The photos are: what we talked about (straight off of Christina's Instagram), what I got, and how she "fixed" it. I asked for something like the photo from her page, but also said less dramantic because I don't wear make-up every day. Instead I got something that didn't follow the lash line at all, was uneven, and made me look ridiculous. I literally cried in my car at the idea of anyone seeing me like that, it was humiliating. I texted Christina and asked her to just remove them. She said she could fix them. Fine. The last picture is what I walked out with after her "fixing" them, no additional commentary needed there! She said to come back in 2 weeks and she'd "fix" them more. So, I should come back and pay her more money for doing a bad job in the first place?! Plus, after an application, a removal, and another application my eyes burned for literally hours (I had to continuously flush them with eyedrops) and my eyelids were sore for 2 days. I asked for a refund and Christina said she'd refund half because she "spent a lot of time on it". Guess what? I spent a lot of time earning the money I paid to not get what I asked for and to walk out feeling worse about how I looked instead of better. I agreed to a 50% refund and haven't heard back from her since OR gotten my money back. So I ended up out $180 and with mangy eyelashes, spent my day off feeling like crap, and I had to pay again to get them done decently (after having to deal with false eyelashes for weeks while the damage grew out). This became my go to place towards the end of the pandemic . My original shop was always having crazy hours . I came here on a whim and now this is my go to for pedicures! It's a very small shop ! So patience is a virtue . I will say I'm not quite sure if they really go off appointment times . I called and they said come at 12 . I got there at 12:05 and didn't get seen until 12:30 . But again , I know they're a small shop so I was not too bothered by the wait . I pay 90$ for a deluxe pedicure which includes flower petals , scrub , oil down and massage . Clean up , hot wax on your feet , and finished with hot rock massage and hot towels , on top of my eyebrows and mustache getting waxed ! All for 90$ that also included the gel polish on my nails with French tip so just imagine how much it'd be if you just got regular polish ! That's a great deal and it's worth it . They are very good with precision and detail because my French tip was hand painted . I've never gotten my actual nails done here but I've seen customers leave with amazing designs and details . They always bring me back to life my feet always feel Ike a baby's bottom when I leave . Pros : good work , great pricing . Family oriented. Cons : small shop so limited chairs and techs , don't really follow appointment times . I have patience for things that's worth it ! They definitely are ! So I recommend getting a deluxe pedicure ! I'm am almost speechless over my experience at Elite Nails!! My first pedicure was great. I loved it and thought I found my new salon. Today, was a MUCH DIFFERENT experience. To start, the lady had no regard for my nails being symmetrical. She was shaping them all kinds of different ways- some square some round some long some short. And as she was cleaning up the polish, this woman CLEANED her ACETONE BRUSH ON MY FOOT!!!! Not a napkin, she casually wiped CHEMICALS ON MY SKIN!! It took everything I had not lose my cool. This is the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. I am sorry I ever came in and recommend you save yourself and find another salon. If I could give a zero I would. Let me preface by saying I am admittedly a bit picky. But not like...unsatisfiably picky. I came here because it was close by and I wanted a pedicure and a well needed break from my tornado two year old. It was a Sunday afternoon, there was only one other customer, a kid hanging out in a pedicure chair, and two nail techs shootin the breeze. I was seated, and couldn't look past how unclean everything looked. I'm not looking for pristine, but dirty is gross when you're working on peoples bodies. The pedicure chairs had stains and stuff stuck all over them. The foot rests were notably grimy. My nail tech was kind and generally did a decent job, though she def wasn't taking her time- sort of rushed through all the best parts of a pedicure. After a deep look, I saw the paint work was pretty shaky. She also left me to dry forever while she started a complex acrylic service on a client. I had no clue when I could get up and out. Also took a phone call in the middle of the pedicure, and all 3 techs joined in on her speaker phone call. Her 7/8 yr old was hanging around and being a kid- which is fine, but I was hoping for a break from that. No points off for that though- childcare is a doozy! I gave it a 2 because I think cleaning up the place would make a big difference in the experience. I was pretty turned off once I saw her using tools in her basket on me that weren't in sterile bags. Everywhere else I've been has sterile bags. If you're looking to just get your nails done and don't really care about the experience, this place will do just fine. If you're looking for an experience, maybe look elsewhere. read more

She was aggressive on the filing and made me bleed more than once. Even with the pain I went through, I did not get the shape I asked for. While I was waiting for an open seat in the pedicure area I saw a nail tech had just finished a client & I decided I wanted an acrylic set as well. She gladly did my set! Came here with a friend to get a mani pedi because it's her usual spot. We arrived at 1140am. We didn't get out until 430pm and it wasn't because they were busy. They sat me down to get a pedi first, and my friend waited at the nail tech station. There were two women working and they had two customers at the time having pedicures done. When they finished with their current customers, one moved to work on me while the other went to work on a pedi for another customer that came in after us. Okay, maybe this one doesn't do mani... I let it slide. Halfway through my mani another woman (the owner) comes in and tells my friend she'll be with her in 5 min. 25 minutes later she gets to her station and starts working on my friend. She gets her tips on and they tell her to take the seat next to me to start her pedi since she had another woman come in with an appointment time. Um... okay. After my pedi They start working on my mani. It turned out okay (uneven but I'm not THAT picky so i let it go cause i wanted out of there cause we had things to do) but she cut me on two different fingers and made a face and said sorry. Okay, whatever. I'm done, get my friend done so we can get on with our day. My friend finishes her pedi and they starts working on her mani when her tech tells her she has to leave for 10 minutes to pick up her daughter. 45 minutes later she gets back and sits down and starts working again. Then when she's done forming my friends nails, the owner starts with the painting. That took another hour. 7 customers were worked on during the time we were there. Never again. read more

When I said I was bleeding she just shrugged it off. I said it again and finally the lady in charge/Manager/ owner told her to put some alcohol on it. Came here for a gel manicure because my usual place was booked. I called and they told me it costs $20 which I thought was a steal. The gel manicure was terrible. The technician had a heavy hand and put too much polish. A lot of it ended up on my cuticles. She tried to correct it by using some acetone on a brush to clean up the edges but it made it worse because when I put it under the uv lamp the polish receded on the edges. I was trying to tell her that is too much polish but she didn't understand. I ended up with messy looking nails that look like a 5 year old did it for me. Then when it came time to pay, she told me it was $25!! They charge $5 to remove old gel polish. Wtf?? ? My other nail places don't charge extra for that. read more
