Their service rep also got KTM to warranty something on a bike 6 years out of warranty, how he did that is magic. Have had multiple friends purchase directly from them without issues. I just wish they could dealer trade and get me a special Yamaha because no way anyone should be walking into or near a ride now.

Daniel also replaced headlight and ran USB cord while the tank was off. They usually do not work on bikes older than 10 years. They took care of me because the bike is in excellent shape. I was able to supply all the parts needed except for the carburetor parts. Luckily they were able to get those still. Bike purrs like a kitten now. Daniel did great work! Fabian and the rest of the Service crew were amazing. The bike was there for more than a minute. I appreciate everyone involved for their customer service and work ethic. This place has a huge selection of bikes. Kawasaki, KTM, Gas Gas, Triumph, and more. Plenty of clothing, gear and accessories for you and your UTV/motorcycle needs. Definitely check out this place if you are looking for a new bike, UTV or service. Well worth the 1+ hour ride for us. Now I have to decide if I still want to sell this bike or keep it. I am the second owner and it has just over 3,000 on the odometer. Yes 3,000.

Over 2 years ago I took in my 2004 R1200CLC to the Dealer to get all metal brake lines put on…read more Almost immediately , my iABS failed and I returned to the dealer who refused to look at the bike other than a cursory check even though I just paid a lot of money for an upgrade service. I didn't know it was the iABS, but from all my research since that time they should have recognized it based on the symptoms. I would have respected that and understood. Flash forward, having tinkered with the bike on and off, I finally sought the help of Bee Mer Werx because they are the only real alternative to the dealer and they work on BMW motorcycles under model year 2005. Paul responded quickly to my emails. Drop off was easy at his clean shop. He immediately told me he suspected it was the iABS. After inspection, he stated it was the iABS and gave me options on the repair. He also listened to my own information and research on the issue. We did a work around until we can get a better repair option. The diagnostic and repair was reasonable in cost. The professionalism and openness was great. Takes cash, check or , for 2% more, credit card. We have a plan for completing the repairs which I will be returning to Bee Mer Werx to complete. Thanks Paul!

A family member who owns a vintage BMW dual sport motorcycle introduced me to Paul Ford, owner of…read moreBee Mer Werx on a visit to Tucson in 2016. I ride a Ducati and have owned 3 other bikes in the past (another Ducati, a vintage Honda cafe bike, and two Jap sport bikes). I was considering buying another vintage bike and wanted to ask Paul questions about vintage BMW bikes. All of my questions were answered and Paul was more than willing to provide info and recommendations for me. About the shop: its clean, well kept and organized. The bikes were in different phases of maintenance or rebuild, but it was very easy for me to tell what work was being done since Paul is methodical and organized. Some shop owners have a hard time saying "No" to new customers or taking on new work, which usually means existing customers or work already in progress gets delayed, or details are overlooked. It was obvious to me Paul was very good about keeping his schedule in order so all of his customers were able to expect their bikes to be completed on time. I decided not to purchase another bike, I've got a Ducati Monster and dont feel like spending more time and money on another bike. But Paul has been a good resource for me since I visited his shop since I continued to look at potentially buying a bike in the Seattle area where I live. If you are ever in the Tucson area and on a road trip on your BMW road bike or adventure/dual sport, make time to stop by and see Paul.

The sales experience was awful, especially being new to the area. I responded to an online ad and…read morewas contacted by someone I assumed was a salesperson. When I arrived at the store and notified him I was there, he immediately handed me off to another salesperson without much introduction. The second salesperson jumped straight into discussing a trade-in. I told him I did not want to trade in my motorcycle. Right after that, he handed me a credit application. I told him he was moving too fast because I wanted to explore my options first. Although I liked the first Slingshot I saw in the showroom, I knew there were other models posted online at different store locations, and I wanted to compare them. He did not pressure me aggressively, but his attitude came across as, "What's the problem?" Yes, I was interested in purchasing one, but I wanted options and something that fit within my budget. He then told me they would need to run a hard credit pull for each vehicle I wanted to consider. To me, that was a concern because hard inquiries can impact a credit score. He never really went over the machine, its features, or what I was looking for. His main focus seemed to be getting me to fill out the application rather than understanding my needs and budget. Then another individual approached me without introducing himself. Based on my experience, I could tell he was the finance manager because he already had my application in hand. Again, there was no proper introduction. He simply presented numbers such as the out-the-door price, down payment, APR, and monthly payment. He also stated that another credit pull would not impact my score since I had already been approved through the manufacturer's bank. That contradicted what the salesperson previously told me, so the salesperson was at least partially incorrect. When I told the finance manager the payments were too high and outside my budget, he went back and returned with different numbers, but they were still higher than what I could afford. I explained that I needed time to think about it and discuss it with my wife, especially since it was already approaching closing time. As I was leaving, the second salesperson approached me again and asked for my decision. I told him the same thing -- that I needed time to think about it. He said he would contact me the next business day, which would have been Tuesday, but he never called. Overall, the experience lacked customer service, hospitality, professionalism, and communication. It honestly felt like they did not value or want my business.
