Yet another fabulous time! Came in August 31 with a friend before dinner at Ted's. It was her first…read moretime. We had so much fun smelling and decorating. We brought pre made mimosas and I had extra cups and a bottle the two of us couldn't finished so I shared and we were all fraaans. Picking out what to put in is always my favorite part! Go big or go home and make it sparkle! There were some new female owned vendors, a little vintage rack outside which turned out to be a LIFESAVER. Ya see, my shoe strap broke as I was walking in from the other side of the building. The grass just got me! I was able to stick a nickel in the shoe to hold to strap to make it inside. Then it came out and the ladies in the other party were trying to help! Then the rest of the strap broke and it became now unwalkable. The owner walks in shortly after and sees the 'comotion' she gave me a pair of shoes of my choosing to make it home. That's kindness and it didn't go unnoticed!

There are items for sale from these other businesses on display to check out and purchase, such as soaps and jewelry. There is no pressure at all to buy or even to look, but if you see something you want then get it before it's gone! So, back to the candle bar. The setup is cozy and intimate as I believe there are 12 stools for 12 spots at any one session at the candle bar. You are walked through the entire process and provided everything you need, with lots of decorations to add to your soy candle and about 25 different scented oils to add to your candle, to get the perfect fragrance for your home! I think most of us mixed two scents together, and I chose Bamboo Coconut and Citrus Agave. I mean cmon, do you think you can go buy a candle with these two scents mixed into one? I think not! It's so amazing to have this experience without actually having to melt your own wax, clean whatever you melted the wax in, clean the beaker or measuring cup you mixed the scent in with the wax, and have anything to worry about other than showing up and leaving with a beautifully scented candle, that you made yourself! They take all the guesswork out and guide you every step of the way. The candle bar is open Thursday-Sunday and you make your reservations right online. This place is BYOB, and BYOF? Bring your own food? Yeah, both! So bring some snacks or grab a sandwich and a bottle of wine on the way, or a beer at the brewery downstairs and have a blast! I hope I can get in now that I have recommended them. I love Burtons fantastic quality and menu and since I am gluten free it offers so much for me. I enjoy Ted Montana's a lot. I love their bison burgers, hot fries and the salmon dinner are my go to's . There are so many wonderful shops that offer great service. The JCrew factory outlet is fab. Hill is a staple for me. I appreciate the staff at Lense Crafters and get all my glasses there. So much to offer. It's a gem!

Could use more variety of stores. A lot of stores have left and their spaces were never filled so it looks a little bare. There are great restaurants in at Evergreen and that's why I primarily go here plus a few of my favorite stores. There's fire pits to sit around at night while eating Ben & Jerry's ice cream. During the holidays it is beautifully lit up. Depending on the store and their sakes, you could get great deals. I can't wait for The Gap Factory to come here! The stores also do a nice trick or treating event for the kids so it's a safe community for the children. The street parking front of stores is limited but they have plenty of of parking in the lots behind each establishment.

With the holidays quickly approaching, there's plenty sparkly holiday gear, as well as "Ugly" Christmas sweaters. There's a nice variety of holiday decor for your home. Depending when I go, the line to checkout can be pretty long, but they have several cashiers working, so it's a pretty quick process.

I wanted a set that would last for 20+ years and look good along the way. I knew what I wanted to spend and shopped accordingly. I went to the store in early July to get an estimate and an idea of the buying process and delivery. I was having some rennovations done in July so couldn't really buy right away--but I wanted to know ball-park how much $$ we were talking about. The sales woman was very nice and very professional--I really felt like she knew what she was talking about when it came to furniture and mattresses. I had to take one star off though because when I went in for the stimate, I told the sales-person exactly when I wanted to buy the furniture (end of July) so she got out a calendar to see what sales would be available and gave me an estimate. I am aware an estimate is just that--an estimate, however when I went back at the end of the month--the actual price was roughly $500 over the figure we had discussed. When I mentioned this she said something along the lines of "yeah that was then, this is now, sales change" well yeah...thats why you looked in the sale calendar originally!! So that was annoying, but I went ahead with the sale and was very pleased with my purchase--which was a king bed, king mattress/boxspring, dresser and 2 nightstands. I highly recommend the "Worry no More" warranty, I've already used mine--got an accidental stain on the mattress, the claims process was relatively simple and they sent someone out in a reasonable amount of time and she was friendly. The delivery process was smooth and the gentlemen were very nice and cleaned up after. Overall I am very happy with my new furniture!! I love, love, love it!!

Wanted a 14k solid gold chain during their Feb 2026 sale. The rep was informed at least 5 times…read moreand/or asked if the chains I was interested in were solid gold. I even told him I had to unfreeze my credit before making the purchase. If I opened a new Macy's account, I would get an additional discount. Had the chain held. Fast forward-I returned 2 days later and made the purchase. Three days later, decided to have a reputable jewelry store assess the chain since it felt light. It was Hollow! When I brought the chain back, the rep told me immediately the only 14k solid chains were in the men's section; she apologized for the situation. Needless to say, I closed the account which caused a hit to my credit score. There was no misinformation, no communication issue. It was dishonesty at its highest!

Three different times over the past year I have had negative experiences at this Walgreens. Twice…read morewhen asking someone working on the floor to help me find an item and once from the pharmacist who was extremely rude. One sales associate said "we may have them in the back but I don't know" never offered to go look or suggest anything else. And a pharmacist should have some empathy. Nobody is going to the pharmacy because they want to. Save yourself from this negative atmosphere and go to the Walgreens in Vernon or Enfield where I have never had issues and they have actually been helpful.

Humble yourselves a bit, maybe consider hiring better employees. The skills, and attitude of this location is overall poor. She makes greeting cards and this is where she found all the supplies and beyond for her craft. If you're at all creative, this is your store. Everything is here. They have all types of paints, with every type of finish, from matte to glitter. There's poster boards, that come in a whole rainbow of colors, with tie dye effects, clouds and butterflies. They have home decor, for whatever your style might be. There's some really cute decor for a kid's or a baby's room. As far as pricing, most items are priced average to other retailers that sell the same product. At Hobby Lobby you might find a 30 - 40% sale. For some reason the registers are not equipped with scanners, so the cashiers have to manually enter each sale. This sounds like so much more work than it needs to be. Hobby Lobby is a great store for anyone that's at all creative. They have yearn, thread, beads, paper goods, pens, even party supplies.

On this visit I selected a journal and then I checked out the sale books up front. I picked up a hardcover coffee table book about Paris. It immediately made me smile so I knew I just had to have it. Finally I checked out the magazines. The selection is dizzying! I'm so glad Barnes & Noble is still around. It is a lovely place to spend some time, grab a cup of coffee and find some treasures to bring home.
