I decided to have my boyfriend's car interior detailed as a gift...but mostly because his car was gross and I did not enjoy being a passenger in that thing. Perfection is right down the street and after reading the other yelp reviews, I called them right up. We dropped his disgusting car off at 9 am and by 2pm, we were picking up a brand new car! Well, at least it smelled and looked like one! The gross stains on the upholstery were gone and it was so clean, even he admitted the next day that it was so nice, he refrained from eating a taco in it to preserve it's beauty. My husband bought a new car and I am green-jealous, so I decided to have my 2009 Scion detailed, to relive the 'new car feel', and BOY am I glad I did! My cleanliness standards are on par with Monica from Friends, and Perfection Auto did the job I would have done had I the time, tools, and time. It was, quite literally, spotless. The coffee stains on my dash are gone, the dried coffee cementing the penny in the cup holder is gone, the penny, and other bits of gunky loose change, were waiting, cheerfully glinting for me, on the pavement. He cleaned in my gas cap chamber, under the lip over the license plate, the license plate itself! I did a quick 'run the finger under the sill' check and No Dirt. He tells me, "There's this little spot on the seat that I couldn't get off," and damned if I couldn't see what he's talking about. He even drove me to work when I dropped my car off! I was in the process of selling my 2012 Kia Forte and took it to Jim to get a full detail. He did not disappoint! I have a golden retriever and had not had a good interior clean in probably a year. I took my car to Jim to get my car detailed after taking a road trip to Louisiana and back. The inside of the windshield was filthy (from a previous "detail" job in San Antonio.) There was also mud, road tar, squashed bugs, and a rather deep door ding on the car. Jim did an excellent job of removing everything mentioned. He touched up all the details including door jams, nav system/stereo screen, and exhaust tips. None of his products left an oily residue, but felt clean. He let me know when the car was finished and even stayed after a couple hours to be able to accommodate my schedule, which I really appreciate. Could not have been happier with the job. Cleaner than new. Jim is the best! I took my Flex to him. It was a daunting challenge. My 2 kids trashed the car with food, dirt and spill smoothie. The seats were stained and the carpet stunk. Jim did an amazing job! My car wasn't in the best condition when I dropped it off. I've always tried to maintain it but between road trips, vet visits and random trips, a lot can happen to it. I can't begin to explain how happy I am with my car now. You can tell he really cares about his work. We walked through what would be done when I got there and once I picked it up he explained what was done to it and what couldn't be done. From beginning to end, I was extremely satisfied with perfection auto detailing! I have had my car for almost 8 years. It's been a great car but was just kind of gross from usage I couldn't get out myself. I read reviews and fortunately, Jim was able to get my car in on fairly quick notice! Jim is AMAZING. Our car had five years of dirt, grim, sand and more dog hair than you can imagine (the needle-y kind that sticks in the cloth seats and is impossible to remove - white dog, black cloth interior -- it was worse than you're imagining, I promise) and now it's literally cleaner than when we got it. I would highly recommend Jim at Perfection Auto Detailing! A friend of my mind referred me and when I called to make an appointment there was a 3 month waiting list which was well worth the wait. A 3 month waiting list should speak for itself but I have a lab/shiba inu mix (dog) who sheds like crazy and I can honestly say there is not a single hair left in my car. I am a perfectionist and was so overwhelmed with how dirty I had let my car get. Jim did a fabulous job vacuuming and shampooing my seats. Jim was awesome. I've had my car detailed on a number of occasions over the years, and he beats all of them! I asked him to not move my children's carseats since they are too hard to reinstall properly. When I picked up my car later that day, he decided that since he couldn't move the carseats, he would just detail them as well! After several disappointments with one of the larger car detailing businesses, I began a search for a new auto detailer. Based on his positive reviews on Yelp I called the owner of Perfection Auto Detailing, Jim. Jim promptly returned my call and I scheduled 3 appointments on 3 separate days for our 3 black vehicles. Unlike some of Perfection Auto Detailing's competitors, Jim does not attempt to detail numerous cars a day. You hire Jim and Jim personally does the detail - one car per day. Jim made our black GMC Envoy (used most of the summer to transport dirty materials to and from our home remodeling project) look new. Jim was able to remove a small but very noticable scratch on the roof of my black Porsche (although my step-son backed into it with his car after I got home that evening - ouch). It is a pleasure to deal with Jim and he is extremely personable. I am going to use Perfection Auto Detailing for all my future auto detail needs. read more

I absolutely recommend this place. I just had my car detailed today and the owner/operator did an awesome job. He had it finished nearly two hours before he estimated and it came in five bucks less than the posted price. The owner/operator is a super nice guy and definitely puts an honest days work into your car. I arrived ten minutes before opening and he was already there and greeted me by name. He did a walk through the car beforehand as well as afterwards. He called me to let me know when my car would be done and also told me I could call him around noon to get a more precise estimate (which I didn't do). read more
