Took my 2022 GMC terrain in for oil change and have transmission fluid changed. Car had 42800 miles. They told me their was a transmission seap and would put dye in when changing fluid to identify if transmission was leaking. I drove car for a week and transmission fluid was all over tire, rim, cv joint, and soaking wet under the car. I took car back the following Thursday. They said they over filled transmission and had to drain it again and refill with the dye added. Within 30 miles of driving transmission fluid was spraying everywhere. I called dealer and they said they would refund money but would not fix the issue they created. In fact the managers exact words were "sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't"! So now car is at different dealer and if they caused damage not covered by warrenty I will be retaining a lawyer and suing this dealership! DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE BECAUSE IF THEY SCREW IT UP THEY JUST THROW THEIR HANDS UP EVEN THOUGH CAR IS UNDER WARRENTY. THEN TELL YOU SOMETIMES IT WORKS OUT AND SOME TIMES IT DOESN'T! read more

Noticed my ride was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I called at 4:30 on Friday to see appointment availability for the coming week. To my surprise and delight I was told I could bring it in the next morning. Normally I would schedule 3 or 4 days out with other establishments; not here... You want an appointment, BOOM..how about tomorrow?!? . Their responsiveness and availability is great! I pulled in and was greeted, they took my keys, covered my steering wheel and seat with plastic, and then confirmed the services I was receiving. I went to the waiting room, where they have ample seating, a TV, cell phone charging stations, and a coffee bar. Upon completing my service, the service manager came in and reported that everything went as planned, and no other issues were found. Very frustrating experience. They reached out to me on Autotrader and made an offer on a vehicle I was selling. This was Friday afternoon, when I took the vehicle in today to complete the sale, they backed out of the offer. Told me the "market had changed significantly" in the last 3 days. Wouldn't even tell me what had changed or how much they could offer, just said the value decreased and that they would call some of their other dealerships and see if they wanted it. Still haven't heard from them. 2 different employees and a manager approved the offer so we thought it was a done deal. Beyond irritated. read more

If I hadn't driven over four hundred miles, I would have not bought my truck from this dealership. When I tried to negotiate a price, they low balled me so bad. They came down $250.00! Talk about trying to put one over on a customer. Sheesh! That offer wasn't going to affect my monthly payment at all. But what's funny is the price came down $800 the very next morning (on a Sunday) when they weren't even open. They him haw around questions and never give you a straight honest answer. They insult your intelligence and knowledge of vehicles. I'm not an ace mechanic but I do know enough to ask the right questions about the maintenance of a vehicle. They offer no warranty on used vehicles (not even 30 days). They say they run maintenance checks and safety checks but in my opinion, they do a poor job of it. Offering no warranty makes me think they don't have much faith in the vehicles they're selling because they expect the vehicle might break down early and then they have to repair it at their expense. And guess what? The check engine light came on exactly one week later. I thought something wasn't quite right about the engine but a lot of variables told me to let it go. MY MISTAKE!!! The vehicle had one key. I asked about two keys coming with all vehicles. They told me they only had one. I asked if they could/would make me another key and I was told no. I don't think I was being unreasonable asking for another key. Oh, and worst of all. If you don't finance through the dealership, they take an attitude towards you. You'd think you sucker punched them in the face. They begged, pleaded, cried and got a bit irate with me because I got my own financing. At this point they wouldn't work with me in arranging to pick up the vehicle at my convenience. I had to find transportation to go pick the vehicle up having to drive over 200 miles. Kind of hard to ask someone to take 4 to 5 hours out of their day to help. The dealership pressured me into buying/picking up vehicle in one day. The way I feel about them...They could try to give me a free car and I wouldn't take it!! read more

Slower than swamp water. Count on spending hours in their service department waiting room. Last visit they.expected me to take their word that brake rotors were in worse shape than the brake pads I requested be replaced. Both are original factory items with 43.3k miles on them. Don't replace pads, at$179 per axle, but replace rotors for$1k. Totally sounded like the since we had your wheels off replacing tires we noticed your brakes were bad scam. I refused replacing rotors as I did not see them myself, I also descended the brake pad replacement as well. The last time I took a dealers word it cost me $1800 in unexpected costs and the work wasn't done right. Performance had my truck for 11.75 hours, to replace brake pads, do an oil change, and replace four tires. At 5PM the tires had not been replaced and the truck was sitting outside. I am pretty sure the tires they claimed to have had in stock were not in stock. When I set my appointment, I told them I would be willing to change the appointment to a later date if they needed time to get the tires delivered. Despite the swamp water like service, what irritated me the most was their willingness to pretend to rectify the situation by taking the time to show me the rotors which was swell, but this should have been part if the last "inspection" because the rust they claim was making the rotors unserviceable has been there a while, the pads are not making contact like they should on all of the rotors but the pads don't need replaced just the rotors. They said they apologize for not presenting a video of the rotor damage, apparently this is SOP now which is cool I guess and understandable. I don't know why but they decided they would use their mechanic who is a double amputee ax a tool to make me feel like a cad for complaining about their slow work. What happened here is they stopped working because they expected me to spend an additional $1k on their word for rotors and they probably didn't have the four tires they promised would be in house for my appointment. Our experience with this team at this location has always involved lengthy waits and delays in service that ranged from hours to months waiting for parts or unannounced repairs. Fuel pump, antenna gaskets, roof light gaskets, headliner clean up (someone with grease covered hands touched the headliner), and the second synthetic oil change all took longer than usual to get in stock. The roof light gaskets took ten months to get in stock forcing us to drive a truck that had water coming in every time it rained, snowed, or had heavy condensation from temperature change. They can make excuses and I have to be patient or flexible waiting for repairs to be completed. read more

I drove over an hour to look at a vehicle priced over 40k. When I arrived, the vehicle had an array of issues that were not disclosed online. The safety features in the vehicle were not working properly, the inside screen was not working properly, the running board did not operate properly just to name a few issues. I was told these issues would be addressed and I would be contacted about coming back down. After waiting weeks and hearing nothing from them, I see the vehicle is still being offered for sale for less money now. I called to inquire about the repairs and was told they still weren't done. I feel like I was lied to and they are attempting to take advantage of someone who may not notice these issues. Buyer beware. read more

Stopped in to just look around. I stopped one of the salesmen (Adam) and he showed me the vehicle I was looking at (GMC Yukon). I ended up buying it that day. Came in the next month and bout my wife a Toyota Rav4 and then the following month my son a Subaru Outback. I enjoyed the people and the environment. They did everything possible to help our family. I highly recommend them. We decided to look at performance because my wife leased a Toyota from the dealership on Morse road back in 1996 and we were very satisfied. read more
