Only constructive criticism I would say is I'm disappointed I can't find Baxters website? I've found other groomers that you can book appointments online I like that hope Baxter would consider that. I know you can Book appointments on Facebook but not everyone uses Facebook. The thing I like about having a website you can see details of service and prices. I called at about 3 hrs & very politely began to ask if she was ready, when she snapped at me saying that the groomer needs a 45 minute break by law. I told her no problem and asked about how much longer. After giving her more than another 45 min. that she had stated she needed, I called again.
