The atmosphere was cramped and dimly lit, but I decided to give it a try. I provided instructions on how I wanted my eyebrows to look, but the final result was not satisfactory. Despite the mediocre service and atmosphere, I paid the fee and left a tip. However, I will not be returning and would not recommend it to close friends or foe. PS After having my eyebrows done, you cannot tell the difference. So, if you days later, I had my eyebrows done again in Alameda.
