    I paid $199 and change to have my oil and filter changed and to top off all fluids especially the…read morewiper fluid. I also had them replace the front and back wiper blades and asked them to rotate the tires. When I picked it up, I determined that the wiper blades had been replaced but as I drove home I tried the wiper fluid which was completely empty?? I had my spouse check the oil later and it looked dirty and unchanged. I question if anything was done except the wiper blades?? Expensive wiper blades at $199 and change!!! I'm female and asked if they were still owned by DJ and Jenny Manis and was told no! Neither shop north or south is owned by them. It's different ownership and it's obvious. In addition, they always try to add additional repairs that are not necessary. They want me to try the North store to fix the problems, but I don't trust them with possession of my vehicle! I happen to have some bumper stickers that the GUYS may not like or be able to handle! Well, that's tuff!! I have to leave my opinions at the door when I go to work. But apparently, the new owners do NOT have that expectation of their mechanics!! New owners..females BEWARE!! I don't recommend and I have decided to just eat the cost $199 and change. I will find another place and give them a try at professionalism. They could do an incredible amount of damage to my car if I allowed them to have possession of it again! The real zinger is that the supervisor at the south store looked at the tape and all he would admit to was that they FORGOT to top off the wiper fluid which I emphasized along with the new wiper blades? He didn't confess to anything about why the oil is still dirty and he would have known that it wasn't changed if he did in fact watch the tape! It's my opinion and conclusion that I paid $199 for wiper blades!! Beware new owners who are not doing right by their customers!! Watch out females, black people or other people of color and LGBTQ+ people or allies! I don't think they want our GREEN MONEY SO I WILL TAKE MY CAR ELSEWHERE!!! I'm totally disgusted!!

This is my normal store but since I have been traveling, I took my car for an oil change in D.C. at some local place and they came up with $1700 in repairs that I "Needed done"! I called Robbie and he called the Goodyear store close to me and requested they check it out, called me right back and gave me all the info I needed to get this done. Took my car in, they brought my info up on the computer (since they are all connected) then they checked for the "noted problems " and even let me look. Guess what?, Not a problem -however, something that was not mentioned in the estimate was a problem and could be expensive if not taken care of. A clamp to my antifreeze hose was loose, and dripping!! (I could even see that! ) This Goodyear store tightened it and they never charged me a cent for any of their service to check this out. Goodyear is my #1 go to. Robbie, I feel like you just saved me about $3000. Thank you I will see you all when I get back!! Kansas Squirrel

They were told to finish that individuals vehicle before mine. That is not good customer service quality of service at that location needs to be evaluated and corrected. I giess if your a paying customer and not a paid customer you have more privileges than the paid Customer. On top of that the service done didnt even correct the problem! The car was ready to go within a few hours and I was able to make my next stop in time. The staff were friendly and direct, costs were reasonable. I actually feel lucky that they were nearby when my brakes became too ineffective from wear.

    On the phone with them on Wednesday I was given the impression that they are first come first serve…read moreline and that if I got in early they would be able to take care of my new breaks, that it might be a while but they would be able to. I said that I would have to stay with the car and she said no problem. I got there Thursday before eight in the morning and was told that I would have to leave the car, that they had a line that spanned days. I was taken by surprise and felt pressured that I must have missed something. Turns out for someone who can drop off their car and don't need it the same day they have a fine turnaround. If you have a fancy car that needs rare parts, it seams they are good at that. But for someone who needs new breaks while they are there, they don't have the mechanics to be able to take care of them. They are really nice people, definitely a family business feel about the shop. I hung out for almost two hours hoping they would get my car in early or just take a look to tell me what I definitely needed but still nothing. Realization that they wouldn't be able to do anything the same day and the fact that I couldn't get a ride led to me leaving without getting the service my car desperately needed. I ended up going to Grays auto in St. Mary's and they did the diagnostic appointment on Friday and then told me to come back Monday for new breaks and rotors. When I got there Monday, they told me an hour and a half wait they got me back in my car in an hour and twenty with pleasantness all round. I'm sorry I feel like I might have miss understood or had a miscommunication along the phone calls and yelp reviews and I hope this place thrives, I just wanted to share my experience. I struggle with communication and this was an ordeal for me. I will probably not be coming back here because of my need to stay with my car. I hope my rambling helps someone.
