The interesting part is they don't have a ton of peridot jewelry but rather have all sorts of good stuff. First off the people in there are very nice. Dawn was extremely helpful and wasn't forcing our hand on anything. She gave us a bunch of stuff to choose from based on our needs. They also can order the stones if they don't have exactly what you want. The store is clean and welcoming and although I don't have a ton of experience in jewelry shops this experience was exceptional. read more

Fraud. Never buy anything from this store, they scam customers. I ordered a 1200$ bracelet from this store. Package was never delivered to me. When UPS courier arrived, he took the package and it was damaged. He said he will notice it in the system and return it to the store. Package was damaged in transit. I did not even touched the package! I paid for the bracelet which I never got. And the store refused to refund it. I lost 1200$. Paid for nothing. Worst experience ever. He had no idea which end was up when it came to picking out a piece of jewelry. With Dawn's help, he chose the style of the band and setting but was able to select the precious metal for the band and the stone. Dawn was responsive, knowledgeable, fair, and provided the best customer service possible. She worked with the designer to select the perfect sapphire, and the process was quick and efficient. My ring is beyond perfect; better than I ever imagined when I was younger and dreaming about the moment where my person would pop the question. Working with Dawn, the owner, and Melissa to select our wedding bands was a wonderful experience. They were both very professional, open, detailed oriented and very caring towards us.
