Got their signature facial plus the eye treatment & hand wax. Nadia was the one who performed it on me and she was so informative, helpful, gentle, and relaxing. She always shared some of her beauty secrets about eating healthy and which fruit/veggies help target certain areas of your face. They recently relocated and their new location is very large with tons of parking space. I will be coming back! read more

I could not be more pleased with the service we received at Perfect Touch Day Spa. The location is a little tucked away, near downtown Fort Worth, but from the minute you enter the door, you start a very relaxing, soothing experience. Second time to go there and first time at New location. BEAUTIFUL and calming atmosphere. I was able to get an appointment a couple hours ahead of time very easily. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. I went for an hour Swedish massage and my masseuse Shannon was amazing! She truly personalized my massage focusing on my pulled muscle in my neck and shoulder. She was very sweet and really worked out most of the tightness. Left me feeling much better than when I arrived! I highly recommend them and I'll definitely be back sooner than later! Amazing massages. I've had 3 different massage therapists and have had a 5/5 experience every time. Every touch is well-planned and geared toward your problem areas. These therapists are well trained and go beyond your typical spa massage. I've gone in with so many knots and always leave with so much improvement. Today I couldn't turn my head without feeling tension in my arm, shoulder, and neck, and after an hour appt, I left with improved range of motion and less pain. We went back a second time for more! Sadly, it was different. Maybe it was with us as the first time we were so excited to try them out. My wife and I enjoy spa days often together. Since moving to FTW we've been searching. I will say that perfect touch is well appointed, clean, and has a great atmosphere. The staff is really nice. There massages are ok. Sadly, they just didn't seem to be spa quality??? It seemed as though the therapists were absent? Not present? Not mindful of what they were doing? I'm not sure what to say? They were very professional and kind, but there was something off. Plus as a couples massage they forget to give us our champagne. Oh well! The nail salon is a joke. I mean you sit on these cheap desk chairs with home style foot baths from Walmart! We get better and more thorough care at a plain old nail salon for cheaper. They don't really spend anytime on foot massage and they hardly buff the calluses and heals at all! We've done better jobs at home ourselves. The facials are just ok. They spent no time on blackhead removal. I think we will keep searching. Kind of sad though, this place came highly recommended. Kudos though to the very nice people who ho work there. read more

My friends and I had a girl's day out and used the Spa Finder gift certificates we had received as gifts at The Perfect Touch Day Spa. We had a "perfect day!" I had a massage, a body polish and a facial. All three services were fabulous. I prefer a deep tissue massage and Nicki did an outstanding job and applied the exact pressure that I asked for. I have been going to this spa for about 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. I recently had the hot stone massage and I tell you my life has been changed! I usually get the basic massage, and I think at some point I've had nearly every therapist there and been in all the rooms. All the beds are comfy, with a heated pad underneath, the sheets are soft, and they are so polite! Everyone I've had has been very good, with several being excellent - like Deborah for deep tissue work and the girl I had for the hot stone, though I can't remember her name. I will go here for ever. I gave this place a try based on Tina R's recommendation, plus, it was not too far from my house and their prices are good. I made an appt for a massage and reflexology. The massage was $55 and reflexology was $35. I didn't ask for anyone in particular. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appt and was taken back to the room 15 minutes late. There were other people waiting for the 2:00 appts and I was the first one there of all of them...and last to go back. The therapist seemed rushed to me. She jumped right in with long firm strokes on my back...almost deep tissue from the first moment, instead of warming the muscles up first , then going deeper. Her strokes were totally disconnected....she would be in one area, then jump to another, then back somewhere else....all over the place. I felt like someone was forced to touch me for an hour and a half and just did whatever haphazardly to get it over with. She wasted a lot of time on silly things...like my scalp. With lotion and oil on her hands, and after rubbing my feet....she comes up to massage my face and scalp. I felt really grossed out by that. I looked after it was over and she did not have hand sanitizer...so she went straight from feet to face. Even I don't do that. I left with my face and hair greasy. Overall, I think this place is "OK". You don't get to go into a locker room and get a fluffy robe and slippers. You just go straight to a massage room and undress in there. There is no fluff. Maybe it was just the therapist I got by default for not asking for someone in particular, but my therapist was really really WEIRD. She giggled half the time...and we weren't talking. She would go off on these tangents about how I should exercise more and drink more water.....like I don't know that....I wasn't there to be lectured. At times, she was not touching me and I'd open my eyes and she was standing over me with her hands just hovering me and her eyes closed. I asked what she was doing and she said "redirecting your energy" Ok what the hell is that? I'm paying you to massage me, not stand over me. This was my first experience with reflexology and I will give it another try somewhere else because I don' t think this woman knew what she was doing. She spend about 10 minutes rubbing and PULLING on my ears. Then she spend some extra time on my feet, but nothing special. She pulled my toes and cracked them...I guess that's reflexology. I had asked her to tell me when we were going to start the reflexology part because I had never had it before. Well she never said anything, just continued to giggle for no reason and pull my ears and mess up my hair. This therapist was a train wreck.. they must have some good people there though because the place was standing room only. In conclusion, I will stick with Coldwater Creek Spa in Southlake Square....they treat you like a queen there. Also ..Sutera Day Spa in Flower Mound is wonderful. They give you a Kashwere Robe to wear and they have an amazing shower and sauna in the locker room. Both of these are about $80 a massage....so I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I LOVE this spa. I've been several times and it is great. The massages are wonderful. Rae does my massages and I know this is going to sound really strange but I love my butt being massaged and she gives the best glute massages EVER. They really take their time and make sure they are doing exactly what you want! Rae is amazing!! I usually go there and have several things done like the massage, then a facial, and a body scrub and polish with a glass of wine in between each then when I'm finished I go across the street and eat at Dos Gringos. I always use perfect touch for my facials and massages. Like the other reviews state, the parking is tight! The inside is not as tranquil or relaxing as some spa's I have visited. It's hard for me to schedule a massage or facial a week or two ahead of time due to my hectic work schedule..I love being able to call perfect touch and get in the same day. No cancellations are allowed(or you pay). Inside of the treatment rooms the lighting is dim and much more relaxing than the hallways and entry room. For the price and quality of service you receive here, I would definitely recommend Perfect Touch to my friends and family. read more

I was right in the middle of nightmare skin attack when I had to go to Fort Worth for a wedding while my husband went to party with the groom Perfect touch fit me in last minute, Nadia was gentle but effective and my skin felt better right way its not perfectly clear but still better than before. I went there for a spray tan before my prom, Mirella did my tan she did a amazing job. I did 2 coats to even it out and just in case if she missed spots before. I've had the gotten both different tans but this time i got the 3 hour one and it was amazing it left me looking like a bronzed goddess.
