Can't find the words to say how amazing this place is! The owner is a kind beautiful human being. She's very understanding and a blessing to work with. It's been hard to come back since the pandemic (also having another baby) and unfortunately one of our dogs of 14 years died during this time. Definitely coming back when the world figures it out. Also I forgot when I tried calling but no one answered. I'm sure it's because of what's happening. But I heard it is up and running.

I had hope for this place because of all the "GREAT" reviews. As a pet owner DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!! I took my baby here and the groomer NICKED MY BABY not in 1 bur 2 LOCATIONS! She didn't even have the audacity to be honest that she did in fact knick my baby! Save yourself the heartbreak and your fur baby from pain DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY HERE! I normally go to a Paw Perfection Mike and Kasey do amazing work, they were filled so I figured I would try it since this place was closer, WRONG!!!!

In the past I have had good service here. However; recently, I took my Yorkie there for grooming and was less than satisfied. They have remodeled the shop and now have a receptionist. I told her I wanted a Yorkie cut and her response was "awww everybody asks for that and there is no such thing." That should have been a red flag but my pup needed a bath and a cut so I left him. Expected something like photo 1, which is normally what I get. However; I got photo 2. Maybe there is a new groomer.

This shop has been excellent with Marcel. They always take time with him to make sure he looks just right and they are respectful of his needs. With me they are courteous, caring and extremely good with communication. Grooming a poodle is not easy and especially when he's still a puppy. I wish this shop many years of good business And hope that they will always keep this attitude.

This was my Third time here with my Shih Tzu Brady, and it was as GREAT as our First time! The Staff here and the Groomer/Owner Synthya are so nice and accommodating! They make sure your pet is comfortable and as a pet owner that is very comforting when leaving Brady. They are still using the Covid restrictions so that is great for anyone that is still hesitant about going out.

What's not to love? Synthia and her team are so patient, gentle and of course great at what they do. I love going to small business owners as much as I can, and I'm so glad I found Bark 'N Beauties. This is just my second visit but they always make my little brother, Luke (Schnauzer mix) feel special. You can tell they love the animals they care for as if it was their own . There's no one else I trust in town to take care of my baby other than Synthia, Dina, Laura and their team!

The receptionist was unpleasant to start with. Then, she said 2-2.5 hours for grooming, but took almost 5 hours. Also, she said she called and texted, but I had my phone on me because I was waiting for my dog and this was a new groomer to us, so I was ready. I called at about 3 hrs & very politely began to ask if she was ready, when she snapped at me saying that the groomer needs a 45 minute break by law. I told her no problem and asked about how much longer. After giving her more than another 45 min. that she had stated she needed, I called again. She then said she'd been calling me, but I didn't get a single call or text. She then raised the original price from $70 to $75. At this point I didn't care. I just wanted my dog. My dog had NEVER come out looking like this. I couldn't believe how poor the grooming was. That night I found a cut on her paw. I wanted to support small local business, but I won't be back. read more

Took my 15-year-old husky here for grooming, and I couldn't be more impressed. At her age, she's fragile and requires extra care and this team delivered above and beyond. Not only did they handle her with incredible gentleness and patience, but they also gave her the best grooming she's ever had. Her coat is soft, clean, and she looks years younger! By far the best service I've ever received from a grooming salon. It's clear they genuinely care about the animals they work with. Owner needs to own up that they did a terrible job on my dog who still has poop on her butt, an uneven cut and dirt under her arm and owner arguing online via yelp that that's not true. Receptionist wouldn't even let me check the length of the cut before paying first. I never told you my dog bites that's a lie, why would you accept a biting dog? Show better customer service and response in a respectful way, or else this review remains. read more

The girls in the salon were all very pleasant and all the animals seems very comfortable. Some groomers I've looked at had animals that all seemed stressed, barking, shaky, whimpering, everyone here was just kinda hanging out. Our regular groomer moved, but luckily found and had a great experience at BnB. We'll see you ladies in a couple months!!! -on a side note pricing was fantastic as well read more

Brought my puppy to get a cut and groom for the first time. She was very nervous and scared. Once I picked her up she was napping and no longer scared at all. Treated my pup like their own. I started this business because I feel strongly that dogs need good care and love just like their human owners! My customers love me because I offer a great service at a great price! I promise that your dog will be handled with complete love, care, and will be cleaned with quality shampoos so give them the best looking and feeling coat!My Specialties include: We offer baths, haircuts, teeth brushing, de-shedding, nail clipping, nail grinding and more.

