Got my acrylic fill-in done today by Jessica. She shaped my nails beautifully as I didn't want them too long but wanted a more updated shape to my usual squoval nails. She used a gel color and then applied chrome dusting over the nail for a seamless chrome sheen. I love my nails and Jessica is great technician and is such a sweet lady. Looking forward to trying their marble design some time soon. read more

I have come here for a very long time. The staff is wonderful, efficient, and hilarious. Everyone is treated well, whether you are a regular or a walk in. I came in for a gel removal and acrylic full set. I'm not sure what the tech's name was, but she was a wavy haired Asian woman, not Lynn 1 or 2. For the gel removal, she didn't soak my nails, just drilled down to my natural nails. Also when she was clipping my natural nails, she didn't clip all the way across and instead clipped halfway and tore the rest off. This was awfully painful and a couple of my natural nails were torn way too short, to the point where she had to glue back my pinky nail to prevent it from bleeding. The acrylic application was pretty awful as well. The length, shape, and thickness were uneven (please see my pic). I asked her to fix the thickness of one of the worst nails and she did but it ended up ruining the shape, so to avoid losing more length, I just let it be so I can go home and fix it myself. I went home and filed each nail down to the right thickness, fixed the apexes and shapes, and replaced the gel color with what I had. This was the second time I had a bad experience with one of the newer techs (the male tech I had last time wasn't there that day or maybe doesn't work there anymore). If you're not going there to see Lynn 1, 2, or Jesse, I don't recommend it. Dark blue nails done by mystery tech, sat at table 1. Dark green nails done be me, not a professional. read more

When she arrived at the place she asked the lady doing her nails if she could replicate a design she saw on Pinterest ( first picture shown) because we are going to a wedding this Friday. She said yes. Midway through she told me her she couldn't after asking to see the picture again. She also cut my fingers on multiple occasions. When I had to pay she told her it was $65 ( I was told 45 on the phone) and then offered a five dollar discount. This place is terrible. Worst manicure ever.....a simple manicure, no color, with one nail extension on one thumb was all I asked for. Look at my cuticles and nail extension in the pictures. This nail tech had absolutely no clue what she was doing! She even asked a different nail tech to do the extension and after much debate and discussion the second nail tech did it reluctantly - as evidenced by the pathetic result! Never again. As a new customer, I would hope for them to explain where to see the color options but that was not the case. came here a couple of years ago and remembered i really like their services so i came back the other day and was very disappointed with how everything came out. this place accepts walkin so i didn't make an appointment and i was seen pretty quickly by Ling. I chose my color and when it wasn't at all like i thought it would be, Ling found me a couple of colors to see if it's closer to the one i wanted (took about 3 tries). Once we found a color, she put about two coats and then finished but you can see the streaks fairly clearly so it would have been nice if she could have done them more neatly- if you see the pictures, you can also see that she wasn't as neat on the sides and there are excess nail polish on the edges. She also didn't wet my fingers before doing my cuticles so OUCH. and after all this she didn't give me a wet towel or give me a massage- all she did was rub lotion and give a tiny brush of oil on my cuticles. overall VERY disappointed with the overall quality and service of this place. paid$30 plus $5 tip (they definitely didn't even deserve that) for gel mani. don't see myself coming back here. can get way better treatment elsewhere. read more

Some better then others. however for some reason they always chipped or lifted on me fairly quickly which was frustrating and a waste of money. Maria and Jessie were always very nice.
