Not only do I feel like my membership is worth it, I feel as if it is the best bang for my buck. The staff here are extraordinarily nice. I signed up for unlimited washes in my car (1x day) and then an associate got me a sticker to place on my car. From then on, I haven't had any issues. The best thing is the pre-wash care. These employees will scrub your vehicle as if it's their own! They target the problem areas and don't just wet your car for preparation--they put their whole body into it! One time the guy even applied a coupon for me without me asking. The price is super affordable, and the car wash does a great job. They have plenty of vacuums at the end to clean out your vehicle. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, he personally called a locksmith for me and even called around to find the best price possible. While I waited, Jessie offered me water and invited me to sit inside the cool air conditioning so I wouldn't have to stand outside in the heat. The quality of this car wash has gone down. I've been coming back for months and their top brush has been broken every time. The top of my car is always left dirty after the wash. One time the place was really busy and I had to go to the overflow vacuum area. The vacuum barely worked and didn't pick up much at all. That said, I still appreciate that they provide the towel and spray cleaner. read more

There was one older man who seemed to be running it solo while most of the staff stood around chatting with each other. He deserves a raise, but he can't keep the place going alone. My fellow patrons were disrespectfully tossing their trash on the ground in the vacuum area and no one cleaned up after them or told them to stop. They just watched and joked around with each other. The car wash itself didn't get the bird poo off the hood. The buffer rags were all out, so I had to finish wiping it off at home. The vacuums were odd length for me and didn't get up all the debris (of which is very little). For the price, I think there are much better facilities that make sure the area is clean, items are stocked, and it feels safe and welcoming. read more

One of a few car washes that was easily accessible. The car attendant was nowhere to be found as I attempted to drive in the car wash which caused a line of cars behind me. The vacuum hose on the right side of my vehicle was missing and the towels that were supposed to be provided were few and far between. read more

Place is trash rates constantly going up. Went from closing at 8pm to now 7pm but everytime you try to get a car wash before 7pm they have barrier cones up to close 10 minutes early due to maintenance. Sounds like unreliable services especially when you pay monthly. I live in Travis Heights and have been going to Barton Springs Car Wash for years. Always happy with the job they do but yesterday for some reason they weren't open in the afternoon. I called today and didn't get an answer so I Googled other washes and Palms is close to me so I decided to check it out. It's easier for me to get to, costs me half as much and saves me about 20 minutes at a minimum. You just drive you car through, find a shaded parking stall to dry any last wet spots using their supplied towels and use their vacuums if you need to. Easy peasy. Again I still like Barton Springs but Palms is closer, faster and costs about half as much. I'll be going here from now on. read more

First off I'll say this is the best place around to have your palm tree washed. I searched and called a dozen places looking for anyone that would clean my palm trees. After years of not washing and some neglect (totally my fault!) the trees were looking rough. I'm happy to say after one trip through, my trees never looked so good! It can be a hassle to take them all in but you'll be glad you did. They will come out looking GREAT and ready to go back in the ground! read more

No more $50 car wash for people to sit in your car for 20 minutes moving towels around and accomplishing nothing. And they have towels so you can wipe down the inside and outside of your car.