I've always had a love for animals so it was easy to see why I became a groomer. Opening Bark'n Beauties has been my passion for 12 years and i'm happy to provide tender loving care to the pets in my community :)

I was apprehensive about bringing Jinx here because I knew about the "open-concept" room layout, and he had gotten out once before and gone missing for five weeks before I thankfully found him. I was able to be with my cat every step of the way and even watch his procedure being performed. I felt like instead of finding compassion, and ethical emergency medicine, I had walked into a high-pressure sales campaign. The moment I declined a $650 X-ray, the pressure campaign intensified which went on for more than an hour. One by one, staff members, veterinarians, and finally the hospital director/owner all took turns hard-selling me on authorizing the X-ray which seemed to be used as a precursor to push for more unnecessary expensive diagnostics. After the 4th round of relentless argumentation and persuasion, I requested the 4th staff member to not get any more people to come and talk to me about X-rays, against my clear request, they still sent out the "heavy weight" director/owner as the marathon finisher to pressure me. Finally, I said to the director: "I am his owner, I am an adult, I have the right to make decisions for my pet's care." That should have ended the conversation, but the director even went on so far to tell me that if I left with my dog without X-ray, he could "lose his license" and that I could "sue him." I told him, "I guarantee you I won't sue you," and offered to sign a disclaimer accepting full responsibility for my decision and to release the hospital from any legal responsibility. The director then turned to his staff, shouted "Transfer!!" as if he's the one with all power to override my decision regarding the treatment of my pet. I said "Wait a second, do I get a say in what I want to do regarding the medical treatment of my dog?" It was met with silence. After 5 rounds of marathon campaign with no success, they finally left me alone. The point was not the ridiculous excuses that if the director/owner granted my wish to let me and my dog leave the hospital without doing the $650 X-ray "he will lose his license" or that I will "sue him," but doing an X ray can be used as a powerful and convincing tool for the hospital to frighten pet owners even more to push for THOUSANDS $$$$ more in expensive and unnecessary diagnostics and treatments. Dr. Randy Posada even went as far as telling me to "be prepared for end of life" arrangement for my dog because I refused their pressure to authorize the X-ray they tried so hard to sell. As for the offer to perform the radiographs at no charge mentioned in the Dr. Michael Hyder's reply below, I specifically asked Dr. Posada who was the attending vet to my dog about it. He explained that the "free" offer applies only to taking the radiographs. The interpretation and analysis of those radiographs would still cost approximately $600. In other words, while the imaging itself may be advertised as free, obtaining the diagnostic information that gives the radiographs any clinical value still carries a substantial fee. The complimentary snacks, bottled water, coffee, and tea displayed in the waiting room mean absolutely nothing. They create the appearance of a caring hospital while terrified pet owners are being scared and pressured into authorizing thousands of dollars in diagnostics during the most vulnerable moments of their lives. I left feeling disheartened and disgusted by the cold calculation, manipulation, and coercion. I would never return, and I would never recommend this hospital to any pet owner. If you go because it's after business hours and no regular pet hospitals are open, be prepared to be pressured into accepting a $650 X-ray and $600 blood test even for a dog sneeze. UPDATE: Reply to Director/owner Dr. Michael Hyder Dear Dr. Hyder, I disagree with your characterization of the events surrounding Mickey's visit. Your letter states that veterinarians must be able to communicate their concerns, risks, recommendations, and limitations so that clients can make informed decisions. I fully agree. At no point did I refuse to hear Dr. Posada or your recommendations. I listened, asked what information the radiographs were expected to provide, and how the findings would specifically alter Mickey's treatment plan. Despite asking multiple times how the results would affect Mickey's treatment specifically, I never received a direct answer. That is the information necessary for informed consent. You also told me that if I declined the radiographs, you or the hospital could lose your veterinary license and that I could later sue you. I ask that you identify the medical, legal, or professional basis for those representations. Is it VEG's policy to advise clients that a veterinarian's license is jeopardized whenever an owner declines a recommended diagnostic test? If not, what basis did you make those representations to me?

We took our Portuguese Water Dog and Golden Doodle, both medium-sized at 35 pounds; they may be better with smaller pets or need experienced groomers; there was a sign on a door advertising Help Wanted. I don't think they groomed my water dog's face or ears. His face looked untouched, and his nails were not clipped. The cut was horrible and uneven. It was rushed and sloppy.
