach elementary school so I don't have time for breakage which I've never had. Kim, the owner does my nails and Amy does my pedicures. LOVE THEM read more

I have been a loyal customer at Perfect Nails for years. They are definitely a one stop shop! Everything from nails, pedicures, waxing, facials and permanent makeup too. Kim is the owner. Kim has been doing my nails and eyelashes for years. Kim offers many services at her salon and continues to do an amazing job! There are many ladies to choose from. Esther is my favorite for pedicures. Esther does a fantastic job. Amy is also good. In addition to Kim two other young ladies, Natalie and Lynn are also wonderful at doing lashes. Occasionally, over the years, I have had them both and they also do a great job on facials and permanent makeup. I would highly recommend this salon. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came here to get my pedicure done and ended up getting a toe fungus infection. I am extremely upset. My whole big toe nail was black and fell off! Not only that but my sister told me that when she had come here in the past they also gave her a toe fungus infection. I am extremely upset not only that this happened to me but also to my sister. This is unacceptable and they need to clean their tools better! Ive gotten my Acrylic nails done here before too and their job is sloppy and overpriced. read more

Today Dec 30th my sister came back from the nail salon with a completely different design for her nails. Horrible customer service and half ass job on her nails. She also came back with a hefty price tag. The lack of listening to her request and the final result being far from what she anticipated must have been upsetting. My sister deserves a positive and satisfying nail salon experience, and I hope next time she can find a better service provider. Never coming back here again shitty ass nail salon. read more

This is horrible. Popped in today for a quick fill. Bonus points for no wait time! I was on a mission to get my acrylics retouched and down to a more manageable length. The lady that did my fill was friendly. I asked for blue French tips which is what I got, although I'm not a huge fan of how she did the shape. She also filed and drilled my skin several times and left a pretty bad cut which got irritated badly due to the chemicals. There's bubbles throughout my nails. I ended up paying about $70 + tip for a fill. In my opinion, it is a bit pricey for a simple design and shorter length. They also have a much limited color selection compared to trendier salons. Not sure if I would come back, but the convenience of being able to walk in and get serviced with no wait is tempting. read more

First let's start here . I called in need of a last min fill due to me breaking two nails I had just got finished with a busy day and it was 6:15 my normal nail shop had closed so I looked on google for another shop they could possibly be open . I called and spoke with a worker and she let me know that they had time for my fill and broken nail . She said "come now " I arrived and was sat down to one tech I asked her was a few of my nails lifting and she said no then she proceeded to glue a lifted nail Back down . That was alarming due to the fact that everyone knows a when a nail is lifted a fill will not fix it will still lift with the fill and pop she gave me attitude and asked me if I trusted her . 5 min later she sent me to another tech and she said she was leaving for the day . (This is the lady that answered the phone and told me to come now ) Once I got to the other lady she said it was time for her to go home after the other lady already started my tips . Over all I give my experience 2 stars if you're new I wouldn't recommend this salon. Also one of my nails popped off 3 days later. read more

I gave this place another try because its so close to home I normally go to perfect nail in Dublin. At this one its always a hit or miss I always get gel set and like my nails flared out it always seems to be a big deal for that to happen, last time they put some gel on that completely ripped the top half of my pinky nail off. I went back yesterday just to get a regular mani and pedi with shellac love the color I picked for my nails but wasn't a team effort while they were taking care of me. The mani lady was doing her thing and once the pedi lady was ready to put my polish on she had to wait and wait and wait didn't speak up to ask for another uv dryer, she continued to mess with my toes cut more things that didn't need to be cut. But my main problem is I don't have concrete feet I have a few ruff spots that need to be focused on, every time I come here they scratch me up so bad on my feet!! Do you know how that feels on soft areas with that ruff thing scratching u?, so now I will not just go here because its close to my house I have had good experiences here but also bad and with $72+ being spent every time I'm not playing the guessing game anymore!! read more

The people that run the front-desk are terrible. There's no point to making an appointment and/or with someone. They'll tell you they're working the day/time you request and you get there the day of and they say their off. OR You have to wait an extra 30 minutes for the person your requested. They have you sign in when you get there but there's no point. They look at it once then forget and ask you over and over what you're there for. Along with that, if you have an appointment with someone they will forget and give that person you requested a walk-in. The ladies that do your nails are great. It's just their "Scheduler" that is terrible. read more

