I was a member for about three months and visited around 10 times. Pricing is competitive, but the service issues far outweigh that. On multiple visits, I watched staff drive customer cars recklessly -- flooring the gas on a cold engine before it had a chance to warm up. When I asked one attendant to stop, he told me he was 16 years old. I have real concerns about who's operating expensive vehicles here and whether there's any real training or supervision. They also lost my car key during a visit. I found it myself, sitting in a puddle of water on top of the engine, inches from falling into the engine bay. It hasn't worked reliably since. When I raised this, staff couldn't communicate with me in English and nothing was done about it. The final straw: I was yelled at by an attendant while pulling in, then told to pull forward -- directly into the path of another attendant who was pulling a customer's Porsche out of a stall. Had I followed the instruction, I would have hit that car. This is a serious safety and management failure. I've canceled my membership and can't recommend this place. This is where you go if you want your car clean. I mean real clean. Even their most basic service leaves your car looked over inside and out. Memberships are encouraged but I don't drive enough to need that frequency of car care.The office has complimentary treats, but you can walk over to El Arroyo if there's a long wait. There's also a taco truck but they were closed that day. I was very happy with their work. For basic, my car looked like when it came out of the dealer. Next time, I'll try a higher level cleaning package. Hot tip, don't leave obvious cash in your car unless you're adding a tip. Gather loose items in a bag and place in trunk or leave at home. I can see why my boss loves this place, they are quick, they do the job right and it's affordable. This is the 4th time here, you can purchase a monthly or yearly membership. Best bang for your buck is the Deluxe Wash! Upon entering the building you'll be greeted by very kind ladies. You can have all the coffee, beer, soda, water and ice cream you want, which to me is a great idea! Seating area is quite small, but plenty of outside seating as well. ONLY one time this has happened to me, they took most of my quarters except 2. Though I was disappointed on it, I suggest people to record vehicle before entering or keep their valuables locked and safe. THEY STOLE FROM OUR CAR! WE ARE FILING A REPORT! I used to like coming here. But I'm sad to say that we discovered money was missing after getting our car detailed here on January 31st 2025. At first, my husband thought someone might have broken in to steal the funds, but there's no damage to the car and we ALWAYS keep it locked. In fact, at night we have cameras and cover the car with a tarp because it's a sporty one and break ins are too common in Austin. Complete Auto Detail had the only opportunity to get inside. The sad part is that the car was gifted to me by my dad. And that money had been sitting in the car since 2016. He used to store funds in his cars a certain way- in case I wanted snacks (as a kid). Paid for a mini detail which includes a premium wash plus wash and wax. I paid extra for Nano wax. Cannot complain about interior cleaning. The tried to return my vehicle without doing a wax. After I pinpointed that no one nano waxed the car they took care of most of it. They tried to tell me it was done when I pointed out they did not nano wax the roof of the car. They then got onto doing that waxing. Went inside to complain about the fact they keep trying to short me on what I paid for. The person behind the counter actually stated they usually don't wax the roof of cars or pickups. Wow! I paid for wax protection for the entire car and they are ok doing a half ass job. Didn't realize it is truly a hand wash service. No mechanicals and they were busy around lunch on a Friday. Wait time was an hour. By the time I left the line was much smaller. Timing is key for when to go here. They do offer drinks and comfy chairs inside as well as there was a Taco Truck outside with patio tables. They have a membership line which looked to get quicker service due to less peeps in that line. The membership would be worth it if you get your car washed often. It's around a 40% discount. I'd go back as I didn't need anything fancy. Only downside was the pedal was slick when driving away. Will know next time to check it as that could be hazardous. read more

