Perfect timing for my 900th review on Yelp! Peter showed excellent customer service since day 1. Fast responses and reasonable quote for 3M film. I thoroughly enjoyed that he showed me the difference between ceramic tint vs. regular and no tint. It was an average about 2-3 hrs for the work. I had lunch with my husband near by at the Mills and did some shopping while we waited. There was even added a sticker to remind customers not to roll their window down for 3-5 days! Peter and his team did a fantastic job without any bubbles found. It's been about 2 weeks since I got my car windows tinted here, and I'm very satisfied. Definitely considering the front clear tint to help block out harmful UVA/UVB rays in the near future. Thanks so much! read more

I reached out to him on Yelp for a quote, and he responded quickly each time. When I arrived the morning of my appointment, he was there to greet me. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place, I had a bad experience with their tint installation in my model 3 Tesla. The first time I took my car, I had to wait longer from the expected time because the Tesla prior to mine they had to re-do the back windshield and on my car they had to re-do the front windshield. When I picked up my car, it had a lot of hazy spots which they claimed it was water and it was going to disappear, it never did. I had to take it back to get it replaced... and still did it wrong, it had a crease and hazy spots again. I complained about it and the answer I got was: "it's not going to be perfect". I have used many tint shops and never, never, never had this problem. I didn't have another choice than asked for my money back, of course they were not able to processed it on the spot, they say it will take about 10 business days. After waiting for a month for my reimbursement, I had to get my bank involved and that's how I was able to get my money back. Bad experience, bad installation and bad attitude after I requested my money back. read more

This place deserves more then 5 stars. Was looking for a spot to get my windows tinted. Everyone I called was a week or 2 out on appointments. I received a response from perfect touch window tint and they said if I brought it my car same day they would give me $50 off. Can't beat that. They also provide the tint I was looking for. 3m ceramic IR and 3m crystalline which to me personally are the best out. Price was reasonable and was around the same price I was quoted from all the other places. Quality of work was excellent and they took around 2-3 hours. All my windows were tinted with 3m ceramic IR and the windshield was tinted with 3M crystalline. Thanks again. read more

So I haven't written a review in a long time, mainly because I'm extremely busy but also because I haven't had any experiences lately that have stood out in my mind. I'm writing this review now because I had such a great experience at perfect touch window tint. I found them on yelp as well as other window tint places and received multiple quotes. They were not the cheapest quote but they also were not the most expensive. I decided to go with this particular place because they offer 3M window tint and I only needed tint done on one of my windows because it had to be replaced due to a crack. As a side note, I already had 3M window tint that had been done 4 years ago at a different tint shop but the sales manager Peter advised that they could match my other windows exactly. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day which was convenient. However, the following day Peter gave me a call and told me that they were running really behind and he didn't want to waste my time so he asked if he could reschedule and because of the inconvenience he offered to tint my window for free. I was able to make my appointment for Saturday morning at 8 AM and he was already there when I arrived. Peter was not only professional but he made you feel at home and you could actually watch them tint your car through the window. They did an excellent job and I was out of there in about half an hour. I'm so glad I found them through Yelp and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Not only is their customer service on point but the quality of their work is fantastic. I will definitely be back again and they deserve 5 stars. read more

