Terrible customer service. They rushed my nails, made me bleed and then they told me to go wash my hands and I did and they disappeared when my nails needed a touch up because of them rushing. They left the filler stuff between my nails and skin when getting tips so my nails look literally so thick it's ridiculous. Nail techs name was Selene or Serene? When she went to retouch my nails, she used the same equipment she was just using on the girl that I interrupted (sorry other girl I tried to find someone else but they wouldn't let me). Nail polish was left all over mt hands and cuticles so I asked her to touch it up and she responded "If you wanted your cuticles done I would've done them for $10 extra." Why wouldn't I have wanted my cuticles done if I'm getting a manicure? I'm so confused. This place is absolute trash. The pedicure was fine besides the tech dropping the pumice on the ground and it flying across the ground and then using it again on my feet without rinsing it. There were multiple employees on their phones blasting tiktoks or fb reels for the entire time I was there. One was sitting in the chair next to me blasting Fortnite. Where to I begin? How about how my friend got there at 9am and no one was there! Eventually a nail tech showed up and they both waited outside in the rain for another five minutes until someone came to unlock the door. Then, I get there and my friend and I waited another ten minutes for them to open and set up the place. Now, I asked for dip. The entire thing felt rushed. He sanded down my skin to the point where I now have scabs. Then, he finished my dip with gel?? I had to wait under the UV light. I've never had that for dip. Finally, I left with powder encrusted around my skin. My friends nails were so sloppy. The first UV light was broken. Hers looked like she could've done this herself. I was traveling in on a business trip and didn't have time to get my old (chipped) gel nails taken off. Perfect Nails let me pop in before they closed and redid my nails - and they looked amazing! THEN they were the kindest owners and noticed I had come straight from the airport with my luggage. The family dropped me off at my hotel on their way home which was about a mile from the salon instead of waiting for an Uber at night. Amazing service all around. What a gem! read more

Only my 2nd time going, I scheduled an appointment because when I got my nails done I saw how well other people where getting a massage. So I went in with high expectations and was VERY DISAPPOINTMENT IT WAS A WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!!. Amy I believe her name is sat me in a chair I requested only a polish change and a foot massage, she started and only rubbed one foot not massage and wipe off lotion with a hot towel. Then she sat me in the chair to start my nails, she did not do square shape she did every nail different shapes. Also during my service she stopped to take care of a different client twice. To the point she sent me to a Man to finish polishing. I WILL NEVER BE BACK I FELT SO UNIMPORTANTED THEN WAS OVER CHARGE FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE. read more

So I'm not sure if I've just been spoiled by my home nail salon, but I was not impressed at all by this salon. There are a number of things I noticed that bothered me. First: I asked if there was a wait and they immediately told me there wasn't. However I ended up waiting in the chair for about 10-15 min before a manicurist started even removing my polish. Second: There is no menu or pricing information readily available. I understand some places thinks it looks tacky, but I like to know how much things cost before I retain services. Third: this bothered me me the most; they do not sanitize their tools between customers. After I had my pedicure, the tech merely rinsed out the bin with water before sitting another customer in the pedicure chair. Most places I frequent either use a liner, or scrub the tub after spraying it with some type of cleaner. Also, I saw the staff member doing my nails hand another tech several tools after using them on me (ie clippers and cuticle cutters). Fourth: they do not offer water, soda, or any other refreshments for guest. Fifth: They clearly didn't realize I understand and speak perfect Vietnamese. The tech doing my nails was on her cell phone having a gossipy conversation with her sister, and when I left a 15% tip because I wasn't impressed with the manicure, she exclaimed, "really? All she left was 8.40? Really?" All in all she was really unprofessional. The mani the and pedicure were done by two different people; that's the only reason this place gets 2 stars. read more

Found this nail salon for after work manicure/acrylics. Had to wait a few minutes, understandable, it is springtime after all. The lady who did my nails did a half ass job, my cuticles are still a mess. She did not even treat them or anything. Then she rushed me up before my nails were dry and of course, they smudged. Full acrylic set was $30 and they look like I could've done them better myself. I tried the round natural shape versus square. They are so misshapen and uneven. Never coming back. Was in the area, short on time before an event and opted to visit this shop. A most enjoyable experience. Greeted right away, and found all the technicians friendly. I'm terribly picky (I inspect every nail) and the Tech (FiFi) was kind and responsive to all request. And the results were amazing! I have now been there several times and receive so many compliments on my nails and hands I can't imagine going any where else. My guy friend who never takes notice even commented that my nails look nice. For a personal treat I highly recommend the pedi with the stone massage! read more

