I made an appointment on Tuesday, which Megan informed me she could do Thursday at 11. Thursday morning, I tried to call around 9 to confirm. No one answered. Mailbox is full. 11 came and went. After around 1115, she texted me apologizing that she had made a mistake and has me down for today, which is Friday. Accidents happen. She offers to reduce the price by 10$, which I say ok. This morning, once again, she 'texts' me apologizing, she made a mistake and booked someone else. I run 2 successful businesses. And 1 of the businesses, I am actually a teacher about the other business. So, I'm no stranger to making a mistake, even two, and making sure the customer was a satisfied customer after the fact. It seems like Megan was about the money before the customer. Unfortunately for Megan, there are others locally that are cheaper with better customer service. read more

First things first: I highly recommend Paw Pup Grooming! I was hesitant booking a mobile groomer but the salon experiences have been so negative. One salon kept my dog for seven hours and he was beyond stressed and thirsty when I picked him up. So I was ready to give Paw Pup Grooming a try and I am SO happy I did. Megan took her time to meet my husky boy Cosmo and listened carefully to my questions and concerns. Huskies are not easy to groom but not only was she done in a reasonable time, Cosmo also looked amazing and was so happy after, he kept running back to her for pets. After the COVID lockdown, our dogs probably suffered the most. Even though we use the Furminator and Slicker brushes regularly, the dogs still shed. We called multiple local groomers. BEWARE!! Do not trust this mobile groomer. Her integrity as a business deserves an F rating. She books you to only cancel your appointment with no explanation. Over and over again she did this. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and explained to her (to which she couldn't seem to understand) that as the business owner if you agree to book a client (wether a day in advance or a month in advance), you show up to work. Simple. But not this lady, she cancels on you last minute and takes no responsibility or has any remorse. Take your business elsewhere. Unprofessional and rude! If you're going to respond to my review, you should be honest and tell the truth. You're a liar! You cancelled on me numerous times and were a no-show as well. Don't lie to people. Bentley had his first "big boy" haircut with Megan did an amazing job!! I told her what I wanted for Bentley and she cut him exactly as I wanted!!! She was patient and kind with Bentley as he is still a puppy in a sense (15 months) and got squirrely a couple of times when trimming the bottoms of his feet and trimming the hair inside his ears. The best part was that she had her attention 100% on him and he did not have to be kenneled while awaiting his turn. I 100% recommend Paw Pup Dog Grooming!! read more

Megan did a great job of grooming my white Siberian Husky. If you know huskies, they are one of the toughest dogs to groom as their shedding is constant and can be overwhelming! Megan gave my husky, Tommy, a bath and a good de-shedding treatment. Tommy is already a good, calm dog but Megan was also very gentle with him while making sure he got a good bath. She definitely took her time making him look clean and handsome! Highly recommended - we will use Megan's services again! read more
