Also at this location, please watch where you park. I received a ticket for only 5 minutes over. I was able to buy a suit and have it tailored on location, which was awesome given my time constraints. I'm a smart shopper so I will always check around other places for a suite. But I will always duck in and check out what they have before making any decision.

The bowl wasn't within acceptable margins - which has variance - but beyond that it was very thin in areas and looked like it should have been scrapped. The other bowl ordered from another shop was amazing. The return was authorized and ultimately Etsy paid for the shipping (after the seller refused to honor a defective product) - so no one was really out here. However - this store seemed "butt hurt" over the whole thing and felt the need to send me this snarky bragging smart ass message on Etsy (and I quote): "We are so sorry Landon...that our offer of a return for a bowl that is clearly not what you say it is. We do back out product- we offered you a refund, we just told you that you had to pay the return shipping. Which, when you ran to ETSY, they agreed with us and offered to reimburse you $15 for the shipping fee out of their pocket. You sent the bowl back- and just as we suspected, you had no idea what you were talking about. The bowl you returned sold on the the floor of our 5,0000 square foot flagship Georgia store 10 minutes after we opened on Saturday. So no worries- you got your return, we sold our bowl at full-price without paying a dime in shipping and made a great video of the whole transaction in our store- we give you, Landon, full credit for the video...have a great night! GO DAWGS!" There is an old saying - the customer is always right. The correct course of action here would have been to do nothing - to say nothing. Everything was taken care of. The question you have to ask yourself is - should you have an issue with this store's products - how will they treat you? Hand the items over, present the receipt, told how long the money would take to come back to my card. The thing is, the two employees kept an ongoing conversation about next weeks schedule going with out break. My nature finds this funny. The trials of getting coverage in the retail world. Most of the time I only encounter the brand at Belk, they have limited supply and the prices are typically not that good. The outlet store offers some really good price points on all of the clothing (men's and women's) and have an overall pretty good selection of items. Where they get me is on the buy one get one 1/2 off. I'd probably have more of their stuff if it wasn't for sales like this. A lot of the time they have a t-shirt I want, but rarely do they have two. So instead of buying one, I buy none. As you get towards the back of the store they have some clearance racks that have additional saving that equate to being some really good deals. Just have to find the right size, and you're good to go. Staff at this store were friendly and helpful with getting into fitting rooms and the checkout process. Also, saw their interactions with other customers, A+ ... nice work by the Lucky Brand team of workers.
