On 10/23, a stray dog was found in the yard where I work. Her hair was so matted and dirty and she was so scared. Seemed like she has been living on the streets for a while. We felt so bad and decided to find a groomer to clean her up before one of us can take her somewhere to check if she was chipped. I contacted Classy K9 and Jen told me that she has to scan her before she can groom her, because she is obligated to contact the owner. I agreed because we wanted her to be home if she was lost. Jen told me to be there in about an hour. We arrived at 11:30am and Jen was able to scan and sadly she wasn't chipped. Jen immediately worked her in the schedule and took her in right away. And with the situation and the horrible conditions the pup was in, Jen told me that I will only be charged for the standard grooming without any up charges. This was a group effort to rescue this little pup, we were so grateful for their generosity!! Jen spent almost 3 hours with her, who turned out to be a little boy!! Jen told me poor thing was covered in ticks, even after 2 flea and tick bath, there were still a few. We would have to bring him in for another grooming session with treatment in a week. After I picked her up and got back to the office, he was a brand new dog! He was running and wagging his tail and we could all feel how happy he was with the grooming and all the attention and love he has experienced! There were a line of ladies in the office ready to give him a new home, this is one of those situations that you could truly see how everyone I work with has a big heart and tons of love to give to this little guy! He went home with an awesome active family with kids and is being spoiled as we speak Thank you Jen for an awesome job and your generous heart, we couldn't have done it without your help to rescue him from the condition he was in. Soooo... I posted a review a week ago regarding the mobile service. I received an unsolicited text message today from the groomer stating that my statement was untrue. Again, these are the facts: 1. The groomer contacted me via text, asked for the details of my dog and quoted a price for $225. He then sent me a link to fill specific details. He then called me on my cell and quoted a price of $240??? 2. The appointment was scheduled and he was literally an hour or so late. No call. No text. No nothing. Later I received a text that he was 11 minutes out. His text excuse today was he had a difficult animal prior to mine hence his lateness. Then why not call and notify us?? Just a text 11 minutes out...smh 3. He completes the grooming but now our dogs ears were very bad matted (not true) and it's now ballooned to $265. 4. He then proceeds to inform me that we can always bring our dog to the actual site but it the price would still be $200+ BUT, he didn't realize that we had already been using this service for few months and the price never exceeded $125. When I informed him of this he stated that the prices have now increased (and here is the epic part) he proceeds to pull out his cell phone and show me what looks like 6th grade Excel Spreadsheet with various prices to support the price increase??? My advice AGAIN...utilize bringing your pet to the location and stay away from the MOBILE SERVICE! read more

They came to my house to groom my goldendoodle today. She was not knotted and was clean. They informed my husband that she would just need a clean up (no haircut) and wash. They charged him $225! Are you kidding me?! She doesn't look any different from yesterday and the fact that they charged this much is outrageous. We will NEVER go to them again. $225 to bath and trim her facial hair is not acceptable and is an abuse in price. Ask how much they will charge beforehand because it's not our fault that they decided to go mobile. I am so angry about this and disappointed. read more

This place is wonderful! My mom Nancy took her lab in to use the self wash tubs. One of the owners (Jennifer) was extremely helpful, she showed my mom how to use the equipment, where to find the tools, and stayed with her while she washed the dog. My regular groomer was booked and K9 was able to get my dog in. I dropped her off at 2pm and lady quoted me from $80 to $100 because of 2 small mattes. At 315 I got a call that our dog was done. Wow that was fast since they said how busy they were. She wasn't given a bath and the summer cut looked like a 5 year old did the cut. Several spots were uneven and it was obvious no attention to detail was made. The dog is 17 years old and I really am not the customer who needs a perfect cut but this was a very sloppy and unprofessional job. I paid the $100 and tipped $20? When I was handed the dog all I could do was laugh. I was looking for a kid with clippers in their hand because no way was this a professional grooming job. She smelled worse when we got her back than when we dropped her off. Did the groomer roll her around in S$%t? Let's not use the word classy in your name. You are far from that. Go to Petsmart or Petco and pay the same outrageous price of $100 for a small dog and get the services like a bath and nail trim that you pay for. Go elsewhere! read more
