When you walk into this store you are greeted with a beautiful aroma of all-natural fragrances. It's a very neat, small, cute shop with a lot of different options. They had shampoos and conditioners, lotions, bath bombs, soaps of all kinds, and so much more. This was one of this spur of the moment stops. I was walking back to my car and almost passed by this store. I'm so glad I did not. My husband and kiddos passed by and I walked in for some quiet time. This was the perfect stop for that. Upon entering the one employee greeted warmly. She went over a few tips while shopping in the store. I gravitated towards the shower bombs. It was hard to pass by the bath bombs, and cute soaps. But, I was all set on those. I only saw three shower bombs. I chose the one that is eucalyptus. Pricing was comparable to other stores they carry items like this. They offered a generous 15% discount for military. Thank you so much to extending that to spouses. This spouse uses bath products to help with mental health and anxiety with the daily stresses of a military lifestyle. There is another store outside of Williamsburg incase you want a little more of a selection or to not fight the parking lots on a busy tourist filled day. I've been to this shop so far twice now and I'm loving the products that I've tried so far. I have sensitive skin and these products haven't made me break out. I was struggling finding a good lotion that didn't feel oily for putting lotion on and since I switched over to there is not oily feeling and my skin feels soft. I'm slowly switching the products that I was using to this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with sensitive skin and someone who prefers natural products. read more

I like. I tend to avoid shops that focus on soaps and scents, largely because the scents are overpowering to me. But I noticed Perfectly Natural Soap about 2 years ago, and it's been on the periphery of my radar ever since. Last week I was suffering from severely dry skin; I was close to PNS and decided to give them a try. Good move, Gretchen! I entered the store and was struck by the simplicity of the layout, the bright interior, and the fact that it was squeaky clean. I was quickly greeted by a young woman who was very helpful, and suggested a. PNS Hand Cream, 2oz jar, comes in a variety of scents; I chose Lavender Lemongrass, $6 b. PNS Ultra Hydration Lotion, 8oz; I chose Eucalyptus Mint, $12 I got my food to go at Anna's Brick Oven (next door) and went straight home. The Ultra Hydration Lotion is super; I'm using it multiple times a day. Very smooth with a slightly feminine scent. The Hand Cream is also good, and I'm making good use of that, also One thing -- the pump on the Ultra Hydration Lotion isn't working, so I'll return next week to see what I'm doing wrong or get a replacement. read more

I'm partial to the original Smithfield location because it's in Smithfield, it was first, and because that store and location is just stunning in an older building with tons of windows and natural light. This store is on a busy main street but seems to have adequate parking and was pretty decent in size with most of the same, if not all, stock as Smithfield. We were greeted by the friendly associate and I saw Shaen, one of the owners, working in the back during our browsing. As with the first location, the style and decor inside is classy and simple and they have al their wonderful products available like facial care, lotions, hand-made natural soaps, laundry, essential oils, diffusers, candles, shaving care for men, foot and bath soaks, etc. too many to name. If you love natural products made by folks who really care - you must stop in and support this store. I'm a huge fan of the Sweet Tea (summer scent), Southern Bell, Spicy Little Tart and Vanilla Blackcurrant (the best). read more

Beautiful, airy store with loads of scented (and even a few unscented) natural bar soaps as well as many other skin care aids including lotions, lip balms ($3!), scrubs, bath bombs and more. There must have been 20 scents or more on offer, and even a section for guys (mostly shaving type stuff). Customer service was first rate, with staff introducing us to the shop and its layout and making suggestions for gifts when we expressed we were looking to put something together. A huge bonus is the custom gift wrapping so that you can package up any selections you wish to present together. Tried a soap and the coffee scrub tonight. The soap was distinctly different from others I've tried. It impressed me as luxurious because it kind of melted onto my wet skin, and then readily produced a rich, creamy moisturizing lather. The "Cuppa Joe" coffee & sugar scrub smelt amazing, like a dark espresso and it really did the trick quite quickly. I hope this place doesn't become an addiction, but they do have a rewards program, for you know, when you have some gifts to give which dictate that you go to the store again. read more

Love this shop!!! I loved them prior to covid and during covid they have gone out of their way to deliver their quality products. Tanja has been especially helpful when it comes to recommending things I need and has turned me on to a soap and face wash I cannot live without. I took my products on a girls trip last year and now all my out of state friends order the products online that Tanja recommended for me. If you are an out of towner don't leave Williamsburg without stopping in this shop for quality local products.