Checked this place out since my regular nail tech was booked. My nails were ok but I felt like she rushed. When she first filed my nails down they were uneven so I had to tell her to file them down twice to make both hands look the same. This spot is ok but this is why I never stray from my regular spot when I find a good nail tech. read more

I have three nail salons within one mile of my house. Peter does such a great gel manicure, and pedicure I choose to drive across town. They have CND polish which I love bc they have so many colors to choose from. He applies THREE coats of color, and an alcohol free top coat. I've gone to this place a few times for a pedicure mainly out of convenience. This time I was also given a manicure because they were so rushed they didn't listen to my requests. I also said I was in a rush and asked politely if it could be done in the time frame before I began. They agreed. It certainly was not finished. I was charged for the full service but had to make an extra trip the next day when I needed to be at a wedding to get finished. Lastly 3 hours after the service... only 3 hours... my polished started to peel off. I had no choice but to be at the wedding with chipped nail polish, that I paid for the previous day and tipped 20%. Needless to say, convenient or not I will not return. read more

I feel the need to yelp because I ended up getting an infection and having to go to urgent care! One tentius shot-10 days of antibiotics later I should be okay. I hate to say bad things. So far the service is extremely lacking. I'm here getting a pedicure and I've sitting here in luke warm water with no water agitation. Not much of a foot spa experience so far. I understood the employees were busy when I came in but at this point 4 have finished and each one standing around. So 15 minutes in and I have a person. Scratch that she has appointment coming in soon so back to waiting. At least the water is warm now and churning. Once the pedicure started it was fine. Didn't scrub the heel as much as I prefer and technically need. Massage okay but little weak. Felt like the skin was being rubbed but no muscles being massaged. Had better but had worse too. Hated that they used cotton to separate my toes. Not sure if other customers brought their own or I just didn't warrant the extra 5 cents. The polish application was done well with adequate attention to detail but the overall experience was lack luster and I won't be returning. Also I rarely have the time to sit long enough to air dry my nails and they only use fans. I wish I would have checked the yelp reviews before I went. I asked for an ombré French nail and showed a picture. She said she could do it and then halfway through I double checked that we were still doing the ombré nail and she claims that she cannot do it. So I got uneven acrylics. She worked very through but was rude when I tried to problem solve for me to get what I paid for. Very understaffed so it took 1 hour 30 mins and I was sitting waiting for 30 mins of that in between steps. read more

This was an average nail shop. They have very limited OPI nail polish supply; and it was clear that the polish was altered with nail polish. It was too thin and not durable. My polish on my feet flaked off in pieces just a couple weeks later. I will say I enjoyed that they didn't try to up-sell me and they were very nice. First, I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. When the pedicure was done, They had me move immediately to the pedicure drying station. I bumped my toe and nicked the polish. When I pointed it out, they were not very gracious about fixing the polish and did a lousy job. Pretty sure I won't go back. read more

My friend and I waited 25 minutes to be shown to the spa chairs -- not great, but not horrible considering we were walk-in customers. Once in the pedi chairs, however, we sat with our feet in cold water (uh-huh, you read that right) for over 45 minutes. After which time, the nail technicians proceeded to give us both pedicures that left us feeling like we hadn't really had our feet done at all. (Can you say rough?) The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE, I had a pedicure and I watched the nail tech remove toe separator from one client and she gave used separator to my tech who proceeded to put on me and was offended when I said what are you doing? then she tossed me a packaged one and said open this and I will put new one on you????? WTF if state board made a visit they would be SHUT DOWN. How many other unsanitary corners are they cutting? not a happy camper. I tried this place out because my regular place closed and i really needed a full set and they have a coupon on the back of the neighboring Schnucks receipts. i went in and sat down right away. however, the girl didn't even speak English so i showed her a picture of what i wanted. After that, things got a little iffy. she didn't push back my cuticles so by the time she glued on my full set, it looked like i already needed a fill! Not only that, she cut them excruciatingly short! As if i didn't even get a full set in the first place. after she painted the design on them she applied the top coat which smeared the design. i asked her to redo it and she said that it would be an additional charge on top of the full set, and design. when i got ready to check out, she wouldn't even honor my coupon! Went foe waxing & it was WORST service I had ever seen. Waited for 2 hrs and when my turn came for waxing that lady was more interested in attending phone calls & other customers. In half hour she was not able to finish half hand and that too she said only upper side she will wax. :( read more

Beware! I paid $33.00 for a gel manicure (a higher price than I have seen elsewhere, but it was convenient). Normally a gel manicure should last 1 1/2 - 2 weeks at a minimum. The next day my nails began chipping. I was able to put a coat of clear polish on top to get them to last a couple of days, but a week later and all of my nails are chipped off. I called them and they are unwilling to offer a refund. I will not be heading back there again! read more