I absolutely love this salon!!! The ladies there are very good at what they do. I have yet to find a favorite because every pedicure I've gotten had been wonderful. I really enjoy the Pearl Spa pedicure. But the jewel of this salon is Natalie. Natalie did my eyelashes last year and I have been coming back ever since. Kim, David, Henry and the staff put up tents and the outdoor stations every day and bring them in at night. Yes it's a bit more expensive, but look at the expenses they have incurred just to reopen. Plenty of places in Alameda that doesn't have that type of clientele. Prices are similar to everywhere else - $35 for a regular pedicure and $10 for callus treatment.

The seating is nice and clean, and there is a beverage station by the waiting area. It is decorated with modern, high-backed spa lounge chairs. However, the chairs do not have a massage function and the pedicure basin does not have the jet functions. In that aspect, it reminds me of Cabana, which is around the corner and down the street. Aesthetically, the place is very good looking. But for me, I prefer a more functional spa chair. I like the massage and jets at other places. Also, the faux leather of the chair and small pillow made me really overheated and uncomfortable. It was only a 11:30am and the temperature was growing uncomfortably warm with no AC or fan. The nail tech did try to fan me but that felt awkward so I smiled and asked her if I could have a water bottle instead. There was one other client getting her nails done while I was in there. They do offer to upcharge you on gel but I do not prefer it, so I declined. My service was the VIP 2. The massage was very short and the tech used her nails to graze my skin. It did not feel good as her natural nails felt thin and sharp on my sensitive skin. Also, as a part of the service, I was hoping for the paraffin wax. Instead, my heavily lotioned legs got wrapped in a hot towel (that felt nice) but got a "collagen sock" which was a single use plastic boot type product akin to a bag. The tech took the toe portion off so she could work on prepping the polish with my toes perched awkwardly to let the boot hang over the interior edge of the basin. Without the motorized spa chair function, it was not easy to fix my position as I would have needed multiple pillows to incline from the seat. They did not have a fan or nail drying station for the regular polish so the older nail tech accidentally messed up my polish when putting on my sandal. By that point, I had grown tired of the uncomfortable seat and I wanted to leave. I did not ask her to fix it because I had other errands to run for the day. I fixed the polish myself at home and it dried a lot quicker with the OPI brand I prefer. Overall, the place is aesthetic, there's plenty of metered street parking nearby, the techs are sweet but communication is limited, they have some amenities while you wait, and there are other private suites for rent in the interior of the nail salon for rent (in case you are a service provider, this may benefit you). Personally, I probably won't be back for nail services but did see they have permanent eyebrow tattoos. I may be back for that instead.

The photos are: what we talked about (straight off of Christina's Instagram), what I got, and how…read moreshe "fixed" it. I asked for something like the photo from her page, but also said less dramantic because I don't wear make-up every day. Instead I got something that didn't follow the lash line at all, was uneven, and made me look ridiculous. I literally cried in my car at the idea of anyone seeing me like that, it was humiliating. I texted Christina and asked her to just remove them. She said she could fix them. Fine. The last picture is what I walked out with after her "fixing" them, no additional commentary needed there! She said to come back in 2 weeks and she'd "fix" them more. So, I should come back and pay her more money for doing a bad job in the first place?! Plus, after an application, a removal, and another application my eyes burned for literally hours (I had to continuously flush them with eyedrops) and my eyelids were sore for 2 days. I asked for a refund and Christina said she'd refund half because she "spent a lot of time on it". Guess what? I spent a lot of time earning the money I paid to not get what I asked for and to walk out feeling worse about how I looked instead of better. I agreed to a 50% refund and haven't heard back from her since OR gotten my money back. So I ended up out $180 and with mangy eyelashes, spent my day off feeling like crap, and I had to pay again to get them done decently (after having to deal with false eyelashes for weeks while the damage grew out). Don't waste your time or money, and take note of how she chooses to handle dissatisfied customers