Nearly $200 and there were still bugs on the front, grime on the back and the interior hardly cleaned. I come here 3-5 times a week and they treat all of our cars with care and attention that meets the highest of standards . All in all, the service is amazing and the location is amazing. ZERO STARS- Disappointing Customer Service, Vehicle Damaged, Accountability Denied - AVOID I entrusted this business with detailing my brand-new truck--only three weeks off the lot--and that decision has turned into a costly mistake I'll regret for a long time. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I found a fresh, unmistakable ding and scratch on the passenger door. This was new damage, clear as day, and 100% not there when I dropped it off. I immediately brought it to the owner/manager's attention, Rafael Granados, who claimed he'd review the security footage--which should have been a straightforward process. Instead, I waited 30 plus minutes to be told the footage "Showed nothing," and worse, I was completely denied the right to view it myself. Even his Spanish speaking employees were saying that they accidently hit the door.....but he continued to DENY and LIE to me. That level of secrecy screams cover-up and makes it clear this business does not care about the truth--only protecting itself at the customer's expense. This raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and customer rights when damage occurs on their premises. Let's be clear: this is not just poor service, this is a business that damages customer property, dodges accountability, and hides behind lies and deflection. Their handling of the situation was not only dismissive, but borderline insulting. No apology. No ownership. No professionalism. Just indifference. What's even more infuriating is that I've been a repeat customer--brought both my work vehicle and my wife's car here in good faith. That loyalty meant absolutely nothing. They treat returning customers no better than strangers--unless you count the added disrespect that comes with thinking you won't speak out. This business has no place operating in any community. Hardworking people should not have to gamble with their property or be treated like disposable wallets. If there's any justice, this place will lose enough business to either clean up its act or shut down altogether. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau for action. They would not give me my money back for the package I bought so now I have to come back for more rude customer service and washes. I asked the owner if $65 gets the bugs and bird poop off and he said maybe. Then he said U got a deluxe wash, I said doesn't that include getting the bird poop and bugs off the bumper. He then said the inside with all the smeared cleaner on my dash was them doing their job. I asked him to get the bird poop off and he said they have done enough. Refused refund after a terrible job (see pictures) on a very pricey wash, one of the most comprehensive wash and waxes they offer. Left easily reachable dust that I was able to swipe away with my finger, on any crevice in the car. They basically hit what would get hit at a drive through car wash. I was thinking to myself "I could've done this myself" when I first drove off, but I didn't realize exactly how lazy of a job it was until I arrived at my next stop, went to admire my Clean car, and saw that it wasn't clean at all. There were also several dog hairs on just the day that I noticed while driving. Worst of all -- they made me drive back to confirm I needed a refund so they could inspect it, but I took the time to, since I spent $175 and added a $20 gratuity (prior to the wash). They STILL REFUSED to refund me when I arrived and confirmed how bad the job was, so basically wasted my time in addition to doing a terrible job. I waited over an hour on a fairly slow day for this to be the job I received. While they did offer to give me the chance to let them finish the job as an alternative, this was unacceptable because 1) I informed them I was on a tight schedule (photos for brother's wedding begins in under 2 hours -- otw to tailor pickup) and already took a huge setback on the time wasted returning and 2) I would never waste more time to use their service again anyway, after they wasted my time and money on a terrible job already. I've had previous experiences which were quite good. Guess quality of service has just declined. When I got into my car, there was still dirt and debris on the front floor mats, and it was obvious that some parts of the interior were untouched. I purchased a yealry pass for $600 Scratched my car BAD rather only 2 visits. The owner would not respond to my emails and texts. I went there to talk to the owner. He immediately started insulting me, saying my car is a pos and I am an Uber driver, and he's going to give me my money back minus $100 for the 2 washes. When I went to show him photos of the damage, he threaten to hit me. I had to call police to come to make a report. I had taken my car to get the premium wash and there was still trash left inside and my windshield developed a crack after the wash. I had just gotten the whole front windshield replaced recently, too, and coming here for a hand car wash still wasn't the move. The price plus tip was way over from what I have gotten in the past when it comes to quality. They were pretty busy and that might've been the reason they didn't get to the basics I was expecting. I'm glad i didn't get the special that was 