So happy I chose Perfect Touch Window Tint (PTWT)! I recently purchased an Audi A5 Sportback and one of the immediate things I do right away after a purchase is a tint. Since moving to the area, I wanted to find a professional and local spot and found PTWT. I reached out after hours on Friday wanting to get a tint with honestly little hope of getting a response. Low and behold, I did get one! I had requested a quote and Peter responded very quickly. I've had tints before and knew that 3M is one of the best brands out there and wanted to stick with it. Peter answered all my questions and even got me in the following day and in the morning. He was VERY RESPONSIVE and I felt that he was genuine and not up-charging me or treating me how some guys treat a woman at a car shop. The shop is also very modern, A/C'd and clean. I was immediately welcomed by name by Peter when I walked in. He went over the types of tints they offer and I love the technology of being able to pull up my car on a computer screen and see the different types of tint. I went with the 3M 20/20 front and back and love it. My car automatically felt cooler - was such an immediate difference. PTWT was also very affordable and sincere. He recommended a few things that would protect my tint, which I will be going in for. I will also be doing the Cristaline on my front windshield. So I discovered this place while searching online and came across their Groupon, which was such a good deal and I couldn't believe it was that good of a deal with a place that has that good reviews so let me give it a try and I'm so glad I did I was helped by Natalie and she was extremely thorough attentive outstanding customer service and honestly just delightful to talk to. My setup: * XPEL XR Plus with lifetime warranty * 55% windshield * 20% front windows * 70% rear windows/drop glass to match the factory privacy glass * Customer-supplied custom honeycomb headlight and taillight tint, hand-cut and installed on-site (no pre-cut templates available for the R2) One thing that really impressed me was that they actually measured the factory panoramic roof glass and showed me that it already had excellent UV and heat rejection. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they recommended leaving the roof alone, which saved me money. That honesty earned my trust. They also took the time to meter the factory rear privacy glass so the final appearance would be uniform. The front and rear windows match extremely well, which was one of my biggest concerns before choosing a shop. I also brought my own headlight and taillight film. Although they don't normally install customer-supplied material, they were willing to work with me, and because there weren't pre-cut templates available for the new R2, they hand-cut everything on the vehicle. The finished product looks fantastic and really complements the vehicle. Another huge plus was that they completed everything the same day, even with the additional custom work on the lighting. Overall, the workmanship, attention to detail, honesty, and customer service exceeded my expectations. After obtaining multiple quotes from various tinting shops through Yelp and Google, I decided to check out Groupon and found Perfect Touch Window Tint. I went back 2 times to re-stick the tint on my front windows. Bubbles, dirt, glue thats the reasons. The cost of services is higher than that of competitors, but the quality of work is no better. I spent $200 for 2 front windows. And 2 times I returned so that they redid the poor-quality work. The last time they said that the tint on window had not yet dried, but it had already been 4 days ago. How is this possible? I see a dry bubble and dirt inside. I do not recommend wasting your time. Then wrapped a few chrome pieces on the inside with blacking. The Suburban looks great. Took them 5 days which I that was great. They then asked me to come in two weeks just to let them check it out. I inquired about tinting and mentioned casually that I came in because their online price is better than Tesla's price. The guy was shocked and said no that their price is the same as Tesla's. I showed him the online price (on my phone) and he also proceeded to show me the price on his monitor. He said both are outdated and "the guys" haven't updated it yet and that the price online should be $200 more. I mentioned they would have to honor the advertised price online and he said they don't. I told him I would file a complaint with BBB because that's not good business practices. This business doesn't care about losing customers with false advertising. Edit: By the time I got home, they already updated the online pricing, and the front windshield tint cost for Model Y now is $299 instead of the $199 shown in my screenshots. Edit #2: The owner responded today and said their pricing policy was explained to me in detail, which it was not, and also said that service was offered at the current price, which it was not either. When I walked in yesterday, I asked specifically if their pricing online was accurate and the person at the desk told me "yes". Then I pointed out that it was great because I had noticed their pricing online was lower than Tesla's price. The person at the counter then argued with me (in a not-friendly manner), that pricing was the same as Tesla's and that I was wrong. He kept repeating that I was wrong and to show him the pricing and screenshots. I proceeded to show him the price online on my phone and told them the price Tesla offered for tinting when I purchased my car. It was then that the person at the counter said their advertised price was outdated. Nothing about the interaction yesterday was professional. And per California law (SB 478) business are required to honor the lowest advertised price, especially if it was a previous price that was not updated. A simple Google search before responding to my review would have informed the owner that. And the owner's response today doesn't portray the interaction as it happened, offers no resolution and lacks knowledge of his legal requirement to honor the lowest advertised price.
