OK now let's get to how this place will do you, I came in feb 9 2019 me and my wife, I like a 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ they had on the lot so I test drove the truck but it was just for a short distance, but when i ask the car salesman Joe Jarvis can we go on the highway so we can open it up he stated to me that this truck was find and the carfax will show me that, now that was a BIG ASS JOKE, but let me keep on going cause it's more so i brought the truck cause at the time the truck road nice and it did not seem like nothing was wrong with it and the carfax did show it was well maintenance at all times so now it's June 7,2019 and the Transmission go out on me now i cant belive this. But this shit may piss you off or not but it piss me off, so when this happen I said to myself no worries I got a extended warranty on this truck, so i had the truck towed to the dealership to find out there was not an extended warranty on the truck now this how they do you, but this shit ant over now when I brought the truck it only had 76,000 miles on it now it have 87,609 miles on the truck now that's not a lot of time of driving this truck. So when i found this out went back and talk to the dealership to see how did this happen and i talk with the used car store manager David Valines III and I let him know what was going on and he gave me his card and said to me call me after the service department call you and let you know what's wrong with your truck so i call him and EMAIL him after todays he call me back when i let him know how much it was going to be he said he need to talk it over with his GM I new then it's some bull shit in the game cause they won't $,5000 dollars, so now an other day go pass so i call back to see the out come and he was not available but the next day around 7 in the morning he call me to tell me that they won't be able to help me and if i wont it fix i had to pay for it myself I'm so mad i can cry but it's ok so i had the truck tow to Danco Transmission Shop where it's get fix now and it's cost me $3,500,35 dollars to get done so this where I'm at now i wish i would have never step a foot in this that place at all. PLEASE I ASK WHO EVER READ THIS STAY AWAY FROM HONDA PERFORMANCE KINGS AUTO MILL. This review is based what could have been a seriously bad experience but in turn was handled professionally and wound up being a very pleasant one. I purchased a Mini Copper (2006) with 88000 miles. It obviously was not new but was in outstanding shape for the year with low miles considering the age of the car. The car was as is and that was understandable since it was used and out of warranty. As I test drove the car it was like it was in performance shift mode, aggressive shifts. I purchased the car and drove it home. It was fine for about 20 minutes and then would shift erratically. I called my sales lady "Melissa" early the next morning (7:30 am ) and she got me in touch with Dustin ( a manager). I explained the situation, he listened and said he would get with another manager an rectify the situation. Walt, another manager contacted me shortly after and asked what was going on etc. He said first off you know that is a used car and was sold as is. I agreed and said I am aware of that. He then said first lets get it in and get it looked at. He sent it to Mini Cooper, spent $800 to get transmission looked at just to see what the issue was. I explained I didn't know if I felt comfortable letting my daughter take the car to Ft. Meyers Florida and always wondering if the transmission was going to fail. He said they would fix the transmission once they found out what was wrong with it. He also said if I didn't feel comfortable that he would cancel deal. After some thought I approached him and said I would like to purchase another vehicle instead. He politely and professionally said no problems, we want you " the customer" to be completely happy. He had everyone on his staff that I was in contact with treat me exceptionally well and all were very professional with 100% understanding. They all worked together to get my new deal done quickly and made sure I was 100% satisfied. What could have been a very bad situation turned into something many businesses don't follow through on much more, an that is making sure "the customer experience" meets expectation. Again, it didn't go 100% as planned and nothing in this would is perfect however these guys made sure it went as well as it possibly could and have earned my business in the future. Just purchased a new (pre-owned) Acura RDX from this location. I knew what kind of car I wanted and my old car was threatening to have a major malfunction, so started the online research the day before. There were a very limited number of cars available that met my specifications, but Kings Honda was one of the places that had one. I sent a text asking if it was still available. I got an almost immediate response from Melissa and went back and forth for a bit, trying to do an initial price negotiation. She gave me some context on the price and wouldn't quote a lower one via text. I did some additional research and she was correct about the price already being competitive. I stopped in the next day to test drive the car. Melissa wasn't working that day so she had connected me with a colleague, Mark K., to talk to when we arrived. I texted hm that we were on our way, but still had to wait for the car to be ready after we arrived. I really liked the car after driving and was ready to buy so came back and asked for their best price. They shaved a little bit off and also offered a fair price on our trade-in, so I was willing to do the deal. Then the waiting started. It always takes longer than I think it should do the paperwork on a car purchase, but this was pretty ridiculous. We came in at 1:45 pm and left, with the new car, around 5:30 pm. The salesperson said they were having computer issues. There was the normal up-sale awkwardness (protection plans, extended warranties, etc.), but on the whole, the interactions were pretty painless. Gary, the finance person got us a great rate (beat the company we were planning on using going in) and there weren't any surprise fees or charges when we executed the paperwork. So, wait times aside (seems par for the industry, unfortunately), I feel like we got a fair deal on a great vehicle and I would shop/buy from this dealership again. read more

