When we arrived, we were the only 2 clients in the space since we had the last appointments of the night. The girls working got us checked in, offered us something to drink and let us pick out our nail color from the wall. I was glad to see they offer dazzle dry since that's been my new favorite type of polish recently. Once we had our colors, the techs had us sit in the chairs and we were able to soak our feet for a bit. The bowls they use are meant to be cleaner than the traditional pedicure tubs and are easy to move around as needed. Once we had our feet soaking for a bit, the techs started to clean/scrub our feet/ankles and calves. They also provided a warm neck wrap that we could put on while relaxing. Once they are ready to start with the lotion and hot towels, they have you recline back in the chair which was so nice. My favorite part was when they did the hot stone massage on my feet/calves. Honestly, that felt so good and lasted a nice amount of time. Once all of the pampering was completed, my nail tech started to work on my toes and made sure they were getting painted correctly. She did at least 2 coats of the color along with a base coat and a top coat so I trust the color will last for a bit. We were able to remain reclined for about 10-15 minutes while our toes were drying and then the nail techs came out to check on our toes so that we could put on our flip flops and head out. The techs were so friendly and really made sure we felt good afterwards. They helped us up off our chairs and then we were able to pay before leaving. This really was such a nice experience for a pedicure. Now that I have done the basic pedicure, I may be interested in doing one of their speciality pedicure experiences next time.

They have several to choose from, and I went with the hydrate and moisture pedi. She sold me on it when she said it came with hot stone massage. Upon walking in, I couldn't help but notice the aesthetic. The salon is immaculate, the floors were shiny and clean, and it totally gives off the high-end vibe. After signing in, they confirmed what services I was getting and brought me back. The person doing my nails was Paige and she couldn't have been more pleasant. When we got started, she confirmed the design and then suggested I get the gel builder vs gel-x and gave her reasons why. During the process she was extremely attentive, making sure I was satisfied with each step before moving on. Everything was fine and then it came time for the design. She nailed it on the first time! There were no struggles, hesitations, or sighs. She did everything with ease and was able to mimic the design the best out of all the other salons I've been to. Once she was finished, Olivia brought me over and did my pedicure. She was amazing and also super friendly. The massage chair was heaven and easily one of the best I've had whilst getting a pedicure. Overall, I was beyond pleased for my first time at the salon. While the prices are a tad higher than what I'm accustomed to paying, it does ring true you get what you pay for. I ended up speaking with the owner and told her I currently had acrylics but was wanting a different sign. I sent her a picture of the design and she said she has plenty of people that could do it, that it was easy, and she'd love to get me taken care of. She then suggested I try gel-x, which I was somewhat familiar with but had never tried. When I asked how much it would be, she said $75.00 total. I decided it was a good deal and booked my appt for the next day. I came a bit early for my appointment and they took me back right away. The place is beautiful but this is where things took a turn. When I sat down, I confirmed the design with the nail tech but I noticed there was a bit of a language barrier. When she was unsure of what I said, she'd ask her co-worker for help. Things were going ok until it came time for the design. I noticed she did the design on both hands the same direction, when instead each hand should have been opposite. When I pointed it out, the owner came and said she'd try. She then sat down and removed what the girl had done but what she said next really threw me for a loop. She goes, "you know most people with designs get them facing the same direction." I said, "interesting because everywhere I've gone for designs always faces them the opposite direction ." Regardless, isn't that common knowledge? She then started on the lines of the design and made the comment, "this is really tedious, you know." I'm sitting here thinking, "wasn't it you I spoke with on the phone yesterday that was saying how easy the design was and that you had techs that could do it?" She finishes up and I go to pay. If you remember earlier in the review, I told you she told me it would be $75.00, so imagine my face at the register when I look and it's $110! When I told her this wasn't the price she said on the phone, she said, "well, that didn't include the removal of your old nails, the shape, length, etc". I'm like ok. I paid and quickly left. After 5 minutes, I decided that didn't sit well with me, so I called and asked to speak with her (the manager). When I asked why she didn't tell me that when I was on the phone with her yesterday, she was like, "you're right. That's my fault. I should have done it. I'll refund you the extra $35.00." I told her I appreciate the gesture, however, I didn't call for a refund. Put yourself in my shoes and ask yourself how you'd feel if you were told one price over the phone but charged something different in person." Again, she apologized and said I was right. I then asked why she made the comments about it being tedious and she said she was just saying it aloud but it wasn't directed to anyone. Again, even if you felt that, you could have at least waited until I left to voice your frustration. You meant for me to hear it and that's all I'll say regarding that. If she had been transparent from the very beginning, none of this would have happened. While I appreciate her giving me back the $35.00, it doesn't excuse the fact that she didn't convey the extra prices. Additionally, regardless of you how felt, you should know better than to voice your frustration at me knowing full well YOU were the one that said it was easy before I even got there.
