In less than a month after installation while driving on the freeway the diffuser separated/ pull away from the bumper , breaking the bumper tabs and the splitter was dragging on the road while driving. As soon as I was able to pull over , I had to remove it just to be able to drive my car home . The splitter is damaged , I'm guessing it was too much downforce , why did this happen ? The part was properly installed . I'm a mechanic of 20 plus years so I know what I'm doing.

I can understand their frustration but again in this case the wheel was off and I was left with a wheel needing further costly repair. While I wish this could've been handled a bit better, I understand one protecting their business from fraudulence. The end result helped make up for my troubles.