My son and I had just walked out of another dealership very disappointed. (They had scheduled an appointment with us re a specific car we had contacted them about in our price range, but when we walked in, not only did they not have this car, but claimed there was not one within our range at all?!)...We decided to just start checking in with the nearest dealerships, since we had already made the trip, hoping anyone could at least make recommendations. We drove directly across the street, where we were greeted at the door by Angie. She was very sweet, professional and transparent with us from that moment on. She said there would be no problem with finding what we needed, and, as a matter of fact, we literally ended up buying the first car she showed us:) We both felt intrinsically comfortable with her, and I am confident she would have worked with us until she was sure we had what we needed regardless. The whole process was smooth and, despite my pre-approval falling through bc of the age of the car, the issue was resolved before she even returned to tell us. It was a great experience and much improved over other car salespeople and dealerships I have dealt with in the past. EXACTLY HOW A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE! Easy and Fun! I had been looking for a car for my triplet 16 year old children for weeks, within a fairly tight budget, and found a used Passat listing online at the PKH dealership. I inquired online and a representative immediately sent me a text message asking how she could help. A time was scheduled for me to meet 1st with David Valines, Used Car Store Manager. David warmly welcomed me and connected me with a very kind salesman who pulled the car up front for us to test drive. Through a detailed Carfax report and honest answers about the mechanical shape of the car, we formed a trust that it was the car to purchase. The price negotiation was very smooth and while I did not purchase the car for my ideal price, it was certainly close and comfortable for both respective parties. Avoid at all costs!! - My 72 year old mother had cosmetic damage done to her Honda and she dropped the car off on April 21 to be repaired. Guess where it's still still sitting as I write this on June 16th? - She had to use the car to take her elderly friends to church so my parents have to had drive an hour in my dads truck to go pick up the car 2 different times and back, as the car sits neglected outside. The dealer also drove the car to Fairfield and back to have another Honda dealership look at it, yet it's still sitting untouched in the lot 3 months later. The person they are dealing withs name is Paul Gorge. They have been unable in 3 months to get the manager on the phone or a return call, from pretty much anyone. I live in Manhattan so all I can do is leave reviews like this on every site I can and contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs, which I'm doing this afternoon. Sounds like this place will just ignore you indefinitely, especially if you're a senior citizen and no threat to them. read more

Great experience! We knew that we wanted a 2017 CR-V Touring OR a 2017 RAV4 Limited. So we just stopped in one morning for a test drive and told our salesperson, Al Glober, just that. We're looking at the Honda AND Toyota before deciding. Al had no problem with that whatsoever and retrieved a new Touring for a test drive. He made sure that we drove on the interstate as well as side roads so we would have a good idea of the ride. Al was very helpful in explaining the features and making sure that we had a good test drive. Went back the next day and purchased the CR-V Touring a good price. No hassles on the purchase! They had to order the heated steering wheel option which Al kept us up-to-date on and he called us and personally scheduled the install (1 week after purchase). During that first week we did have a few question on a couple of features that we asked Al and he got back to us right away with the answers! We had a lot of questions and Don was very helpful. Don works with a partner, Steve, and we also felt as if Steve was interested in making sure that we had all of the answers that we needed, but we never felt pressured in the process. Let me start by saying that this dealership is the definition of corporate greed, with Andy French as its dictator. This terrible human fired the one of the most senior employees (30 years in august, retiring in December) for "not doing the job" when in fact he was the only reason the majority of customers returned, and the only reason many employees work at this location. The fired employee broke numerous financial records for the company and held very high standards for service. This dealership is corrupt and it's supreme leader, Andy French, is prime scum and is going to single handily bring the dealership to the ground because of his extreme lack of managerial skills, self worth, and understanding of reality. My saleswoman gave me incorrect information about a specific feature I wanted on my vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle and setting up my HondaLink account I learned that the features and functions I wanted were not available on the model I purchased. I contacted the dealer only to be blamed for not knowing this information myself. The saleswoman denied having a conversation with me about the options in question. She also attempted to deflect blame onto another business group within Honda. As of today there has been no attempt by King's Honda to fix this issue. This is by far the least professional behavior I have experienced on a purchase of this price. I would recommend choosing another dealer if you wish to purchase a Honda. read more

I just purchased my 6th Honda & got a 2020 Accord 2.0T from Sal had a great experience! I have never been to this location. Everyone was friendly & courteous. They have so many cars to choose from! The showroom & waiting areas are extremely clean. Sal is super friendly and not your typical pushy car salesman. He went out of his way to get me the cars I wanted to see. While I was waiting for him to get me a car, I decided to look at some cars on the lot. He drove the car right up to me. How's that for service! Great customer service the one person that really helped us. His name was Chris White. He helped my mom and myself pick out a great CRV. We're still getting used to the vehicle but we wouldn't trade it in for any other vehicle. We love it so far he's a great sales person. We bought a car that seemed great during the test drive but they said it wouldn't be ready until the following day so they could detail the car. Picking it up the next day, they really tried to rush us out. Driving it off the lot all the sensors went on but at that point the car was now ours and our responsibility. It will cost a couple thousand dollars in repairs. They lie about the inspection. Do not trust this dealership. Get the warranty if you do buy a car from them, even though it will cost more per month than your car payment. Lesson learned, never buy from them again! read more

He helped me explore every option from buying the car to getting in a new lease. We let David know what we were really wanted , but also concerns on how much we wanted to spend .