7 Premium washes for the price of 4 which was $400. Definitely not worth it. I implore you to read all of the negative reviews on this business. Two weeks ago I purchased a deluxe wash and wax for $186 w/tip. Besides it taking 90 minutes after being told it would take "no more than an hour" I drove back to my office. After arriving, back at my office, I took a close look at my vehicle. What did I find? Significant wax residue all over my Black Mercedes, all windows, mirrors & door jams were wiped with a dirty cloth leaving massive streaks, dash's were even streaked and a very poor vacuum job. After posting a similar review on Google I immediately received a standard apology from the owner directing me to call him so he could "make it Right". After calling more than a dozen times and even going back to the shop I have not received a call back to " make it right". My advice would be steer far away from this business. Took my truck in for an expensive interior detail. It took four hours and the back seat was only partially cleaned. What is worse is that they did not replace the center console items that they removed. I asked for them to be delivered to my house and was told they were closed even though they are still open as I write this. Then they told me that they don't do deliveries even when they make a mistake. It tool three phone calls to get through to them and their phone would not take messages because it was "full". I paid nearly $300 and this is what my vehicle looked like after I waited 6 hours on site. The payment receipts are below. The establishment was contacted within the required period for a follow up. I was told that the "manager doesn't have a schedule, that he comes and goes as he pleases" I left a message to be contacted and have heard nothing. My Google review was responded to by the company to call back again and I have called repeatedly without being able to communicate with a manager. Google wrote me a follow up letter letting me know my review was the most popular on their website and had 1500 views in two weeks. Pictures of the vehicle are below. The damage to the chair is estimated at $500 from the Dodge dealership. The phone holder damaged was a $35 Amazon phone charger and holder. UPDATE (8/7): Down to one star. Still no credit for the $250 of work not done, no phone call, no response via text or "website" which just takes you to texts. The young women who work there just take messages and always say the manager isn't there. EDIT: Received the generic response from the owner on Google review. ORIGINAL (7/30): I've been coming here for years, referred friends (including one who owns a private driving business), and the last couple experiences have left a lot to be desired (entire rear of car not vacuumed, mats not cleaned, etc.). I'm literally writing a review here in an effort to reach an owner/manager that every time I have been there or called, is not there. I purposely called ahead this last Sunday to make sure they could take my 4Runner for an Ultimate Detail ($350+tip). I confirmed over the phone that they could take it and have it done by 5 pm. My friend goes with me to drop it off, I hand it off and they once again confirm it'll be done in by 5pm. Cut to, almost an hour later, where they are unable to take it after all and ask that I come back and get the car and come back tomorrow because they didn't know how many details they had. This is a multi-hour detail and you don't check before a person leaves or when they call? I now have to make another trip on another day and there's clearly no guarantee you'll get to it if you take the car - AND you don't take appointments. I don't live close - hour and half completely wasted for myself and my friend. I spoke to the woman on the phone about a discount or something for the inconvenience and she hung up on me after saying I could just come back. I come back, get the car, get the partial refund on my CC after much hassle and making them call the manager they said they couldn't reach, but the $250 gift card I had is now showing redeemed for work that was NOT done. I was assured the manager would reload it. Here we are, 2 days later, a discussion in person, a phone call, a message via the website, and two texts - no joy. Oh, and my car still needs a detail. Beware: "Finished" car with deluxe wash was returned with all mats and carpet soaked and water running off of them. I had to remove all mats and pour off water and try to towel them off myself and then leave carpet uncovered to dry with heater and hair dryer. Still wet. Seatbelt was so soaked that my sweater was immediately soaked through seconds after putting it on. Carpets under mats were still dirty. Tires were still dirty. I was told my car would be ready in 45 minutes. I waited over an hour then noticed no one was working on my car for over 20 minutes. I went to the car and confirmed with three different workers that it was finished. I noticed more water and dirty floors and tires when I got home.
